The building itself is completely worn out as is the neighborhood. The sofa bed in the kitchen wasn't comfortable for sleeping.

• Nicola (8/5): Confortevole potrebbe esserlo di piu` con un po` di luce (solare) in piu` - Ascensore e il Silenzio una combinazione perfetta e la facilita` di reperire tutto cio` che ti occorre nelle vicinanze (dalla Metro ai pulman a pizzerie ristoranti ,musei,chiese storiche e altro, quindi sei come a casa Pochi utensili da cucina (Pentole )e il televisore troppo piccolo se devi soggiornare per piu di una settimana .Mancano alcune piccole cose che farebbero davvero di una Dimora la propria CASA!

• Bakara (9/5): Moderan apartman na dobroj lokaciji! - Lijepo moderno uređen stan ,udoban krevet smjesten na relativno dobroj lokaciji nekih 20 min do centra grada.Fabrizio je bio jako koristan s informacijama i vrlo ljubazan uvijek odgovaro na poruke. Prednost trgovina i pekara preko puta smjestaja,ima jako dobar restoran odmah pored sa jako dobrim pizzama i aperolom😊 Neke sitnice u stanu u kupaonici nedostaju drzači za ručnike i rucnik na podu pri izlasku iz tuša,kuhinjska krpa ,stvarno sitnice sve drugo jako dobro.

Lavastoviglie, forno, macchina caffè nespresso. 2 televisori, lavatrice, attrezzi da cucina ecc, tutto in ottime condizioni. Secondo piano dotato di ascensore. Host molto gentile ci ha fatto lasciare i bagagli in struttura oltre l'orario del chek out senza problemi. Posizione comoda per visitare Napoli a piedi, e comoda a una fermata della metro quando si arriva e quando si parte con i bagagli al seguito. nulla, a noi è piaciuto tutto e ci ritorneremo senz'altro.

Y una de las parejas tuvo que dormir en el salón en el sofá cama, que aunque era cómodo, no había ninguna intimidad ya que era un espacio común

Rangements très grands. Salle de bain en très bon état. Et l accueil a été très sympathique et disponible. Il manque juste quelques ustensiles de cuisine : des couvercles, une essoreuse à salade, un saladier.

Large kitchen/diner with clean and well equipped cooking area (only used the fridge) The area and streets outside the apartment was grimy and felt a little unsafe especially at night.

The host kindly met us on the arrival day and showed us around the flat that didn't need anything else needed for a short stay. My mother fell in love with Napoli so we will return.

• CHRISTELLE (8/5): - Très bien situé pour visiter plein de choses dans Naples. Literie confortable. Appartement propre et largement suffisant pour 2 personnes. Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute. Très bruyant du fait de la proximité de la rue. Le volet de la chambre fermait mal donc cela ne permettait pas d'atténuer le bruit des klaxons très très réguliers.
• Shane (10/5): Fantastic little apartment in the heart of Naples - Absolutely lovely property in the heart of Naples, very cozy and the kitchen was very well equipped. Absolutely loved our stay! No fault of the property, however it is obviously very noisy outside due to the traffic. You can close the windows to make some of the noise go away however at peak times on hot days that’s not really possible.

La cuisine est équipée et il y a une machine à café et capsule à disposition c'est appréciable Il faut convenir que le quartier est très bruyant et que vous ne pourrez pas ouvrir les fenêtres. La cuisine est équipée c'est bien j'aurais apprécié un plat pour le four et quelques couverts en plus: 3 petites cuillères et 2 couteaux qui coupent ce n'est pas suffisant.

• Kirsty (8/5): Lovely accommodation for anyone visiting Naples and I would recommend it. - The accommodation itself was very nice. Everything felt new and modern. Certainly far better than most other properties in Naples which appears to be quite a deprived city. I felt safe in the accommodation. Good locks on the doors and cameras in the foyer for added security. It is situated on a very busy street however the windows kept the noise out and we were not disturbed. A really lovely kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning worked well. The hosts could not have been more helpful 😀 Naples is not the nicest of tourist destinations - the city is quite dirty, bins were overflowing, litter everywhere so we saw a lot of rats and cockroaches at night hen we were out. There is also a lot of vandalism. Quite different to the other places we visited during our vacation (Bologna, Florence, Rome). I was quite surprised at this as Naples has cruise ships in their port every day, I imagine their first impressions of Naples would not be great and therefore they will likely not revisit. However, Naples is a good base for visiting the coast as we used the train to visit Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento & Castellammare. All very beautiful. Probably just a bit far from most attractions in Naples in the summer. We do a lot of walking, but I underestimated the heat in Naples in August (my fault!) so it was quite laborious.

The property is very close to shopping areas and restaurants. Metro station is little far but it's not bad. Little far away from Metro station and steep roads to reach Metro station

The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The main square was approximately 2.8 km away, and we actually enjoyed the 40 to 45-minute walk into the city through the beautiful streets of Naples, which energized us with the vibrant buzz of the city. The location had everything we needed, including supermarkets, bakeries, and delicious fruit shops. We truly enjoyed our time at the apartment and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples.

• Milica (9/5): Nicely renovated apartment, cozy and comfortable - Apartment is located close to via Toledo, two metro stations and you can either walk to center or use transportation. It is in a busy street and it could be noisy inside, we could not keep windows open for long because of noise. Apartment is in an old building but unit is very nicely renovated. Kitchen is equipped with everything one needs for self catering but we didn’t use anything apart of coffee machine. Bed is comfortable. Noise from the street is hardly stopped by windows. There is no windows in the bathroom and humidity is high and gives not pleasant smell. Fan is built in and it helps a bit.

Very good restaurant downstairs called Taverna Luciana. The apartment is walking distance to some key interesting places. The radiator/heater in the bathroom didn't work.

It's close enough to the centre and even though the street is busy, with the windows closed you don't hear anything. An electric kettle would be a nice improvement.

• Dimitris (8/5): Very good - Properly renovated apartment in the center. Very close to the interests of Naples. Owner of accommodation with interest and immediate response for help. The area has an important parking issue because there is no parking lot that operates according to the established rules in a considerable distance radius. They close like the restaurants at some time in the afternoon. The owner of the accommodation told us that this malfunction is only for two weeks in August. I wish it were so. But I would advise car travelers to negotiate in person.

• Souhaila (10/5): Exceptional - Accommodation, localisation, instruction, everything was perfect. More than expected. If you want a nice neighborhood, typical and next to the city center, this place is what you need !! The host was really helpful and all the instructions are very clear ; it cannot be easier. You can move easily by taxi, bus or metro. I will definitly come back in this place for my next trip in Napoli.
