Die Lage ist hervorragend ruhig, direkt am Meer und mit einem der schönsten Strände Teneriffas fußläufig erreichbar. Perfekt für alle, die Erholung suchen, aber trotzdem nicht komplett abgeschieden sein wollen. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und hochwertig ausgestattet. Besonders positiv: die durchdachte Einrichtung, bequeme Betten und eine voll ausgestattete Küche, in der wirklich alles vorhanden ist. Auch der Außenbereich (Balkon/Terrasse) war ein großes Plus ideal für Sonnenuntergänge und entspannte Abende. Der Check-in lief reibungslos und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schnell, unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Man merkt, dass hier professionell gearbeitet wird. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung sowohl für Paare als auch für längere Aufenthalte. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. -

• ITTSTRICH (4/5): - Die Lage war gut. Trotz nähe zum Flughafen sehr ruhig. Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet und das Personal war freundlich (anscheinend) In der Unterkunft gab es große hygienische Mängel. Es roch im 1.OG nach Fäkalien und Kanalisation. Die Bilder auf Booking stimmen nicht überein mit der Wohnung. Die Unterkunft ist zusammen gebastelt. Teile des Balkongeländers waren locker. Schutzleiter an Stromverbrauchern waren nicht angeschlossen. Sperrmüll lag rum. Der Eigentümer hat einen hingehalten.

• Viera (9/5): Dobrá ponuka za dobrú cenu. - Veľmi dobrá lokalita, 10 minút autom od letiska. 5 minult peši k pláži. Dobré vybavenie. Ochotný personál. Milé prekvapenie na privítanie - vychladená voda v chladničke a banány. Trošku vyšší matrac by bol pohodlnejší.

Le logement était spacieux, propre et bien équipé Iago et sa maman sont des personnes remarquables. Très agréable et réactif, c'était un plaisir de passer une semaine en famille à 5 chez eux. Un grand merci à Lago , qui a été extrêmement gentil, serviable et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Grâce à lui, tout s’est très bien passé. • Andrzejczyk (9/5): - We had a great stay at the apartment. The communication with the host was excellent, and the directions provided were very helpful. The apartment is quite spacious. On the ground floor, there’s a large terrace, partially covered, with sun loungers and a grill — perfect for relaxing outdoors. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, except for a dishwasher. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one of which has access to a balcony. The beds are comfortable, though the pillows could use an update. There is air conditioning downstairs and ceiling fans in the bedrooms upstairs, which worked well. A big plus are the two bathrooms — very convenient. The pool has heated water, which was great. The area is peaceful and quiet, just a 5-minute walk to a sandy beach (note: you may come across nudists). The view of Montana Roja is stunning and adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The location is quiet, perfect for rest, and although the airport is nearby, the planes weren’t disturbing at all. Free parking is available, and we always found a spot. The property is gated with security cameras, so it felt very safe. A lovely touch was the welcome bottle of water and fresh fruit. Highly recommended.

• Anna (9/5): Quiet area - It was a very quiet area, close to the large Tejita beach and walking distance to the shops. Spacious house with nice terrace, well-equipped kitchen. The owner responded fast when there was a problem ( a fuse) or sent someone else to fix other minor loose things. In the description of the house, there should be a dishwasher, but there is not.

• Gzibret (9/5): beautiful holidays for family with 3 kids - The apartment is located in a small village between airport and the sea, very easy to find. Access to the beach is easy, a short walk (5') on the marked trail. Nearby is the"red mountain", easy to hike there directly from the app., with wonderful view over nearby areas and Teide volcano. The apartment was clean when we arrive and have everything you need for nice family vacations, kitchen is well equipped so you can easily cook your own meals. Bedrooms are spacious, one has a nice sea view terrace. Bathroom is on the upper floor. Ground floor is also spacious, also with decent terrace, grill, living room and toilets. Hosts are helpful, key pick-up is easy (host send you the door code). Although water in this time of the year (January) was a bit cold, kids loved the nearby pool anyway. Outside apartment is enough parking space. Although (almost) everything is functional, whole complex, including the apartment, needs a bit of refreshment. Furniture is worn, fence on the upper terrace hardly give any support (we forbid children staying there to prevent accidents). There are many screws which needs to be screwed, and various things that needs to be firmly attached (especially in the toilet and bathroom). Noise of the airport is not so bad, but the noise from nearby busy road prevents you hearing the waves breaking on the shore. In the surroundings there are A LOT of irresponsible dog owners (dog droppings are everywhere), so watch your step and never walk in the night without flashlight! However, all of mentioned issues didn't spoiled our holidays, we still had great time.
• David (9/5): Superb - This apartment is clean, the furniching are modest, but we were very satisfied. Handing over the "keys" was withour any problems. The beds are confortable, but changing the bed frame would be fine in future. Please buy some knife to the kitchen. :-) The swimming pool is great, but it was very refreshing in January.
• Erin (10/5): Great spacious property with lovely helpful host - The accomodation was excellent value for money. It was clean, and very spacious. The accomodation is located within a contained compound; the area felt very safe, however this was additionally reassuring. The host was fantastic. I arrived in Tenerife to full comprehensive instructions on how to enter the property, and I was able to get help very quickly when I struggled to get to grips with the digital lock system. I found taxis difficult to secure in the area, so I contacted the host to ask for recommendations for a return transfer to the airport. Unprompted, the host organised my airport transfer which I was incredibly grateful for. Excellent customer service start to finish. The accomodation would benefit from some modernisation, however it was very clean, well kept and all the key facilities anyone would need to have an enjoyable stay.
