victor (1/5): PAUPERRIMA - DEL HOTEL, LA ENTRADA DE POLVO, SUCIEDAD EN LOS PASILLOS Y AREAS DE ESTAR, TIENE DOS RESTAURANTES, CERRADOS SIN SERVICIO, NO HAY SERVICIO A LA HABITACION NO HAY SERVICIO DE LIMPIEZA...........LA PLAYA POR OTRA PARTE MUY AGRADABLE, Y DOS PLAYAS CERCANAS TAMBIEN MUY BONITAS. el anfitrión solo nos recibió, luego en un intento de salir del hotel, nos dijo que no había guarda en el día que nosotros debíamos abrir o cerrar un portón de hierro bastante maltrecho, le pedimos a la mucama dos veces , tollas frescas, NUNCA hizo la habitación ni trajo las toallas, ni el lugar ni la habitación tiene TV de cable, hay un coffee maker en la hab. que no funciona, pedimos que lo revisaran...NADA.... en el parqueo hay escombros metálicos, yo impacté con el bumper una basura de hierro, y debo pintar el bumper.......UN LUGAR PARA OLVIDAR...DE LOS QUE VAS UNA VEZ Y NUNCA VUELVES.

LUIS GOLDONI (1/5): Pésima atención al cliente y cancelan sin tiempo de aviso - Nada. No se nos permitió ingresar siquiera a la propiedad y cancelaron la reservación arbitrariamente 30min antes del ingreso La actitud prepotente del anfitrión a la hora de verificar el ingreso y nos dejó sin opciones para el hospedaje. Nos propusieron otras opciones de hospedaje cerca con el triple del costo y sin ninguna compensación por la cancelación sin aviso.
Luis (7/5): El lugar me gusto que si volvería en un futuro. - La verdad el desayuno no lo ingerimos y con respecto a la ubicación me gusto mucho. Un lugar muy tranquilo y silencioso para el descanso. En la habitación Gris tenía una fuga en el sanitario que se la reporte a Don Mario porque se sentía mal olor. Y en la habitación Turquesa el llavín de combinación no cerraba, también lo reporte con los de mantenimiento.

They offered us another room for our third guest at no charge, offered us another bed. Even when it rained they made sure to add an umbrella. It’s all about the little things! You could see Kongos🐒 from the pool! This hotel could’ve used a television. Closest beach is portrero beach. Not flamingo like stated in booking.com.
Newyorker (1/5): Very unhappy with this experience. - Nothing. This place is scam. There's no actual address. The directions given led us to dead ends with no indication of any place to stay. We asked several locals and businesses owners if they've ever heard of this place and nobody did. We searched for hours attempting to call and email the property with no response and eventually had to stay at another hotel. They charged us full price for a horrible experience for a place that to our knowledge doesn't exist. We are no longer using booking.com for our business.
