• Asel (10/5): - Останавливались с сыном , отель чистый, все есть, персонал вежливый, добродушный, предоставил место сразу ( мы приехали ночью) , проблем никаких не было, питание хорошее шведский стол!
• Hussein (10/5): - Excellent location, great breakfast , lovely rooms well heated and bathrooms. Staff v kind and courteous. They allowed us to checkin at 5 am when normal ckin is at 2 pm without any charges + offered us free breakfast too!! They have in house tours at CHEAPEST rates( i checked other tour operators rates) We took d tour to shahdag by their private car. They have lift in d hotel which is great for senior citizens! They have airport pickup n drop at cheaper rates than airport taxis. Ill stay there again if i will visit baku again. -

• Özgüç (10/5): Temiz, güvenilir ve çok iyi lokasyon - Olanakları çok iyiydi. Fiyat performans olarak çok başarılı bir oteldi. Çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlüydü ve çok yardımseverlerdi. Kendimi hiç yabancı gibi hissetmedim. Kahvaltıları ayrı güzeldi ve çok çeşitliydi. Bir sonraki gelişimde tercihim yine burası olacaktır.

• Moras (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great time at this place for 4 days. Staff were very welcoming, kind, helpful at the reception. We are thankful for their hospitality in every way. Room service was quick and excellent. Breakfast had a good variety. A special mention to Taheer, he was excellent. Thank you again. Our first impression of Azerbaijan and meeting these excellent people will be memorable.

First they accepted our early morning check in with saving a breakfast with no extra charges. They provided their transfer from an airport with minimum charge. Stuff were very friendly and helpful, gave us a hand whatever we asked for help with. Room was very clean and cozy, breakfast - delicious. Convenient location makes everything you need within walking distance. I do my tremendous appreciation to the staff of this gorgeous hotel. Thank you guys!

• Brian (10/5): Awesome location , lovely staff , yummy breakfast - Omg , it was right in the middle of the city , walking distance to everything basically, One of the best crew, Very very respectful and helpful at the same time, I can highly recommend to every one to book this place , There wasn’t literally any single thing i didn't like
