- Geert (10/5): Geslaagd verblijf - Vriendelijke en sympathieke mensen, zowel aan de onthaalbalie als bij het ontbijt en het restaurant. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. Pure verwennerij. In het restaurant zeer lekker gegeten. De locatie Florenville is goed gelegen om de omgeving te verkennen. Bouillon, Orval ,Torgny en Virton bezocht. Het gezoem van de kleine frigo (minibar) op de kamer was 's nachts storend. We hebben dan maar de frigo uitgeschakeld en 's ochtends weer aangezet. No problem.

Situé à proximité de "TORGNY" village aux allures Provençales avec son micro - climat réputé ! à voir ! tout comme "le Moulin Cambier" à Chiny , l'auberge "le Chameleux" , sans oublier la visite de l'abbaye d'ORVAL . . . Coin spa avec jacuzzi qui n'existe pas , sinon dans certaines chambres supérieures avec baignoires balnéo ...

Dame de l accueil très gentille . Petit déjeuner relativement décevant pour un tel établissement. Tant au niveau de l accueil que des produits proposés . mais rien de local ( sauf le saucisson ) . C était varié mais trop industriel ( sandwichs, pains, yaourt, ... ) dommage.

- Kannika (10/5): Gastvrij, comfortabel, delicaat genieten in de unieke moderne hotelwereld van Le Florentin, - Eigenlijk alles vanaf de boeking. Le Florentin mag met recht een design hotel genoemd worden. Dat betekent meestal cliché minimalisme maar hier is een zeer getalenteerd binnenhuisarchitect(e) bezig geweest. Iemand die volumes interessant weet te maken en een uitstekend gevoel voor verlichting heeft. Een uniek kleurenpalet dat ik niet verklap omdat je het moet ervaren. Voor het eerst onder een douche gestaan die aanging met een drukknop. Werkelijk een ontdekking. Plezierig personeel en het restaurant stelde zeker niet teleur. Ze gaan ons hier vaker zien. Zodra je binnen in het hotel bent moet je eigenlijk straf krijgen als je iets te klagen hebt of kunt vinden. Het is wel zo dat het hotel een stijl is die je ligt of niet, als je van rustiek houdt moet je iets anders kiezen. Nee, ik kan werkelijk geen minpunten noemen, wel zou het mooi zijn als zo'n lekker modern en eigenzinnig hotel als dit eenzaam in de bossen zou liggen. Maar ja, direct aan goede wegen naar andere leuke locaties in de Ardennen is ook wat.

- RollOn (10/5): - Absolut schöne, top ausgestattete Zimmer, grandioses Frühstücksbüffet, und das Nachtessen im Restaurant war ebenfalls ein Erlebnis, hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Für uns ein Ort den wir gerne weiterempfehlen und auch wieder besuchen möchten. Unsere Motorräder konnten im abgeschlossenen Parkbereich sicher abgestellt werden, für uns immer wieder ein wichtiger Aspekt.

- Nisia (9/5): Beautiful room and very welcoming staff. - Comfortable room, kind staff, cute "welcoming kit" for our dog. Being the hotel located in a small city in the countryside some small spiders were inside the room.

Accueil restaurant personnel à la hauteur d'un très grand restaurant avec une carte très varié et de bonne qualité. Qualité du petit-déjeuner excellent un très grand choix. La chambre très propre rien à dire. Séjour très agréable. Je recommande vivement cet Établissement.

- Carlo (9/5): Top - Prima uitgebreid ontbijt, zeer mooie kamer en badkamer. Diner ruime keuze en erg lekker. Zeer vriendelijke (ook in het Nederlands) bediening. De grote spiegelwand aan 1 kant vd kamer is wel heel veel spiegel 😎
- Martin (7/5): Die Lage und das Frühstück sehr gut. Das Personal beim Frühstück sehr freundlich. - Die Lage war sehr gut. Leider nicht das bestellte Zimmer mit Balkon und Gartenblick erhalten, dafür Strassenseite mit viel Lärm. Es war auch noch ein Fest im Dorf und bis um 03:00 Uhr sehr grosser lärm. Beim Einchecken wurden wir zweimal längere Zeit wegen je einem Telefongespräch warten gelassen. Meine persönliche Meinung, nicht die feine Art, dass man warten muss und nicht das bestellte Zimmer wie bei Bookin.com angezeigt/abgeschlossen schlussendlich bekommt. Gartenseite mit Balkon macht schon einen Unterschied aus.
