Extremamente mal educada, 0 solicita, nos tratou com muita aspereza. Sempre que vamos ficarmos em hotéis, não me atentei que tinha que pegar a chave enfim, mas a obrigação dela era nos orientar. Parecia que éramos assaltantes ali, ela simplesmente fechou a porta na nossa cara, ligamos para o apto dela p ter informações, mal nos respondeu e desligou na nossa cara. Se atentem a isso, porque vocês se queimam com atendimentos assim. Ela trata os hóspedes mal!
