• Cristina (9/5): Muy agusto - El salon-cocina muy grande, la ubicacion, la comodidad Lo único un poco destacable fue que al dormir en el sofa cama, las ventanas no cerraban bien y se oía el ruido de la calle
• Debby (10/5): De perfecte locatie voor een aangename vakantie! - De centrale ligging van het appartement. Dicht bij de zee, het strand, de winkels, de taxi's. Kortom de perfecte locatie! De vriendelijkheid en hulpvaardigheid van de eigenaar om uw verblijf zo goed en aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Geen enkele vraag is hem te veel. Dank u wel Raoul, we komen zeker nog eens terug !! Als ik dan al iets negatief moet zeggen, 's avonds en 's morgens redelijk lawaai van de drukke straat maar s' nachts was het rustig.
• Sofia (10/5): Experiencia 10/10 - El anfitrión insuperable, 10/10. Cogimos el piso de imprevisto y a los 5 minutos estaba Raúl en la puerta dándonos las llaves. El apartamento perfecto, aire acondicionado, camas enormes, cocina súper amplia… además de que no nos faltó ni un producto de limpieza, aceite, sal, etc. Vamos a volver sin duda.

• Dames (8/5): Very good - Raul was punctual and very friendly, he met us at the apartment showed us in and gave us some info on the property, the accommodation was spacious and comfortable, location was central Benidorm and close to the beach, ideal for what we wanted, overall good value for money, would stay here again.

• Martin (6/5): Great value for money, great location, bit baisc - There is no doubt the appartment is great value for money and is in a fantastic location .Baring that it mind I can't really complain as it does exactly what it needs to do.. It was clean, and had fans and air con in the living area only. The appartment is a little tired.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Perfect for apartment for our stay, spacious, clean, cool and great location. - Raul was very friendly and helpful and meeting him for the keys was quick and easy. The apartment was well equipped and spacious. Going beds, and fluffy towels, Nespresso machine and coffee pods for morning coffee. We will would stay there again. The only small issues was the shower head holder was broken, so we had to hold it up, but that didn't matter and none of us mentioned it. Everything else was great.

Very friendly owner of the property with helpful recommendations and suggestions in Benidorm. Always offers any help or queries just on the other side of the phone.
