• John (9/5): Highly recommended as a place for a short stay, clean, comfortable, good value and a great location. - Great location to Old Town and just a few minutes walk to Metro Duoma. Bedroom and bathroom were ultra modern and spotless. Excellent lighting in bedroom and bathroom - wish other hotels were the same. Breakfast delivered to the room each morning was fine consisting of juices, yogurts, fresh fruit, pastries etc. and really suited us as we do not normally have a cooked breakfast. Room had good WiFi for streaming etc. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Marco arranged our airport transfer as there was a taxi strike. Pizzeria Imperatore, Tratorria Marrecre, and Antica Osteria Pisano are all walkable, popular and enjoyable. We really enjoyed our 4 night stay and would highly recommend this hotel. No criticism but just a few observations. Finding the premises look for number 74 at entrance as hotel sign is difficult to spot. Lift is old of open frame type but works well. You need a 20 cent coin to operate each time so have a supply. Avoid Station Centrale if possible as it is chaotic and crowded.

Professionalità e disponibilità del titolare:) La consiglio vivamente! Non ho apprezzato molto la colazione in camera, pur essendo variegata nelle proposte, preferisco quando vi è un'area nella struttura adibita per la colazione. Ma ovviamente questo è un gusto personale!
• Markus 36 (10/5): - Das Hotel liegt super zentral in der Innenstadt, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig (wir hatten das Zimmer zum Hinterhof). Man hat sich gefühlt wie ein Mitbewohner, das Hotel hat seine Zimmer in einem Wohnhaus - und das war absolut einzigartig. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und auch gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen auf das Zimmer geliefert und war auch super lecker und für jeden etwas dabei. Wenn man den Neapel Flair erleben will ist man hier absolut richtig!!! Auch die Betreutung vom Dimora Duomo Team war jederzeit sehr gut. Wir haben uns diese 4 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt und könnten das Hotel zu 110% weiter empfehlen.
• Kerry (9/5): Perfect Oasis - It’s location is central to public transport and everything you want to visit and see in Naples. The room was wonderful and despite being on the main road, was quiet. Marco was also very responsive and helped so much with ideas and bookings. Only comment is that the room was quite light at night. There was a lot of street light and the curtains did not block it out. It didn’t impact our sleep - after a day in busy Naples it was a wonderful place to come home to.

• Charlotte (5/5): Basic apartment for luxury price tag! Would not recommend! - Great location and staff friendly Apartment was cold and felt damp. It was large in size but certainly not luxury for the price. You also need to pay 20c to use the lift each time and when you’re on the 5th floor and didn’t bring any change it’s a bit of a nuisance but the reception did give us enough for 3 uses. However it is not advertised until you arrive. Breakfast was limited and you had to chose time and order before - again not advertised

• Brusselaers (8/5): - Ligging, kamer op vijfde aan de achterkant is rustige zijde Voor ontbijt mag je niet afgaan op de foto's, die kloppen niet. Geen eieren of spek. Het vers fruit, gesneden en gemengd was 8 dagen hetzelfde appel, banaan en sinaasappel alsof er geen ander fruit bestaat en zag er niet altijd even fris uit. Het brood is prefab (niet zo gezond) alsof er geen vers brood bestaat en dat is er wel in Italië ook volwaardig voltarwe brood.het

Bardzo niemiłe wrażenie. Za windę trzeba płacić każdorazowo 0.20 Euro. Tej informacji nie ma na booking.

• simes (10/5): Precio, calidad y bienestar - La habitación y baño grande , limpia y moderna. Una vista hermosa al corazón de Napoli. La atención del personal nos recibieron muy amables y eran muy atentos en todo, nos recomendaron lugares para comer y visitar sin ningún tipo de problema. El desayuno es perfectamente puntual, ni un minuto menos, ni un minutos después. Muy rico y variado. El café se podría mejorar, pero es entendible que no es un servicio al bar. El palacio antiguo es una belleza para apreciar la arquitectura de las escaleras, al pasar las puertas te encontrarás con habitaciones totalmente modernas y muy bien equipadas (aire acondicionado, TV con Sky completo, buena iluminación, mini bar, armario, cama king 2x2, baño grande con buena iluminación y extracción de aire). Estuvimos en el 5to piso, para subir debíamos usar el ascensor el único problema es que debes meter una moneda de €0,20. No es un problema lo que cuesta, si no es que hoy en día todo se maneja con pagos electrónicos y al no tener monedas era un poco fatigoso.

• Julius Karol (9/5): Für Kultur- interessierte und Stadt Liebhaber ideal - Die Lage ist wunderbar, sowohl Bahn als auch Schiff ist leicht erreichbar, die Innenstadt fußläufig in der Nähe. Die Zimmer sind groß (in unserem hätte eine 4 köpfige Familie bequem Platz gehabt), das Bad groß, sauber und praktisch. Das Hotel ist eine Etage in einem großen Wohnhaus. Neben Bemerkung: in und um Neapel nicht selbst Autofahren! Das Frühstück wird täglich von einem Cafe zum Zimmer gebracht, ist deshalb bei längeren Aufenthalten (fast 2 Wochen) ein wenig eintönig.
• Cengiz (8/5): Overall a great experience that met expectations and I would recommend the hotel - The location is very convenient from the airport, train station, pizzas, shopping, and more. The actual room is very good with fast internet, comfortable beds (pillows were a tad average), and things were clean and our morning cappuccino arrived on time. it was a tad more complicated to access than most hotels since it is part of a bigger condo/building/complex, but really not a big issue at all. If you keep your windows open, it gets very loud due to the traffic (again, not really a problem, but just something folks should b aware of).

This hotel only has 7 rooms total, our room was on 5th room directly next to their kitchen. Very loud and annoying to be next to so much noise in the morning. They provide breakfast which is nice but it's just too noisy because they are preparing it right next to your room. Doors are slamming all morning and it felt like we booked a hotel in a restaurant.

Would prefer a breakfast room as the food and coffee would be warmer. My friends twin bed was fine but mine was very uncomfortable. The walk uphill from the train station was tough over cobblestones. Larissa recommended the Metro going back from Duomo which was much easier. I'd mention that to arriving guests. Also written instructions on operating the AC would be helpful.

Appena siamo arrivati ci ha rimproverati del ritardo, dicendo che i clienti devono sottostare alle regole della struttura, ( nonostante ci fosse la possibilità di fare il self check in come indicato da Booking) e che per lei è pericoloso lavorare di notte. Inoltre, noi non avevamo preteso né richiesto a nessuno di trovare una persona fisica per il check in, ma è stata una gentilezza del titolare, e la ragazza se l’è presa con noi. Quando le ho chiesto come funzionasse la colazione mi ha liquidata dicendo che mi avrebbe fornito tutte le spiegazioni in camera, spiegazioni successivamente arrivate senza il minimo della gentilezza. Ovviamente voglio sottolineare ancora una volta che il titolare è stato sempre di una cortesia, disponibilità e gentilezza uniche, e perciò mi è dispiaciuto davvero tanto l’esperienza avuta con la sua collaboratrice. Non mi sono mai sentita così tanto umiliata da cliente pagante e non ho mai incontrato una persona meno cortese sul posto di lavoro. Un’esperienza che poteva essere un 10/10 grazie a questa ragazza si è trasformata in un’esperienza negativa da parte mia.

La colazione e' buona ma potrebbe essere arricchita maggiormente. Peccato manchi una sala per le colazioni.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always doing their best to assist us. The hotel itself is fully renovated and looks very modern, but unfortunately there were significant issues with the bathroom. Each time we used it, water would spread across the entire floor, making it uncomfortable and inconvenient..Overall, the location and the kindness of the staff were definite positives, but the bathroom problem affected the quality of our visit. With a proper fix, this hotel could offer a much better and more comfortable experience.

• Ateseta (1/5): Absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone! - Nothing! The host is extremely rude and unpredictable — you never know what kind of mood or caprice they’ll have next. They can request to pay the whole amount and do not allow to stay at the hotel. What’s advertised as a 4-star hotel is, in reality, just a few rooms in a shared building with other businesses. Ciò dovrebbe essere specificato nella descrizione dei servizi, in quanto la dicitura "reception 24h" lascia intendere altro.
• Daniela (9/5): Una splendida scoperta in pieno centro - Colazione abbondante su richiesta, stanza ampia e luminosa, anche se abbiamo dovuto posticipare il nostra check in per motivo di lavoro lo staff è rimasto a completa disposizione il cornetto :) la prossima volta che torneremo preferirò optare per altro tra le diverse opzioni

• Derek (9/5): One night in Naples - Quiet room with a balcony looking to the side. Very clean room, good location for a (very) short stay which we walked to from the train station. The main street is busy and safe. We could leave our luggage and pick it up later for an evening flight. Amazing ice cream parlour just down the road! We initially had a little difficulty getting into the building but we were early and it was resolved quickly.

• Hawkins (10/5): Family friendly spot in the heart of Florence. - The owner was so helpful and provided us with lots of guidance for exploring the city. He even helped with our baggage which was so kind. Tidy rooms, quiet given the location and even provided advice for parking nearby. Breakfast in the room was amazing! Nothing!

• CATHY (9/5): Très bel hôtel, bien agencé, et un excellent emplacement - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est le vrai point fort à mi-chemin de tout; du centre historique, du port, de la gare... tout est facilement accessible à pied en un bon quart d'heure. Nous avons aussi apprécié la taille de la chambre, sa propreté, les articles de toilette renouvelés tous les jours et la machine à café. Enfin, mention spéciale pour le service, la réactivité et la gentillesse de Marco à la réception qui nous a conseillé et guidé tout au long du séjour, nous a indiqué une très bonne pizzeria à 2 pas et s'est occupé de nous réserver les transferts privés pour l'aéroport. Merci à lui. Le seul point négatif est le bruit que font les lourdes portes palières et le bouton pour les ouvrir, et ce dès très tôt le matin, 6h/6h30. Plus les portes des chambres qui claquent et ne sont pas amorties.
• Ulvi (10/5): A comfortable stay in a great location, made even better by Marco’s kindness and hospitality. - The location was very convenient and made it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed during my stay. What really stood out, though, was Marco. He runs the place and is truly a kind and helpful person. He was always available if I had questions and made me feel welcome from the start. It felt less like a simple stay and more like being looked after by a friend. Overall, I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Naples.
• Muriel (9/5): - Space (room is very spacious), facilities (everything in the room was just great), breakfast ( breakfast à la carte served in your room), location (it was near everything that was of interest for us) and service (they greeted us with respect and were attentive to our every needs). There isn't one thing we didn't like. We plan to go back for our next trip to Napoli. Although everything was perfect, we think it could benefit from a few things such as a box of tissues in the bathroom, a brush to clean the toilet (as we saw in Rome) and maybe a microwave.

• Sybrand (8/5): Excellent place to stay and very well located. - Very convenient. You step off the street and somehow you have a sense of piece and quite. Breakfast to your room, when you want it is also a great plus.
• Natasa (9/5): Nice experience - The staff was very friendly especially our host Marco did everything to make sure we're happy. He really took care of us. Our room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The location was also perfect since everything we needed was close by, even a supermarket. The bathroom was also really nice and always clean. We even had a little coffee machine and cooking oppurtunities. I highly recommend this place. Beds were very comfortable. I haven't realised that the breakfast didn't have a buffet (our fault-do your research) but was served at the rooms which made it a little less accessible for us since we always had early plans and didn't really know the day before if we would get the breakfast on time so we always had to make choices that we also could take with us in the worst case, which made the variety much less. Still the staff was very accommodating and tried their best to give us everything even before breakfast times. I do feel like some of the pastries weren't always as fresh but the fruit, yogurts and toast were amazing.
• Juanita (10/5): I enjoyed my stay very much and will be back to Naples and stay there for future Amalfi Coast trips! - I received a WhatsApp message from Marco immediately after booking and he was super helpful, even booked me an airport transfer and sent me the link for booking ferries to Capri and Amalfi when I asked if I needed to book ahead. I was met at the door and helped with my luggage and given a map with tons of great recommendations for what to see and where to eat. The room was clean and perfect, bed was comfortable and getting breakfast delivered every morning was such a nice gesture! The AC worked great, important for a summer trip. The location was amazing, right on the edge of the old town area where all the best restaurants and souvenir shops are located. Would definitely stay again!! The elevator was a little bit of a challenge on check in and out but nothing too crazy!

• Sabrina (8/5): Excellent stay!! Will be returning - Incredibly clean and spacious hotel room. It fit 4 of us really well with still plenty of space for our bags and to get ready. The location was also perfect for navigated Naples. All the PowerPoints weren’t the best and found a lot of my devices wouldn’t charge well.

• Kristián (10/5): We were considering more expensive hotels (because we were stressed that something might go wrong with our stay / br - - Location is perfect (20 min port, 10 min train station, restaurants walks away with in my opinion the best food you can find) - Rooms are specious and really clean without any signs of dirt whatsoever (if you’ll leave apartment before 11 AM your room will be cleaned, minibar and shower items replaced) - Receptionists and Marco will help you with anything and anytime you need. (Taxi, late check in, airport transfer, recommendations around) - Breakfast was very important for us and we were satisfied above our expectations (everyday you’ll get list of beverages for breakfast you can choose from, you’ll write down amounts of items and time you want to get them and leave the list on the doors of your apartment till 23:59) see photos (also breakfast is at room, but in our opinion it is the best choice, because you can plan your day around it + the privacy is top) - There is a lot of noise at the street because you are in the city centre, but windows are perfectly isolated, so in the night we haven’t had any problems with sleeping at all (AC was working good, we were there in summer so we were always so happy to cool off at the apartment) - We had king sized bad that was really comfortable and clean also - We had super nice view on street

• Yasmin (7/5): - Breakfast every morning comes straight to your room. It felt like an apartment, which made it comfortable to stay. The view was nice from my room. And everything was clean and minimalistic. The guests of the property coming in and out all night made it difficult to sleep without ear plugs. Because the door of the property is very loud to open. So not the best sleep I had through out my stay.
