Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания — удобная мебель, свежая постель, хорошо оборудованная кухня и быстрый интернет. Район тихий и спокойный, рядом магазины и транспорт, добираться удобно. Отдельное спасибо хозяину за гостеприимство и внимание — заселение прошло легко и без проблем. Атмосфера настолько приятная, что чувствуешь себя как дома. С радостью вернёмся ещё раз и смело рекомендуем другим!

• Feedbee (5/5): Not a house but a part of it - The apartment (I will not call it "house") was pretty decent inside (with some exceptions), and it's clear that the owner tried to create a pleasant and warm atmosphere. Everything is pretty new and functional. The location is not bad if you are ready to spend ~20 to go to the beach. First, we rented a house, but it turned out to be a PART of the house—the basement part. Somebody else was living on the upper floor, and their balcony was located right under our table outside, which created significant psychological discomfort. This was not reflected in the description in any way, so the reality turned out to be much lower than our expectations.
• Carlos (10/5): Lovely Stay in the Chania Area - Very spacious and well equipped two-bedroom apartment within walking distance from the beach. Excellent place to just relax or as a base to explore beautiful Chania (just a short drive away) and western Crete. Easy parking on the property. The owner is super cool, extremely welcoming and attentive.
• Mihaela (10/5): Exceptional - The house is clean,spacious,equipped with all the electronics,for the kitchen you have everything you need,parking for the car.Near to the center,to the sea. The bathroom should have ventilation because it's very hot when you take a shower,but it's not such a big problem.

• Dafni (10/5): Very happy and positively surprised with the amenities. The hosts were also very nice, welcoming and they were available - Really big, even bigger than it looked like in the pictures! We really enjoyed the fact that has two big terraces because they’re in opposite sides of the horizon and we could have shade all day long. The apartment was also very modern, we had almost everywhere air conditioning that worked great and they had fully working blinds. The bathroom was difficult to ventilate properly due to a very small window high on the wall and because it was so hot we had a problem with the unpleasant smell from the trash bin, but it’s not something that can’t be solved with taking the trash daily out and some air refreshener. Also we had a lot of tiny ants on the sink and they especially loved our toothpaste smell/taste so we had to be careful before using them.
• Oleksiy (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great. My wife told me that she felt as a queen in this house. You will be amazed how big it is. You will have 2 separate sleeping rooms and a big room with kitchen. Two big terraces. One of them with a big table and a view to the olive tree garden and mountains. Everything is equipped wery well starting from kitchenware till laundry. The owner quickly responded to all our requests. Big screen TV with YouTube and TV. 3 supermarkets very close. One of them closes at 1 a.m. at night. 4 beaches in a walking distance. The closest one is about 10 minutes to walk, and it was our favorite.
• Svetlana (10/5): Exceptional - Spiros is a great host, he welcomed us with food, fruit and drinks. The apartment is excellent with all necessary appliances, two spacious terraces. Quiet neighborhood a few minutes from the beach. We enjoyed.
