• Yi Xuan (7/5): Due to inflexible policies, limited communication, and comfort issues, the stay did not meet expectations - Convenient location, located right opposite train station with several supermarket beside. Great view over Lake Thun and rest of Spiez Our stay was unfortunately affected by several issues with the accommodation policies and comfort of the room. Firstly, the check-in and check-out timings are very restrictive. Check-in is only at 5pm, while check-out is 10am, which leaves guests with very little flexibility. This effectively wastes almost half a day, especially for travellers arriving earlier. While we fully understand that the house needs time to be cleaned, the seven-hour buffer between check-out and check-in feels unnecessarily long. What was most disappointing was that there was absolutely no flexibility or room for negotiation regarding luggage storage. We politely asked if it would be possible to leave our luggage earlier in the house, even if staff were still cleaning, but the request was not accommodated. Communication was also quite slow, and after we asked about the possibility of leaving luggage earlier, the staff went completely radio silent, which made the experience frustrating. Guests should also be aware that there is no escalator or lift, so you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs yourself. In addition, the window blinds are not fully blackout, which makes the room feel less private since it directly faces the main street. The bedsheets were also quite rough and uncomfortable, with noticeable cotton pilling. It would greatly improve the comfort of the stay if the property could consider using higher-quality cotton or linen sheets that do not form cotton balls. Overall, while the property itself has potential, the rigid policies, slow communication, and comfort issues made the experience less pleasant than expected.

• JUNGIM (5/5): - 숙소 위치가 슈피츠역 바로 앞이라 좋았고 바로옆에 미그로스 마트도 크게 있어서 좋았어요 난방도 잘 되어있어 따뜻한 편이였습니다. 렌트카로 갔는데 주차 예약 어플도 잘 안됬었고 숙소에 문의도 남겼지만 답변도 없으셨고.. 응대가 늦어 답답하였습니다. 그리고 숙소 바닥이 걸을때마다 삐걱삐걱 소리가 났어요. 숙소가 2층에 있었는데 계단으로 캐리어를 이동하는것도 좀 아쉬웠어요
• Bin (10/5): - Great view and location, next to the station and supermarket. The apartment is nice, warm and clean. The host is very friendly. I will definitely stay here again for next trip to Switzerland. Just a small note for future guests: the lighting is on the dim side in the evenings, so it may not be ideal if you need bright light for reading or working.

• Roger (9/5): Family Europe Trip - Big apartment, close to the train station and shops, basically just 3 minutes walk. You have everything you need to cook, a beautiful view of the lake and mountain. Personally maybe the texture of the bed and pillow sheet. If you can change to the smooth sheet it is better.

• Amy (7/5): We had a good stay as a family of five and enjoyed walking to the lakeside. - The flat had amazing views onto the lake. It was a 2 minute walk from the train and bus station. It was light and breezy and the beds were comfortable. It was a steep walk up from the marina and lakeside. The dishwasher was temperamental and not easy to work! There were temporary roadworks overnight behind the flat during our stay but the Swiss Holiday Apartments team were incredibly supportive and proactive in helping us with the situation.

• Beat (9/5): Perfect location, wonderful views and facilities to match. - The location of this property is super convenient. Five minutes on foot from the main train station and bus terminal too. And two Supermarkets are less than 200m away. And it has glorious views over the bay and castle area of Spiez. It has all the amenities one needs and is perfectly fitted out. Just perfect. And the hosts are extremely helpful if ever needed. Thank you.
• Vanessa (10/5): Breathtaking view of Lake Thun - Amazing view of Lake Thun. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The apartment was also very spacious. It was a great place to stay for a few days. Staff didnt even bother replying to our message regarding one of the appliances. But in the end, it didnt matter as we figured out to how to make them work.

The location is also strategic, right in front of the train station and there is a walking distance supermarket nearby. The power outlet in the bedroom is very limited

Excellent views of the lake and the city of Spiez. Highly recommended!! Unfortunately there is no parking but you can find a large parking, open 24 hours a day very close to the Apartment!

• Thamara (10/5): It feels like home! - This place is magical! The apartment is so gorgeous and had the most beautiful view of the lake, we didn’t wanted to leave haha. We even dine in a few nights because our view was better than some of the restaurants. It is a little bit tricky that you cannot leave your luggage or do an early check in if you are arriving early, but the option of renting a locker for 5CHF for 24hours was not bad at all. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here; thanks for the perfect stay! Everything was perfect… but an umbrella would have been nice! The first night of our trip there was a heavy storm which lasted a few hours; we couldn’t go out across the street for dinner or groceries.

The unit was spacious, the kitchen fully equipped, the view of Spiez Bay and the castle was splendid! Its location next to the train station made it very convenient to those travelling on public transport. No elevator to the first floor.

The windows were well insulated from noise considering that it is an apartment in the town. There was a pretty Christmas tree waiting for us when we arrived too. The kitchen had all the basic items and were really clean. The bedroom was slightly colder than the living room and that could be improved. It would be great to have an espresso machine in the kitchen. (But there was instant coffee in any case)

Comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. The apartment was one floor up the stairs, so people who have heavy luggage might find it difficult to carry the luggage upstairs. Small things like shower gel/shampoo not being provided in the bathroom. No curtain on the bathroom window. Not enough conveniently placed sockets for charging our gadgets. No major issues though, would love to stay here again.

• Fernanda (8/5): Great stay, even with some hiccups. - Amazing view, great location, there’s a train station a few steps away, and paid parking as well. Close to Bern and Thun. Apartment is so comfortable, well equipped kitchen, big bedroom, living room has a good sofa bed with a smart tv. Next to a big supermarket and restaurant. We really liked our stay. WiFi was glitching, but hosts were amazing. Since my husband was working remotely, they gave us their phone with hotspot to wait for the technician. Next day everything was solved. Cleaning wasn’t great when we arrived, lots of dead bugs, but they made sure to make up for that as well. Restaurant delivery is pretty much zero.

• Jamie (10/5): If we return, we would not hesitate to stay at the Swiss Holiday Apartments again. It was just perfect!! - The apartment was beyond our expectation on all levels. So much space for a family of 4 and views that will blow your mind. We sat and looked out those windows every evening with a glass of wine. Simple breathtaking!!! We couldn’t get hot water in the kitchen, but that may have been something we were doing wrong.

• Yan (10/5): Can't be better! - First of all I would like to thank the host for making our stay really enjoyable! It's decorated tastefully and very clean like five star hotel! I would like to list here what I like about this property 1) location: just opposite the Spiez train station and it's a 25 minutes train journey from Interlaken. You can also take a lake cruise on lake Thun to Interlaken too. It's a pretty little town and you can enjoy Switzerland at it's best! 2) Continence: It's 5 minutes walk to a supermarket and there are restaurants around. 3) The property has a stunning view of the lake and mountain. please see the picture attached 4) The host is very understanding guest's needs: There were everything you need from wine glass to cooking oil and salt in the cupboard. In all terms it's one of the best properties we stayed! No
