• Evi (7/5): Ξεκούραστος χώρος με φιλόξενους και πολύ εξυπηρετικούς ανθρώπους ! - Ήσυχη τοποθεσία Όμορφος και ζεστός χώρος με πολλές παροχές Το στρώμα και τα μαξιλάρια του ονείρου όντας άνθρωπος με μυοσκελετικά προβλήματα Ικανοποιητικό το πρωινό Και το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και φιλόξενο Θα μπορούσε να ήταν πιο καθαρό . Οι χώροι ήθελαν μια παραπάνω περιποίηση … ωστόσο ότι αφορούσε λευκά είδη ήταν όλα πεντακάθαρα

• MrJazleas (9/5): Εξυπηρετικος και φιλικος οικοδεσποτης - Πολυ ευγενικος και βοηθητικος οικοδεσποτης. Προσφερθηκε να μας αναβαθμισει σε μεγαλυτερο δωμαατιο απλα δε μας βολεψε η εσωτερικη σκαλα κιετσι προτιμησαμε να μεινουμε στο αρχικο. Καλοσυνη τους παντως. Μοντερνα διακοσμηση και ωραιο σαλονι Υπηρχαν κατι μικροθεματακια με την καθαριοτητα. Κηλιδες και 2 τριχες στο σεντονι, σκονισμενα κομοδινα, Το πρωινο αν και ειχε μεγαλη ποικιλια γλυκων, δεν θα ελεγα οτι ηταν καλης.ποιοτητας. Παντως κατι θα βρεις να φας δε θα μεινεις νηστικος.

• ναντια (10/5): - Υπέροχα δωμάτια — άνετα, καλαίσθητα, ευρύχωρα και πεντακάθαρα. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και πολύ προσεγμένο. Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικά ευγενικό και πρόσχαρο, πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Ένα ξενοδοχείο που σε κάνει να νιώθεις πραγματικά ευπρόσδεκτος. Ηταν η δεύτερη φορά που το επισκέφτηκα και θα το ξανακάνω!

• Κωνσταντίνος (10/5): - Γενικά μου άρεσαν όλα....αν και μείναμε μόνο ένα βράδυ ήταν όλα τέλεια....και το ξενοδοχείο και το προσωπικό! Το πρωινό πολύ πλούσιο και τέλειος χώρος να το απολαύσεις... Ειδικά το δωμάτιο αυτό κι αν ήταν τέλειο!!! Ευχαριστώ πολύ για όλα και ειδικά στην κυρία που είχαμε μιλήσει τηλεφωνικά για κάποιες οδηγίες και όταν μας υποδέχτηκε στην άφιξη μας! Σίγουρα θα ξανά έρθω.... είς τό επανιδείν λοιπόν!!!

• Mark (10/5): We stayed at this hotel because a family member was at the nearby hospital. In our time of need this hotel was exactly w - This hotel is amazing. Very luxurious , clean and perfect location. It beautifully decorated in a modern way and I was absolutely surprised with the comfort and facilities. Amazing staff, they couldn’t help us enough. Lovely people. Thank you to Eleni and Niko they helped us with our room and organised food for us. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It is a real diamond.They speak perfect English.
• Alina (10/5): Ideal zum Entspannen und als Basis zum Erkunden der Umgebung - Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und Mitarbeiter, die alle gut Englisch sprachen. Wir hatten ein sehr großes, sauberes Zimmer mit Bad. Vielen Dank für's Upgrade! Das Hotel hat einen Fitness-Raum und einen gepflegten Pool, ist barrierefrei. Im schön eingerichteten Zimmer mit A/C und Balkon gab es viele Ablagemöglichkeiten. Es war schön ruhig, das Bett bequem und für mich, die ich gern in gut abgedunkelten Räumen schlafe, perfekt. Das Frühstücksbüfett war sehr reichhaltig und lecker, mit frischem Obst und Gemüse. Die Motorräder parkten sicher am Haus. Ins geschäftige Zentrum kommt man gut mit Taxi. Wir haben die Ruhe nach den Ausflügen genossen, uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Nichts
• Roberta (1/5): Unfortunately, a terrible experience - I liked the photos listed on Booking, however when we arrived we had a horror movie experience. When we arrived to this remotely located hotel we understood that things will not be as they are shown in the photos, just from the look at the outside facilities that were torn and worn out. We entered a lobby with a large carpet that was not vacuumed for months. Everywhere dust, spider webs and dirt. Nobody was at the reception so we waited and this gave us the opportunity to notice how unclean this place was. Upon being taken to our room that looked nothing like the photos listed here, we noticed even more dirt. The room had dead insects on the floor and curtains and the cleaning was done just superficially. We left immediately and requested a refund that was still not resolved. I read a comment here that warned us about this and I am writing this just to save someone else from booking this place.

• Maria (9/5): Great value - Great staff, very helpful. Good breakfast buffet, lots of selection. Very close to the University and hospital. Free parking. Nice sized pool. Spa services available. Room was large and comfortable. One of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. Definitely will book there again. It could've been a little cleaner but by no means was dirty. A little dusting and there were some stains on the couch and the grout in the bathtub needs to be repaired. Not all places are wheelchair accessible. Make sure to ask for a room that has elevator access. A few little things and it would be a 10. I give a 9.5.

• Boudewijn Gruwel (7/5): Voor zakelijk gebruik prima hotel. - De kamer was mooi. Het had een zwembad en suite. Het zwembad was helaas niet schoongemaakt. Een van de ligstoelen was stuk. Het ligt ver van het centrum.
• Katelijn (10/5): Top. Voor herhaling vatbaar - Het personeel was supervriendelijk en attent. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en voldoende keuze, zeker qua Griekse specialiteiten. Er was ook een interessant aanbod van massages maar geen tijd voor gehad. Prachtige inrichting door de gouden afwerking. Fijne upgrade gekregen. Aangename locatie Was wat afgelegen van centrum (15 min) dus zeker auto nemen maar daar waren we vooraf van op de hoogte.

• Joanne (8/5): A STAY IN IOANNINA - The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and decorated in bold and interesting decor. Breakfast was good and the pool was very welcome. We had a car, so access to Ioannina was straightforward. If you did not have a car/transport - the hotel is a little far out from the lake and centre of ioannina. Our room was ground floor and the balcony was really not usable due to the overgrown vegetation - there was no view and it caused a lot of bugs, cobwebs and spiders. It was not possible to sit on the seats provided as you would expect with a balcony. I suppose the high vegetation was due to the ground floor level and privacy. The hotel was decorated beautifully but the windows etc were dusty with dead flies and wood louse. The pool area seemed lacking in maintenance, with weeds and torn gazebo. There was no toasting facility at breakfast, not even when asking staff from within the kitchen.

• Vivi (10/5): - Μου άρεσαν τα πάντα από τους ιδιοκτήτες και προσωπικό, οι χώροι και η καθαριότητα επίσης η εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών και το πιο σημαντικό ενώ είχαμε κλείσει ένα απλό δωμάτιο μας το αναβάθμισα δωρεάν και απολαύσαμε την διαμονή μας σε ένα ολόκληρο loft. Σίγουρα εμένα ξανά. Για την εποχή πλέον που κάνουμε δύσκολα διακοπές ήταν μια ευχάριστη έκπληξη για εμάς αυτή η αναβάθμιση που μας έγινε. Όλα ήταν πραγματικά άριστα.

Dead bugs and dustnets everywhere, dust hadn't been taken off anywhere, for sure not in months in all edges, behind curtains, under the beds... For example the fireplace in the breakfast room, sunblinds, screens, the same table in the breakfast room had the same chips, sigaret ashes and other crumbs under it during the 3 mornings we were there. Maybe we are used to higher standards of cleaning, we can't really believe this wasn't noticed the past reviews. Breakfast could be fresher, it would be better to have less choice but fresh bread instead of the dry bread and pastries... not worth 4 stars or 9 point rating unfortunately

Odaların aksine lobby ve kahvaltı alanı tam temiz değildi. Çoğu yerde toz ve örümcek ağları var. Kahvaltı zayıftı. Hamur işi ve tatlı ağırlıklıydı onlar da çok iyi değildi.

• Andrew (8/5): - A lovely overnight stay at this immaculately clean hotel. Fantastic staff, a lovely little pool area and a very comfortable overnight stay. A little out of town, but that suited us for our transit stay on our way home.

• Eef (9/5): Vriendelijk personeel, goeie ligging om - Omdat we eerst de kamer met mezzanine geboekt hadden en dit misschien wat krapper had geweest met onze twee kinderen bood het hotel ons een upgrade aan, twee kamers met tussendeur en een privé zwembad. Hartelijk dank voor deze optie! Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt niet in het centrum maar op 10 min rijden, voor ons ideaal omdat we met onze eigen wagen waren. Zowel aan het hotel is er parking als in Ioannina zelf dus best makkelijk op heen en weer te gaan met de auto. Bij vertrek nog een gratis koffie to go gekregen. Wij hebben geen klachten 😉

• Eleftheria (10/5): - Εξαιρετική επιλογή. Πέντε λεπτά απο το κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων και με εύκολη πρόσβαση στο δρόμο προς τα Ζαγοροχώρια. Το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο, καθαρό, λειτουργικό. Μάλιστα μας τοποθέτησαν σε δωμάτιο με ιδιωτική πισίνα ως έξτρα δωρεάν παροχή. Πλούσιο πρωινό με χειροποίητες πίτες. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει. Συστήνεται!

• KONSTANTINA (10/5): Υπέροχη διαμονή σε ενα υπέροχο ξενοδοχειο! - Η τοποθεσια ειναι πολύ βολική, κοντα στην πόλη , ανετο παρκινγκ. Εξαιρετικος οικοδεσπότης ο Κος Αλκης και ολο το προσωπικο του ξενοδοχείου. Το πρωινο γευστικοτατο, πλουσιοπάροχο και ανωτερο των προσδοκιων μας , ειδικα οι παραδοσιακες γιαννιωτικες πίτες ηταν πεντονοστιμες. Συγχαρητηρια για την ευγενεια και τη φιλοξενια σας, θα σας προτιμησουμε ξανα αν ο δρομος μας φερει στα ομορφα Ιωαννινα. Ολα ηταν υπέροχα!
