Lovely garden with furniture. A real home from home. Great location and Danny is a great host. Kept in touch with me and gave lots of advice about local walks. I had an accident and injured my arm on my second day and ended up in A&E and she checked on me to make sure I was OK. I really couldn't ask for more. Fantastic. Nothing to dislike. I will be recommending to my friends and family.

• Shaz (10/5): New Years Break - Everything! The annexe was amazing! Spacious, clean,modern and just absolutely superb Loved the fire. Such a cosy touch. Kitchen utensils were just right, and what a great use of space! Bed was proper comfy, as was the sofa. Nice sized fridge and freezer, lovely breakfast bar and kitchen. Very dog friendly Fabulous location,loved the use of the private garden. Thank you for the biscuits on arrival! That ensured I've put an extra 7lb on at Slimming World 😁 Have recommended to friends and family and I will definitely be returning in the future Nothing 😊

• Kate (8/5): Very good - The annex was spacious and in a great location for exploring the wonderful sandy beaches and the nearby wolds. Dog friendly with treats, bowls and throws. The host Danuta had great communication prior to the stay and Callum was friendly and offered tips for nearby walks. Very good value for money Although the kitchen was well equipped, it was lacking in cooking basics. No milk, oil, salt, pepper, biscuits etc like you would expect from a self catering stay. The nearest shop is a few miles away so something for other guests to be aware of. The property is located on a busy junction so there is a bit of road noise. These things wouldn’t put me off returning however
• Jill (10/5): Peaceful location, close to coast and countryside. - The annex was a hidden gem that suited us perfectly, very dog friendly with biscuits and bowls and low fenced garden for private use, very quiet location 4 miles out of Mablethorpe so near enough for facilities without the noise and bustle. The annex was plenty big enough for solo or couples and had everything you would need, even down to picnic set and chairs for the beach. Callum recommended the Kings Head Inn for food (best book) and I could not fault that. Lots of walking footpaths and 1.5 miles from quiet beach. Good location for Louth, and coast. Loved staying there and will do so again. The only tiny irritation was the bendy bottle opener ;) . Can't fault at all - and I am picky.
• Julie (9/5): Superb - It was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was welcoming with milk in the fridge and toiletries in the bathroom. We liked everything.
• J.p (8/5): overall a good stay and would book here again if travelling to Lincon - quiet location easy drive to coastal town and a quiet secluded breach minutes away the bedroom floor was dirty on arrival and i had to clean up

• Gary (8/5): Well appointed modern holiday let - Beautiful modern Large self contained holiday let. Dogs very well catered for. Although we didn't use them, dog treats supplied and milk and water in the fridge for our arrival Dog bowls and enclosed garden space to let dog out. Parking next to accommodation. Local beach which is very quiet. Would definitely recommend and happy to stay again. Burning of garden waste on Saturday afternoon but this was resolved by the host after a quick phone call. Although the following isn't the hosts fault we did experience very loud banging from next door neighbour coming from behind the electric cupboard area on Friday afternoon and more not so loud banging from next door in the same area Sunday morning .

• David (10/5): Super accommodation on the Lincolnshire coast. - The Annexe is a superbly appointed one bedroom flat with lounge, kitchen and dining area. Private fenced off garden which is south facing which is excellent, especially if you have a dog. Lots of thoughtful extras for guests and dogs. Full-size fridge with freezer section in porch. Very close to miles of sandy beach and nature reserve. The host's father Calum who lives next door was very friendly and helpful and managed to get us a table at the nearby Kings head (after we were told they were fully booked)where the food was excellent. We will certainly book the Annexe again whenever we visit this stretch of coast. David
