Guest Reviews
- John William (8/5): very nice - well equipped kitchen. great start off for traveling, train station very close. great link to other costal resorts. nothing
- Donna (10/5): - We went for a weekend for hubby's 50th birthday and what a treat it was. Could not fault this place, it had the most beautiful views, it was so peaceful and quiet and a fab location. It definitely recharged the batteries. The place itself was absolutely spotless and had all the home comforts, teenage daughter especially liked the air fryer lol. They have thought of everything in this home. Went for some amazing walks along the seafront with our dog. Cannot wait to go again it was just perfect. The lockbox was easy to use as well. The information pack was very good too. That we couldn't stay longer, nothing to dislike here.
- Terence (10/5): Love staying at warren haven we always have a great time. Our dog loves it there too. The owners Gail and Joe are great - It’s perfect for a relaxing quiet stay with stunning views Nothing really
- June (10/5): Fabulous/very comfortable and relaxing - Beautiful Nothing just perfect

- Katharine (10/5): Absolutely fantastic so quiet felt like you was in the middle of nowhere with sea views just amazing - So light and beautiful the view of the sea from there is breathtaking it’s absolutely stunning wish I owned this lol will definitely always book this one now 5star+++++ Just the internet not the best
- Emily (10/5): “Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.” - We had a lovely 3 night stay here. It is very comfortable, clean, cozy and well located. The kitchen was well equipped. Parking space right beside the property was convenient. We slept like babies in the comfy beds. Everything was great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- jenny (8/5): Lovely short break nice walks with our puppy - Great views very quiet and peaceful Decking was tired oven didn’t heat very well
- Keith (10/5): -
- Amanda (9/5): -
- Hawkings (8/5): It was ok,apart from bedding, - Having to supply bedding and towels, it not a break, after you have travelled, and then make up bed,
- Caren (10/5): Loved it. - How close it is the warren and all activities, dog walking field out the back. You are so close to Langston hotel so you can access the beach from there. Nothing
- susanne (9/5): Half term escape - Great location with superb views The kingsize mattress was very uncomfortable
- Tammy (8/5): Our stay was very good! The caravan is lovely, homely, very clean and was everything we wanted from a short break! Thank - Very clean, very comfy beds, locations was great! The heating wasn’t working so it got pretty cold at night in the bedroom- we didn’t want to fuss with contacting anyone for the sake of 2 nights but the heater in the living room was great!
- Sarah (10/5): - Lovely peaceful location with a beautiful view. Close to amenities, very clean, homely feel.
- Michelle (10/5): - Lovely and clean holiday home with a fantastic view. Great location. We would definitely stay here again.
- Nicola (9/5): Peaceful stay in lovely caravan - Lovely caravan, quiet location with beautiful views over the hills and estuary. Short walk down the hill into dawlish warren to the train station, takeaways, pubs and the beach.
- Mark (9/5): Hopefully I can go again next Christmas - Place was better than expected, location was great
- Ruth (7/5): Enjoyable and relaxing but a few more basics would be good - The location was good. The park was quiet and private. We had good views from the caravan. The accommodation was clean, although the single beds were narrow and a bit uncomfortable. The kitchen was well equipped There were no cleaning cloths for washing up and cleaning the work tops.
No antibacterial spray or wipes to clean surfaces.
The toilet roll was very thin and poor quality.
Although there were 4 or more of plates, cups etc there were only 2 wine glasses.
There were no large bowls for soup and/ or pasta
There was a major problem getting into the accomodation as the key code and phone numbers we were given were incorrect, and if it hadn't been for the man opposite knowing where the cleaner lived, we would not have been able to stay
- Heidi (8/5): The stay was what we wanted. I brought my mum and 3 dogs as I was looking after them for family. Would definitely stay h - It was perfect for us and the dogs, and the view was lovely The single beds
- Keith (10/5): -
- Terri P (10/5): Great escape - Fab views, immaculate, modern van, quiet site
- John (10/5): - Location and view over Exmouth
- Anna (10/5): - Fantastic communication with the owners. The location was quiet and perfect for our holiday
- Claire (10/5): Fantastic property and fabulous views - Location was great for what we wanted.
The view was amazing and loved watching the sunset.
It was spacious.
It had everything we needed and it was clean.
The patio doors were a nice feature to open them up and see the view.
Will definitely be returning 😊 Absolutely nothing
- Paul (10/5): -
- Selina (10/5): Absolutely breath taking ❤️ - Very clean. Beautiful views. Nice and quiet Nothing, we absolutely loved saying at blue water
- Brettle (8/5): - Love the location nice and quite nice grounds It's not a didn't like but would have like to have been able to hoover whilst there would be good to have some cleaning equipment available although I know you have a cleaner whi comes in before and after stays
- Lisa (8/5): Monday to Friday break - Lovely clean, spacious and well equipped holiday home. Quiet location with nice views overlooking the estuary and a short walk to restaurants and shops. Great beaches for walking the dog and every where is very dog friendly.
- Steve (10/5): Worth every penny , didn’t want to leave - Very clean , homely , the view , parking ! Nothing
- Ruth (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely view and comfortable mobile home.
- Stephen (9/5): Superb - Lovely caravan on a quiet park, with fantastic views across the estuary and into the distance.
- Sean (9/5): Very good value for money and an unexpected beautiful view. - Amazing views, very quiet site. Modern interior and well equipped. Iron and board would have been a bonus. Dog area would have been very welcome as the cinder path was very sharp for dogs to walk on.
- Lorraine (9/5): Superb - Lovely views great with a dog, enclosed decking so he could come and go as he wanted
- Conor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andy (10/5): Lovely stay - We did leave a letter in the caravan as well explaining how nice it was and how clean the caravan was when we arrived. A lovely holiday made all the more enjoyable with lovely accommodation. The view from the balcony is outstanding and I will certainly miss that view in the mornings. The site was very quiet and the people we did see were very polite. Thank you so much. Would definitely come back again given the chance. Couldn't find a fault with anything.
- Andrea (10/5): Excellent caravan - The cleanliness of this caravan , the views are stunning, the double bedroom is a good size. The two toilets are a bonus. There is great storage in the bedrooms and a good amount of coathangers and drawers. The verandah is large and is good for sun and shade. Parking is right next to the caravan. Soap & washing up liquid provided. Comfy settees and no evidence that a dog has ever stayed in the caravan , it is immaculate. The second bedroom is more suited to children than adults , it is unfair to say we didn't like it , it's just better for small children.
- Lee (9/5): Great stay in a good location - Spotlessly clean, good facilities if you wanted to cook otherwise restaurants & good takeaways nearby, great peaceful location with lovely views, excellent heating system & water pressure. Good parking. Beds were very uncomfortable especially in twin room and only suitable for children.
Also note that when bringing bed sheets the master bedroom is a 'king' double (5 ft sheets) not 4'6 so we had to go & buy some bigger sheets.
Not fussed on too many ornaments but this just our own taste!
We enjoyed our stay, thank you.
- Steve (10/5): Short break , brilliant location - Views , cleanliness’, Nothing
- Brenda (10/5): Perfect for what we wanted - Lovely property, clean and well equipped, beautiful views. Quiet site and very relaxing stay - everything we were looking for. Walking distance to beach with great chippy and bakery etc. close by. Will book again in the near future!
- Terence (10/5): Perfect 5 stars - Lovely holiday home with fantastic views. Very relaxing location but also very close to the warren for food and drinks and entertainment. Absolutely loved our stay here
- Clare (10/5): Amazing views lovely location, -
- Fiona (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great - quiet with a wonderful 180 degree vista with views to the estuary. Very comfortably appointed inside - just perfect - a lovely few days - helped with sunny weather.
- Porter (8/5): Nice quiet stay - It is a very quiet clean caravan with everything you need for a nice stay. It is a very pretty location.
- Dawn (9/5): A relaxing, peaceful and comfortable break. - The Lodge had everything you would need for your holiday and the hosts were extremely helpful with our booking and any questions we had. It is in a perfect location with a stunning view. We loved the peacefulness and privacy of the site. Nothing - we loved it and hope to return in 2026!
- Jayne (10/5): Brilliant can't wait to stay again - The location and spacious holiday home was brilliant for what we needed, a break away from a very hectic life. So peaceful and relaxing totally chilled us out, the views are spectacular and our dogs loved being out on the spacious veranda. The only thing we went out for was food shopping. There was nothing to dislike
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely caravan, amazing location 👌 Nothing
- Sam (10/5): Exceptional - The quality of the caravan and the view. The bed was a little hard.
- Porter (9/5): Superb - It was a very clean location with excellent access to Dwarlish Warren. It was very cosy and well equiped. It was excellent value. You need to take your own bedding and towels.
- Keith (10/5): Very happy, booked to come again June 2025 -
- Vince (8/5): Very comfortable stay in a great location. - The location for my purposes was excellent, within a 15 minute drive from where I needed to go.
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janice (10/5): Exceptional -
- Philip (10/5): Brilliant break in the most beautiful home with spectacular views - The whole stay was superb. The home was extremely well equipped, excellent heating, great appliances, and the most spectacular views! We absolutely loved our stay and will be back for sure. The communication with the hosts was also excellent, bed was very comfortable. The home had everything you needed for a great stay and was exceptionally clean. The location was also excellent, just a short walk down into Dawlish Warren, plenty of great walks for our dog, everything you needed in the village with a very good supermarket!. Loved the peace and quiet on the site, and will be back for sure! nothing -you cannot improve on excellent!!
- Tracy (9/5): comfortable stay in good location - Lovely quiet park, good location, good view, well equiped
- Lewis (10/5): Fantasy stay! -
- Elaine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Serena (8/5): Very good - The view was lovely and was nice and quiet. The caravan hadn't been aired before we arrived and it took a day to get rid of the odour.
- Dylan (10/5): Relaxing weekend away - Nice view & caravan was spotless. Enjoyable weekend away & a 15min walk from the beach Nothing
- Christianne (10/5): Comfortable and ideally situated. Will definitely be rebooking for next year. - Lovely holiday home. Exceptionally clean with everything I needed No hair dryer !
- Pat (7/5): Good -
- Peare (10/5): Short break - Very comfortable and cosy, decorated well and well equipped.
Lovely views Nothing, we loved it all
- Dariusz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Malcolm (10/5): Peaceful area - Plenty of room , fantastic view just great 👍 Nothing .
- Jan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emma (9/5): Lovely, peaceful stay close by to everything you could want for a short family holiday. - Lovely property. We booked this as an alternative to a previously booked property on a site close by due to reviews on the other property and very glad we did. Property had everything we needed, in an excellent and quiet location. Hosts were quick to respond to all my questions before arrival. The information in the welcome pack could have been a bit more detailed - e.g. location of main bins on the site to empty our bins! WiFi is a bit patchy and slow at times but still usable!
- Elisabeth (10/5): Lovely relaxing stay and spotlessly clean. - Very clean, lovely view and close walking distance to the beach.
- Amy (10/5): Excellent definitely will recommend - Everything. Nothing wrong what so ever. Nothing. Everything was excellent
- Sheila (7/5): Superb view and comfortable roperty - The views were very lovely, property was clean and well equipped. Being met by an inebreated cleaner who wanted to know how many guests, because she said the previous guests had broken a bed resulting in one of us having to sleep on the floor, which was not ideal having had hip replacement surgery and suffering from arthritis. We do expect compensation for this.
We were concerned that there was NO contact number incase of any emergency or necessary support ......... an email address to owners in Spain is hardly sufficient. Telephone number in the welcome pack sis not connect, NOT helpful.
Everything was overshadowded by the interferance of the very unpleasant neighbour, announcing curfew rules that we were NOT made aware of because of us closing our van door just after eleven o'clock!!!!!!!
No spare toilet rolls, a necessity when suffering from bowel cancer.
- Ros (10/5): Fantastic location, site and accommodation - Beautiful clean caravan, site was well maintained. Loved we could sit outside in the evening, the sunset was stunning .Good standard of accommodation and equipment. Some local pubs around for evening meals , possibly book though as one 5 mins away was fully booked , seeing the standard of the meals I can see why Nothing
- Sue (8/5): Very pleasant and would like to come back again. Hopefully the cleaning mishap was just a blip. - Lovely caravan & location. The accommodation's cleaning hadn't been finished when I arrived. The coffee table was on sofa, rug & blankets not in place and cleaning materials just inside caravan door. The cleaner came to accommodation shortly after I arrived and was not expecting me. She offered to complete the cleaning but I declined because the dog I was looking after is an escape artist and I didn't want to risk her escaping again- she had escaped previously that day (so I arrived feeling a bit stressed and relieved to have the dog indoors).
- Cяaig (10/5): A beautiful setting for a perfect vacation. - The caravan was faultless, it was perfectly clean throughout and tastefully furnished. The beds were comfortable and the shower was lovely and hot.
The camp on which the caravan was situated was the most peaceful and well kept holiday park we have ever stayed on, and the views overlooking the sea were stunning.
For myself and my father this was our perfect holiday accommodation. N/A
- Jim (9/5): Superb - Facilities, location and cleanliness, very quiet and peaceful. Would come back again. Fridge a bit noisy
- Jacqueline (9/5): A quiet site. Clean with lots of kitchen utensils -
- Stephanie (9/5): A very comfortable and relaxing stay in a property that provided everything we needed with views to die for - already lo - Location is unbeatable, the view is spectacular. The property was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay There was nothing we didn’t like!
- Adrian (9/5): 4 nights. Great location, essy to find two televisions - Spacious, beds very comfy, great view, one bathroom and one en-suite Clean, well equipped
- Simon (10/5): Beautiful location very quiet and relaxing exactly what we wanted. The lodge was immaculate, clean, - Cleanliness, location, comfort, basically everything The only little thing was having to be out By 10:00. I can understand that the place requires a full clean, however you have to be up very early to pack up, which I find a little sad when you are on holiday. However we called the host who gave us an extra hour. Which we were very grateful
- Lorraine (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the caravan, and we were able to sit out on the veranda for our breakfast and late afternoon breaks, lovely views, and able to let our dog out of the double doors and he could not run off beautiful, only down side, wish we had booked for longer Nothing, everything was perfect even the weather.
- Amye (9/5): Had a lovely time would stay again - Everything you need is there
And it felt homely Bathroom size is small but it's expected of this type of property
- Moore (8/5): Room with a view - View from caravan,, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of storage, clean, great location.
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Keith (10/5): Great accommodation and location - Well kept to a high standard Nothing
- John (9/5): It was very good and we had a great Holiday -
- Alan (10/5): Beautiful, Serene, and Well Positioned. - The cottage is perfectly placed to get to just about anywhere of interest in Dawlish Warren. Less than 10 mins walk to the beach, easy access to the South West Coastal Paths for stunning walks up into Dawlish and Teignmouth. Inside it was also extremely comfortable with every amenity you could need, and a beautiful view for sunsets and sunrises. The site itself was incredibly quiet, so we were able to relax well after or long hikes and days exploring
We highly recommend the Forest Funghi café and farm shop a short walk up the hill too!
- Gary (9/5): Very nice -
- Caroline (10/5): Exceptional - Caravan was lovely and quiet, well equipped and all the little touches in the van were very helpful, e.g washing up liquid, sponges, toilet roll.
Caravan was lovely and warm, and the sunsets in the evening were just stunning. Will definitely book again in the future.
- Robin (10/5): A nice site, on the bus route, lovely pub with good food just down the road (five minuets walk) - A nice quiet site with wonderful views overlooking the river Exe None
- Bev (9/5): Comfortable stay thank you - Ease of access was good and easy to operate self check in.
Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of cups and glasses meant you didn’t need to wash up every two minutes.
View of sunset was good. Nice decking outside and in the evening the heating was great to take the edge off the evening chill.
Great comfy stay. But ultimately if you want really quiet stay don’t go on bank holidays or school holidays as lots of families staying on site below.
Ps I just don’t like kids 😂 Eco washing up liquid was a disappointment as needed to use more. A spare toilet roll would have been great as per a few milk sticks to make tea on arrival before hitting the local shop.
The other caravan site below us was really busy and noisy as more commercial but felt more noise as yours was so quiet. The young idiots that are in cars or motorbikes on the main road outside were noisy late evening.
- Mallett (9/5): Superb -
- Gail (10/5): Exceptional -
