• SALOME (10/5): - This is a very beautiful house, truly unique and distinctive. The only discomfort was that it was a bit cold, so it’s better to inform the host in advance about this.

• laura (9/5): Atmosfera unica! - L'appartamento è molto spazioso, confortevole, affascinante. Il soggiorno ha una vista straordinaria infatti da' direttamente sull'interno di una chiesa sconsacrata, inoltre sono presenti due magnifici affreschi. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto , con una cucina moderna e molto attrezzata. I letti sono comodi e i bagni funzionali. Il soggiorno che ha il soffitto molto alto si scalda poco. L'accesso all'appartamento avviene solo tramite una scala piuttosto ripida e stretta.
• aman (8/5): Very nice spacious if you travelling without kids or elderly people. - Very spacious, clean , like the living room and the kitchen . Relatively close to the Center and train station but with younger kids it’s little bit more of a walk . Responsive staff Got to walk two floors up . It should place a curtain over window looking at the hall being restored . Need bigger waste baskets . If you got young kids it’s little away from the center not bad for adults.

• giorgi (1/5): :-@ - p Do not book! Fraud and terrible conditions. This was a nightmare. We booked for 5 people, but the place can barely fit 3. The beds are tiny, and the extra beds promised were not ready or usable. The smell is unbearable—it’s not a "church smell," it’s a foul, toxic odor that is impossible for anyone with allergies. The apartment is freezing cold; the brick floor is like ice and half of the heaters don't work. To top it off, the kitchen was filthy and disgusting. Access is another problem: the staircase is so narrow you can't even carry a backpack up to the 2nd floor properly. This is a scam. Save your money and health—stay somewhere else!

• Marius (10/5): Best place to stay in Florence - An extraordinary experience we have had in the heart of Florence. The accommodation is really close to the main attractions, check-in was easy, and the host was very nice, providing all the help we needed, even early check in. The 2-bedroom apartment feels like a time capsule in history, impressive yet modern at the same time. The beds are big and cozy, and everything you need is in the bathroom and kitchen. A top-notch place.
• Robbert (10/5): Amazing and unique apartment! Highly recommend - This is such a unique place to stay! It was amazing to see the frescoes in the apartment and the ruins through the window. Like staying in a piece of history. Beds were comfortable and location was great. We felt it was walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We would’ve appreciated some salt, pepper - tissues, napkins, etc to be provided rather than buy things ourselves for those few days. Very small things at little cost but much appreciated while on holiday.

The moment I stepped inside, I felt surrounded by history — high vaulted ceilings, and echoes of centuries past blending seamlessly with the comfort of modern design.
• Nicole (5/5): - A casa é toda histórica e realmente bonita. Muitas escadas e corredor pequeno de difícil acesso. Não oferecem estrutura básica nenhuma pra fazer as coisas na casa (exemplo, papel toalha, pano de prato). Pelo valor pago deixou muito a desejar.
• virginie (8/5): Atypic flat close to.city center - Very atypic.flat which used to.be a church / covent. From the living room.you have a large window showing the interior of the old church ( not used any more) while the rooms were part of the covent. We were them during Halloween season so timing was perfect as honestly my 2 teenagers were a little bit afraid with the scenery. Otherwise spacious flat with good facilities and 15 minutes walk to the duomo. Plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes walk around the flat Little bit dark as it was a church/ covent Staircase a bit steep and narrow if.you have large luggage

• Beverley (10/5): Exceptional apartment in a prime location, this apartment is highly recommended. - This apartment blew us away with how exceptionally beautiful and spacious it was. In addition to being in a prime location which is easily accessible and walkable to all of the attractions in Florence it is by far the most incredible place we stayed in Italy. There is more space than you could possibly need and it is beautifully decorated and clean. The hosts are also amazingly attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everything about this property is incredible. There is literally nothing not to like.

It's large and centrally located, being a 5 minute walk to Piazza Santa Croce and less than 10 minutes to Santa Maria Del Fiore. Loads of restaurants and cafes nearby. The wifi really only works in the master bedroom. You need to hotspot for anywhere else. Also, the lighting is very dim in the living areas. Minor details - this is a beautiful, comfortable apartment.

• Linda (9/5): Large property for our family of four with very unique decor fitting for Florence! Very good location for sightseeing. - What a unique property! Very clean and modern bathrooms and kitchen, bedrooms were very comfortable. The location is very good and walkable to parking outside the ZTL at Park Ammirato. The living room area is huge with high ceilings, enormous frescoes and a picture window that looks into an old church. It would be much better to arrive at the property during daylight as it is a little spooky at night since it is such a different place than we were used to. The adults all thought it was cool but my 14 year old daughter found it creepy until she could see everything in daylight. My engineer husband found the place fascinating! We arrived late at night after a long day of travel so it was a little intimidating at first but really enjoyed our stay as it is a very memorable property. The front bedroom has a lot of noise from the street traffic but back bedroom is very quiet.

• Allen (4/5): I wouldn’t stay here again. - It was a unique place -it used to be a church or a convent and it has high ceilings and interesting architecture but on the other hand it is very dark and all living and dining room windows are very high on the walls and impossible to look out of. The lock box code wouldn’t work and we were left standing on the narrow sidewalk with our suitcases with cars zipping by a few inches away. They made us do videos of trying to use the lock box instead of sending someone immediately. And when he showed up he was extremely rude.

• Fiona (9/5): A very comfortable and unique apartment centre of Florence. - Fabulous aesthetics! Beautiful and unique apartment. Some missing amenities such as a second hairdryer and some kitchen items.
• Adam (10/5): Incredible! - I travel a ton so it is rare that I am blown away when finding accommodation, but this absolutely exceeded all expectations! The apartment is stunning and the murals and old church add incredible atmosphere. I will come back to Florence just to stay here agin. Nothing.
• Nova (10/5): A special apartment of art and beauty - Absolutely incredible apartment with frescos by a renaissance master and a window into a C13th monastery. Beautifully decorated and very large. Bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. 10-15 minute walk to centre. Close to Santa Croce piazza and church. It was quite noisy with traffic on the front side and they really need some blackout curtains for sleeping. Lady with a noisy dog woke us up every morning at 6am in back bedroom, can’t be helped by the apartment though. Still absolutely would stay again.

The stairs up to the apartment is very narrow and not easy for ones with buggage especially when the buggage is big one.
• Brendan (10/5): My favourite stay in 7 weeks of travel - A brilliant Atmosphere Large and made you feel like you were in the cultural heart of Florence Stairs but we knew that going in Location a little bit out of the heart of Florence but ok if you don’t mind walking
• Branden (10/5): Brilliant apartment with ample space for a family that is a comfortable walk from the city center. - Clean, well appointed, with classical features representative of Italy and Firenze. I wish it had a few more nespresso coffee pods, but it’s okay.
• Mike (10/5): Totally worth it. Would stay there again! - The location is excellent. But the show stopper is the historic nature of the apartment. The frescos from Domenico Ghirlandaio are amazing and the picture window that looks into the original cathedral is astounding. The apartment is as spacious as the pictures make it look. Truly lovely. Wi-Fi was spotty. I took some doing to get connected and then speeds were too slow to do anything. I was trying to sync my Fitbit so it would show the correct time.

It had everything we needed on hand. The staff once we arrived were very responsive for any queries we had. Especially Stefano who gave us some excellent restaurant choices and the two we went to were definitely a highlight. Very minor - Would have loved some tea 😀 and milk.
