• Mark (10/5): Excellent apartment location in the centre of Lindos with a great host - The location was in the centre of Lindos but on a quiet alley so very little noise at night. 2 minutes walk to restaurants and 10 minutes walk to 2 beaches. The communication from the host was excellent and if you had any issues they were resolved quickly & efficiently. Nothing.

• Gregory (10/5): Beautiful apartment, superb location - The location was superb. I regret we could not stay longer. We were in the quiet side of Lindos (near St Paul's Bay) and the location was wonderfully quiet, with a commanding view of the castle. I highly recommend the location, and the specific apartment - #103. Modern, beautifully maintained with buckets of room. Superb host. I will definitely return for a longer stay. This was a combined leisure/working trip for me and there was plenty of room for my laptop and working papers, without disturbing my wife or the eating area. And plenty of electric sockets. Kudos to the host for a well organized apartment!! Everything was top notch 👍
• Liliana (1/5): Tutto buono tranne l’alloggio - La posizione L’host della struttura in un primo momento(comprovato da messaggio tramite Booking) ci ha indicato una cassetta rossa dove avremmo dovuto trovare le chiavi,ma le cassette erano tutte nere e quindi siamo stati fuori a girare per i vicoli a cercare una eventuale altra entrata..Dopo è stato molto scortese avendoci svegliato alle 7 di mattina pretendendo il pagamento del soggiorno (comprovato dalla transazione bancaria).. Nei primi giorni abbiamo cercato un di incontrarlo ad un orario adeguato per chi è in vacanza,ma non c’è stato modo. Interlocuire con lo stesso è stato molto difficile perché non parlava inglese
• 1Matteo1 (6/5): Si può facilmente migliorare - la posizione, le pulizie quotidiane, frutta offerta dai gestori. Odore di scarico che si espande per la casa quando si tira lo sciacquone in bagno o semplicemente ci si lava le mani. In 12 giorni non ho mai visto i gestori: sia per il check in che per il check out, sarebbe stato ben accetto avere delle informazioni utili per ambientarsi durante il check in. Una sera la TV ha smesso di funzionare ed è andata così fino a fine vacanza. Sul top della cucina devi combattere con le formiche. Nella presentazione di booking c'è una foto del terrazzo che è di pertinenza di un'altra stanza. Nella stanza 101 l'unica zona esterna è quella del cortile in comune. Metodo di pagamento. Noi convinti che la somma venisse presa dalla carta usata per la prenotazione, non ci siamo mai preoccupati. Un giorno ci scrive il gestore dicendo che il giorno seguente per le 14 sarebbe stato in struttura per avere il pagamento. Non specificando che dovevamo essere lì presenti per passare la carta su un pos. Dopo diverse incomprensioni a causa del suo inglese basic abbiamo optato per pagare con bonifico, che ha impiegato dei giorni ad arrivare. Ecco, in quel frangente il gestore è stato davvero poco comprensibile. Voleva essere pagato con carta nonostante il bonifico e nonostante la nostra insistenza di avere un canale dove condividere la ricevuta del bonifico eseguito. Sì, perché il gestore non ha whatsapp, no mail... niente. Solo un numero di telefono.

• Alessandra (10/5): Apostolos e la famiglia trimmis rappresentano il vero host da 10. - La struttura si presenta molto bene, curata e accogliente. La pulizia della camera avviene tutti i giorni e il cambio degli asciugamani quando necessario. La posizione é centralissima e tuttavia seppure a due passi dai locali é davvero silenziosa. Niente
• Lehmann (4/5): Wir waren mit der Wohnung zufrieden jedoch war der Vermieter unfreundlich uns gegenüber und Dominant. Ich würde das AirB - Es war Sauber Unfreundlicher und Dominanter Umgang vom Vermieter, und das Wasser in der gesamten Wohnung lief überhaupt nicht, es war nicht möglich zu duschen oder die Hände zu waschen etc.

• Anna-lisa (10/5): - Super Lage Tolles, kleines Apartment, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Vermieter ist sehr bemüht, dass es einem an nichts fehlt und bringt sogar jeden zweiten Morgen Trauben vorbei :-).
• Lukas (7/5): Modern in a great location with significant potential - We stayed in apartment 101, new apartment in a great location close to town but in a quiet street. Owner was great to answer any queries we had. Unfortunately the property had not been cleaned upon arrival and communication could’ve been slightly better. If there was a curtain or door where the bedroom is it would significantly improve the apartment.

L' aria condizionata nonostante le piccole dimensioni dell' appartamento e' posizionata male in quanto in camera si gela mentre in cucina e in bagno si muore dal caldo. Ma il voto particolarmente basso e' dovuto all' indisponenza e alla totale assenza del proprietario. Le sue Indicazioni fornite per raggiungere l' appartamento erano totalmente sbagliate ed e' stato difficile rintracciarlo telefonicamente, mancanza totale di disponibilita' persino per fissare per poterlo pagare. Ci siamo dovuti adeguare noi alle sue esigenze pur essendo noi i clienti!!!!

• Evie (10/5): Fabulous accommodation in a perfect position in the village - Location was perfect, the facilities were great, with the added extra of a washing machine. The position of the air con unit, we felt it would be better on the wall opposite the bed as it didn’t seem to cool the room enough at night, but apart from that we enjoyed everything about it.
• Amal (10/5): Beautiful place and perfect location! - Honestly a really great place. Perfectly located. In the town yet in the quiet area and 3 minutes walk from Saint Paul's beach. Location is really perfect. The place itself is beautiful, super clean, you have everything you need. There is also a cleaning person that comes every day which is lovely. I highly recommend this place. There is also a cute little terrace to share with your neighbours. Just lovely. Need to make sure instructions to get to the place are clear as it is a bit tricky. Also note that you cannot pay through Bookings but need to pay either through their POS machine or by cash once at location.

• Karen (8/5): Very good - Liked how quiet it was and away from all the people. Spacious, comfortable and enjoyed having a washing machine (even though no instructions) Too hard trying to find it. Directions not very accurate. Response to questions slow. Very small towel for shower, shower gets flooded and tiny ants on floors and kitchen bench.

The apartment was not only beautiful and comfortable but also had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was ideal, and we couldn't have asked for more. What truly made our experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful time. We are very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable
• Charlotte (10/5): Great accommodation, great location, everything you need. - Great location just slightly set back from the main town but minutes away from everything. 5 to 10 minutes from either beach. Apartment was clean, great kitchenette with everything you need. Washing machine and walk in wardrobe! We didn’t know what room we were in, they gave us all the info to get there but not our room number. Wasn’t a problem as the first door we tried was ours, but would have been awkward if it wasn’t.

• Ece (10/5): PERFECT EXPERIENCE - the location was perfect, we walk everywhere in lindos. the flat is really large, there is a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. the flat is clean all the time, everyday it got cleaned. even lindos is really hot weather, the flat is always cool enough. there are 2 air conditioner, coffee machine, washing machine, iron and ect. the owner “apostolos” is so kind and helpful all the time. we loved everything about flat. if we come again, we stay in lindos alley.
• Jane (9/5): Very good - Lovely spacious room, clean & tidy. Has everything you need, even a washing machine! Plenty of storage space including a walk in wardrobe. Very short walk to the town. I would definitely stay again. There is a coffee machine that takes coffee pods. The host left a few pods but not enough for our stay & they weren’t replenished but unfortunately I couldn’t find any where that sold the pods. Would be nice to possibly have the option to buy them from the host.

• Ruisen (10/5): Supreme location and amenities. - Supreme central location, only less than 10 mins walk to the free car park. In a quiet corner with high connectivity to the shops, vendors and restaurants. Clean rooms and bathroom. All amenities were provided even exceeded our needs – they even have a small walk-in wardrobe with lighting! Decorated in typical rustic Greek style. Lovely rooftop terrace for us to access – just like all other local buildings in town. You can easily have the clear full view of the acropolis hilltop and the ancient square remains from this terrace! Both the cleaning and management staff were extremely thoughtful and friendly. We got sweet little welcome and farewell gifts from them. We certainly will come back! If being extremely fussy, I can only say that the shower’s switch is a bit counter-intuitive as you need to push it down towards the wall instead of lifting it up away from the wall to turn on the water.

• Selwyn (10/5): Been lindos 11years this is the best we have had👏👏🇬🇷🇬🇷 - There was nothing not to like about this property!!Apostolos and his wife were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The room was cleaned with fresh towels every other day and we were allowed to stay in the apartment for another couple of hours on our day of departure. Apostolos and his wife also left us a leaving gift, which was a lovely touch. We will definitely stay here again but we will need to be quick as it is already booked on these days for next year!
