• Günter (9/5): Ich komme gerne wieder! - Gut ausgestatteter Wohnraum und gut ausgestattete Küche, großzügiger Raum, sehr gutes Bett, 3 Minuten zur S-Bahn und ein fürsorglicher Vermieter Lärmempfindliche Schläfer kann die nahe gelegene, verkehrsreiche Straße beim Schlaf stören. Gegebenenfalls Ohropax mitnehmen. Aber das ist wirklich der einzige kleine Nachteil!
• Marcus (9/5): - Absolut zu empfehlen! Es hat mir dort sehr gut gefallen. Lage, Parken, Ausstattung - alles top. Ich habe mich dort wirklich sehr gut gefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe (Schlüsselkasten; kontaktlos) lief einwandfrei. Die Fußbodenheizung brauchte einen Tag, um Wärme zu erzeugen. Da ich bei eisigen Temperaturen dort war, war der Anreisetag wirklich sehr unangenehm, was ich auch nicht verschweigen möchte. Aber ab dem 2. Tag war alles kuschelig warm!

• Ramona (9/5): - Wir hatten uns ausgeschlossen, bekamen aber über Telefon sofort Hilfe. Danke Deniz In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefehlt. Sehr gut geschlafen. Die Leute aus dem Haus sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Treppenstufen zur Wohnung sind nicht sehr leicht läufig, eben sehr hoch. Trotzdem alles gut.
• Leanne (8/5): - The apartment was very clean and very modern. The kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped. Our family of four stayed happily in the studio space for a few nights. The location was very good, just a quick walk to the station where you could get a train into Stuttgart. Check-in details were communicated ahead of time and very easy to follow. The parking space underneath the apartment was a bonus. N/A
