Er waren werkzaamheden voor de deur dat is tijdelijk maar als we het hadden geweten..... ook is er geen zitje in de tuin waar je in de ochtendzon kan zitten. De zon komt in deze periode pas s middags. Dus ontbijten op het balkon moest met een trui aan, want het is nu nog koud uit de zon. Binnen is er geen tafel met stoelen namelijk.

- Lott (10/5): Geweldig!! - Het appartement was erg schoon, goed verzorgd en goed onderhouden! De eigenaar is ook erg behulpzaam. De locatie is top, enkele minuten van het centrum met als voordeel makkelijker parkeren! Door de ligging van de accommodatie heb je prachtig uitzicht over Parga! Ook een groot voordeel is de luxe regendouche, een koelkast en koffieapparaat! Wij komen hier zeker terug! Bedankt voor de fijne tijd! Kan niets bedenken

- Zoe (10/5): Perfect location, just at the back of Parga, a short walk to the seafront. Would definitely stay again. Angelos was very - Very clean. Very comfortable bed- always a bonus.

- Alida (10/5): Nydelig leilighet og vert - vi kommer tilbake - Leiligheten var romslig og ren med et lite praktisk kjøkken som ligger kun 5 minutter fra sentrum i Parga og 10 min unna bystranda. Leiligheten er også i sin helhet ganske moderne og hadde aircondition, samt en uteplass. Verten var veldig vennlig, han tok oss godt i mot og vi fikk vann ved ankomst. Han ga oss også masse tips til hva vi bør gjøre i Parga f.eks. restauranter og strender. Vi stilte han også diverse spørsmål når vi skulle på utflukter osv. han svarte oss veldig kjapt og var veldig på tilbudssiden. Absolutt å anbefale. Ingenting.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. A special thanks to the owner, who was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome! If you're looking for a clean, well-located place with great service, I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - It's a spatious, impeccably-looking and clean apartment. All the devices and appliances are working properly, no leaking toilet, no smelly drainage! The host is very friendly and helpful. The property is well located, being on the main road, but only five minutes walk away from the center. Just for the sake of mentioning something: a wardrobe would be a plus. :-)

- Marie (10/5): Very modern, clean and spacious apartment in a very quiet and good location just outside Parga town. - I recently stayed at Phoenix Serviced Apartments in Parga, Greece and I was thoroughly impressed. The apartments are very clean, modern, and well-equipped, best accommodation I have stayed in Greece. The location is convenient, and the level of service provided by the family-run team is exceptional. The host was incredibly accommodating and made my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend Phoenix Apartments for anyone visiting Parga! nothing.
- Ionescu (10/5): The ideal place for a gorgeous vacation. - Everything, the location, the room, how is decorated, the bathroom, the terrace, the garden. You can see from the start that is a well done and managed place, the materials used, how everything is perfect. Also the host, Angelos and his mother could not be any more kinder and nice. Aso the parking place is a huge plus. For sure I will recomand this place to all my friends and definitely we will come back here. nothing to add here, everything was perfect
- Andreea (10/5): Amazing accommodation in the chic city of Parga - The accomodation was beyond our expectations! Everything was new and the apartment has a really esthetic and cozy feeling while being also really modern. Also everthing was imaculat clean and it has everything you need when it come to electronics. (Coffee machine, iron etc) The location is really close to the city center. So in the morning and the evening we went by food to get our breakfast and dinner. Our favorite beach, Valtos Beach, is 5-10 min drive with the car from the apartment. The host, Angeloss, was super friendly and hospitable. The communication was super helpful and efficient. We were really happy with our choice and could not recommend this place enough.

- Gregory (10/5): The most cozy apartment in Parga - Very friendly and attentive owner. He went far beyond to help us with our questions. The apartment is just amazing. All is new and super clean. Cozy atmosphere, made with love and attention to each detail. All facilities of really good quality and we liked to use them. Perfect location in a walk distance from the beach and old town. And the private parking is a big plus. Definitely recommend this apartment, and we are already waiting to come back again.

- Dragan (10/5): The Best - I think that accomodations in Parga are a bit overpriced and having that in mind this appartment is not too priced considering it was very very clean, the hosts are super nice, very pleasent, responsive, maybe niceset we have ever met, and we've met a lot. Towels changed regularly. Location is great, quite place and 10min to the beach but, less then that to center. Overall impression best accomodation we ever had.
