• Bernhard (2/5): Be careful with the terms and conditions - The check-in went smoothly, the house is large and had everything we needed. The location is good and there are no complaints about cleanliness. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the hostess. We had made a mistake and paid the second half of the rent in cash. We didn't know that Booking would debit the amount again. So we accidentally paid half too much. When we pointed this out to the hostess, she came up with abstruse reasons why the price should now suddenly be higher. Instead of simply returning the money she had wrongfully received, she made up wild stories. However, these were not true and can be proven beyond doubt. Booking agreed and tried to contact her. However, she did not respond to Booking's enquiries and, after repeated requests, finally blocked us on WhatsApp. You may well have a good time at Casa Ignacio, but you should be careful. Unfortunately, we are now forced to take further action and must advise against staying there.
