- Guangye (10/5): Perfetto in Everything - Excellent location for everything: great restaurants like Buca Mario, convenient stores, walkable to everywhere. It was also exceptionally clean. Amenities provided were thoughtful, such as USB charging heads and umbrellas. We had a late flight in and Inga stayed past 10 to almost 11PM to wait for us. What more could you ask for in a host? Perfetto. Nothing.

- EDEN (10/5): Would come again! - Super clean, very beautiful, new apartment. Location is near the train station but also near the market and the start of the tourist area at florence. Host is super nice. Great air conditioning, shower, comfortable sofa and bed. If you’re here for several nights, bring shampoo and shower things.

It was a very secure apartment and quiet for being in a busy city. Nothing, it was very good.

Inga, the host, is friendly and easy to communicate with. - The apartment is at perfect location near the train station, the old town, and next to the central market, but it's quiet because it's in an inner yard of a building block. It's spacious and comfortable. Inga, the host, is very friendly and communicates clearly and replies quickly, and she was flexible regarding check-in/out. The apartment lacks natural light and there is no view, but this was not important for me because most of the time I was outside enjoying the town. It's just an info for those who want an apartment with nice view.

- Cinda (9/5): A very nice stay, just be careful with the stairs. - This was a great apartment for a quick stop in Florence. It is soooooo near the train station, we could not beat the convenience. It is simple but clean, modern, quiet, and comfortable. A single apartment located off the main road, on the ground floor (but apartment is two floors with a loft bedroom). Close to restaurants and the Mercato Centrale. But, really, I cannot say enough about the hosts, Inga and her companion, Alessandro. Inga was in an accident and broke her collar bone so she could not meet us in person. She was waiting to have surgery, but still...she kept in constant contact with us preparing us for arrival at the property, giving us last minute instructions, and letting us know Alessandro would meet us and let us into the property. We used Google translate to communicate with Alessanrdo and things worked out just fine. Inga was so kind and concerned...for US! I hope she is past her ordeal and is safely on the mend. Thanks, Inga. We really enjoyed our brief stay at your lovely apartment. This was a very nice apartment near the train station which is what we needed. We really enjoyed our overnight stay, but the only challenge for us, as older travelers, was the stairs leading to the loft bedroom. It was very nice up there, but the stairs were narrow and steep, so we had to take them very carefully. Felt a little unsafe, but I think that was our problem, not the property. Just giving a heads up for other travelers. Still, we would certainly return here again if we had an opportunity. We still have yet to meet Inga! :)

Also a great host, Inga was very nice and helpful, tried her best to facilitate our needs as best as she could. The bed is upstairs the duplex, which is fine but going out at night with a sleepyhead is kinda scary.
