Тамара очень вежливая, внимательная и добродушная хозяйка.Тамара встретили нас как родных, дом очень красивый, чистый, вокруг дома зеленые и высокие ели. Не было лишнего запаха и шума, совершенно спокойное место, если бы не море, мы бы никуда не пошли из дома. В доме есть все для проживания, кухня оборудована: газовая плита, микроволновка, холодильник, посуда.Кондиционеры работали хорошо, интернет тоже. В следующем году не будем искать другое место, лучшего варианта не найти. Все отлично! Всем рекомендую! Все понравилось - Гостеприимная хозяйка, отличное место, тишина, пляж самий лучший в округе.
• Oleg Kouzmin (10/5): Ideal place for a quiet dream holiday - We truly enjoyed our holiday at this wonderful villa. The property is ideally located just a few steps from the quietest part of Shakvetili beach – it never gets crowded, even at peak times during the weekends. The sea deepens gradually, making it perfect for children, and the beach is kept very clean, with the council service team maintaining it every morning. The pine trees surrounding the villa provide plenty of shade and create a pleasant refreshing microclimate at any time of day. The villa itself is a newly built property with a thoughtful design. It is very clean, tidy and well-equipped, with three A/C covering all the living areas & bedrooms, plus all essentials available. Unlike large developments or small hotels, there are no disturbances here ... the house is all yours. Mr Akakiy and Mrs Tamara are wonderful hosts – very kind, attentive, and responsive, making everything possible to ensure guests are enjoying their stay. Although Shakvetili is a quiet place, a lovely restaurant, a 24hr shop and a pharmacy are within a 3-5 min walk. And finally, three different theme parks are within just a 10 min drive, and many of Western Georgia’s sightseeing attractions are 1-2 hours away by car, which we enjoyed exploring. We were really pleased with our stay, and would love to come back.
• Ekaterina (10/5): - Отличная вилла! 2 этажа,на каждом сан.узел. Вода горячая всегда есть. В каждой комнате работает кондиционер,в т ч и на отопление. Белье чистое,полотенец много. Вся техника(утюг,стиралка,микроволновка,плита) работает. Отличное расположение до моря 1 минута,пляж черный магнитный песок. При входе на территорию стоит душ,можно сполоснуться и ноги помыть. Уютно как дома. Легко 6 человек разместить(может и больше,мы не проверяли). Очень добрая хозяйка все рассказала. До кафе у Нелли 3 минуты(другие тоже есть недалеко),напротив кафе магазинчик. Вокруг сосны. По парка музыкантов пешком минут 15-20. Удобная локация. Воздух чудесный. Все идеально!
• Olena (10/5): Гарний відпочинок у мальовничому місці. - Гарний новенький будинок на березі моря зі своєю територією- справжній відпочинок для душі. Дуже гостинна та приємна господиня Тамара завжди рада прийти на допомогу. Сюди хочеться повернутися🫂
