• Brigita (10/5): - V apartmaju popolnoma vse; prvič, da smo bili tako ustrežljivi postreženi: čistila, pivo, sok, voda, KAVA, vse vse vse ( začimbe, kis, olje,) res prijazno in vse pohvale vredno.
• Dušan (10/5): Dobre vybavený apartmán s dobrým prístupom k moru i centru mestečka. - Apartmán je blízko mora v jednoposchodovom objekte na prvom poschodí. Prístup k moru je veľmi jednoduchý. (Prechod cez jeden dvor okolo reštaurácie.) Samotný apartmán je veľmi dobre vybavený po každej stránke. Všetky spotrebiče sú funkčné. Majiteľ nad rámec svojich povinností vybavuje apartmán aj ďalšími náležitosťami, ako vonné tyčinky, cukor, soľ, korenie, nápoje, prací prostriedok a pod. Počas pobytu sme nepoužili umývačku riadu a gril. Ale sú pripravené na použitie. Susedia sú milí a radi poradia. Určite sa ešte budeme uchádzať o možnosť pobytu v tomto apartmáne. Komunikácia s majiteľom bola na dobrej úrovni. Jednoducho je to potrebné zažiť. Každý piatok sú v blízkosti trhy. Aj tie môžem vrelo odporučiť. Výber zeleniny, ovocia rým, ale aj iného tovaru je veľmi dobrý. Niektoré veci majiteľ nemôže ovplyvniť. Napr. parkovanie na ulici. Miesto sme našli, ale auto nie je chránené žiadnym tieňom. Takže od rána do večera je na priamom slnku. Na to by sa mali nájomníci pripraviť. Druhým prvkom je kostol cez ulicu. V sobotu a nedeľu musíte počítať so zvonením od 7,00, 7,30 a 8,00 hod. Nebol to problém, ale niekto si rád pospí a mal by byť s tým uzrozumený. V iných hodnoteniach som čítal niečo o stavebnom ruchu. Stavba už je ukončená, takže tento rušivý prvok odpadol.
• Dubravka (10/5): Exceptional - NP apartment is perfectly eqiupped - all you need it has. Big balcons, all kind mosquto protect, two sleeping rooms( we were five), big sitting room, good inernet.. Neoi Epivates is small place, but nearby you have different restoran, bakery,shop,pharmacy and large sandy beach 100m away. To family with small kids is perfect. To older - Solun isn,t far away.
• Srdjan (9/5): Superb - Apartment have 2 separate bedrooms and leaving room , and all of them have entrance to balcony. internet iwas good. Location close to beach bars and tavernas. Easy check in .
• Diana (10/5): Very nice apartment for vacation or remote work - We spent 3 weeks at this lovely apartment with my family and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay for a nice vacation or working remotely. It has everything you need, from well-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine, AC in all rooms, comfortable beds, excellent balcony where you can relax or work, big TV, to stable Wi-Fi. It was also very clean when we arrived and had all the needed tools to keep in clean after that. In 2 minutes walk you can be at the beach and the sunset is awesome. There are also different restaurants, shops and a bakery within walking distance. Within 5 minutes with car you can also reach Lidl and Masutis. In addition, the host responded quickly to all our inquiries, like sending a list with nearby pediatric doctors.
• Nino (9/5): Superb - The accommodation is comfortable, cozy, pleasant, with a big enough terrace and very well equipped with everything necessary for everyday life. We didn't meet the hosts, but we communicated very easily through messages and they were very responsive to our requests.
• Lenka (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is perfect. It has all the equipment you need. A lot of kitchen utensils, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a washing machine are a big plus. Plenty of towels and bed linen. Everything was clean. A large balcony from which you can see a bit of the sea. Ideal for morning coffee. Communication went smoothly, Ilias answered questions immediately and was extremely responsive to our requests. After a long journey, we were delighted to have snacks in the fridge upon arrival. The location is ideal, about three minutes from the sea but in a quiet street where you can't hear the noise from the restaurants on the main promenade. About 15 minutes by car from the airport. The sea is clean and gently sloping, suitable even for small children. Thank you for a great holiday, I recommend it, we would love to come back in the future.

• Florinta (10/5): Fantastic location and a comfortable place to stay a stone throw's away from Neoi Epivates beach. - The location of the apartment is fantastic for being so close to the Neoi Epivates beach and the tavernas around it. The air conditioner is the next best thing about it because it's essential to survive the summer. Overall it was neat and tidy and having a kitchen when you wake up to have a quickly prepared breakfast is a good convenience to have. Getting the keys was also safe and easy, the owner was also quick to communicate and update on instructions.
