It was pretty horrible because we only wanted to rest when we get there not to spend more energy. We didn't know that the locker was that far from the apartment until we nearly arrived there. There were no hair dryer too

2. The owner gives clear instructions.
3. The shower water is warm and the water pressure is perfect! 1. The house is very hot and they don’t even provide a fan. It is hotter than outside. (17.7 19:57 Indoor: 27.2°C outdoor 22.9°C)
(It is even hotter in the toilet.)
2. I don’t understand why can’t they write down the number of the house (Halmekatu 3 A “8”) and the parking lot number (21) on the information. But we got it after the booking is confirmed.
3. After the book is confirmed, we got a super long message. It was about their rule of being in the house. Those were clear instructions which is very good.
But at the same time, why not just put them on the information so we can go through it and decide if we want to book this place or not beforehand? For example: Vacuuming the house before we leave. Otherwise they might charge us 40 euros of not doing that.
(And of course, cleaning the house is a must-do thing when we leave.)
I think it’s better to just put those rules on the information and let people decide if they want to book this place or not.
4. I don’t know if the owner comes back and checks this house before new tenants coming in or not. The dishes are dirty on the drying rack and the living room floor is dirty as well.
5. It would be better if they have a freezer, more sockets in the house, a blackout curtain in the room and a heatproof mat for kitchen.
6. We have to drive to a place (3 km distance) to pick up a key. It’s good that we have a car; otherwise this would be inconvenient.
7. There is a factory nearby so the smell is not so good.
8. There is no elevator and the apartment is on the 4th floor.
