- John Patrick (7/5): - Clean house, accommodating, near konbini, fast food like McDonald’s, 100 yen shop, near supermarkets, etc! Far away from the City. More than an hour travel!
You need to use different train lines JR, Seiybu- line and metro line. So many transfers, hassle.
There should be a vacuum inside the room and mop.

- agus (10/5): For the price it so worth it - Its clean enough, big enough, very close to station, everufood you can find here Maybe wall too thin so i can hear neighbor anore
- Matheus (10/5): Was a lovely stay we enjoyed the place and it surroundings - The place is wonderful
- conrad (10/5): -

- Pierre-emmanuel (8/5): Very good -
- Daniela (8/5): It was good for the price - The location is perfect They need to make some updates like the towels
- Rodney (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (8/5): My stay in Japan was excellent and the room was very suitable - The room provides most things, though I brought a small folding chair and left in the room for future guests. For English speakers, a how to use the washing machine would be helpful
- Laura (8/5): Wonderfully set in the heart of Nogata, with access to transport options, wonderful neighbourhood feeling and an amazing - The Nogata area is fantastic, so many shops and restaurants and bars. The apartment is close to the train station and just a short walk to buses. The entrance to the property was quite dirty and run down. Some regular basic cleaning would help this. There was mould in the grout in the kitchen sink and bathroom that could do with a spray of mould remover.
- Sebastian (8/5): Very good -
- Zam (10/5): Exceptional - right in front of the station none
- Maria (8/5): Very good - Very close to Nogata station (seibu shinjuku line), cheap, comfortable bed. No personal at all.
It's very important to follow the procedure described via mail to understand how to reach/find the place and get inside
- Mas (8/5): Very good -
- Benjamin (8/5): Great stay for amazing price - right next to station and shops, with all amenities provided. - This stay was great! It has absolutely everything you need for a very affordable price.
The best part about Luana Nogata is the location. Within a 30 second walk you have access to Nogata Station, a family mart, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and loads of bars and food options.
This is a self-check in service. You’ll receive a code from the owner which unlocks a box at the door containing two keys- a key for the front door to the apartment complex and your room.
The room itself is small but that’s fine since you’ll mostly just be using it to sleep in. It has a strong cooler, a washing machine, TV, shower/bath, toilet, microwave, stovetop, sink and bed.
The room also has provided free WIFI which pulls speeds up to 200mbs/s which is fantastic. This is less what I didn’t like, and more things that a potential traveller should consider before booking.
Your room is only one within an entire residential apartment complex. You will be sharing an internal wall with other permanent residents, and these walls are paper thin. As such, you must take great care to not make too much noise, especially late at night, so as you don’t inconvenience anyone. This also means that you will hear other residents.
Check in for the room is at 4pm, which can also be tough after a long flight.
- Ellie (10/5): awesome!! - everything was great, not a huge room or bed but if you’re spending a lot of time in accommodation whilst visiting japan, you’re doing it wrong!
This was perfect for us, comfy, clean, cosy in quaint and quiet neighbourhood with lots of delicious restaurants/cafes; easily accessible to everywhere in Tokyo via the train station which is very close by.
Very easy check in, definitely worth the money! Nothing, everything was great!
- Wan (8/5): Top notch - The location is top notch. Its far from the busy tokyo. The morning vibe is my thing. I love how calm the place is. The subway is so near that i really love. Even its only 5 minutes walk from nearest bus station. I love it. Theres washing machine there but no drier, and i came during rainy season, theres laundry nearby. I'm a muslim, and its very convenient as its really close with 1 halal kebab store that operate 24 hours. The room is quite small for 4 people. I am aware of it from the reviews. And im okay with it.
- Varun (7/5): Good - Great AC
Hot water 24 hrs
Great ramen shop downstairs It’s just too small
And it is on SS metro line which is away from all metros and not on the the Tokyo free subway pass
- Siborg (7/5): Great location away from the crazy busyness of the city. - The room was situated in a lovely quiet area. The train was a two minute walk which was helpful after a big day of sightseeing. Plenty of great eateries within a short walk. The main bed was somewhat uncomfortable, not really big enough for two adults.
- Karina (10/5): Amazing stay! affordable, nice and near station - We really liked this stay! it was a truly great experience.
The place is a minute away from the Seibu Shinjuku Line, Nogata Station (15/20 mins away from Shinjuku) and a conbini, and is near a lot of conbinis, markets, flower shops, bakery, etc.
Yes, there is a stair leading to the apartment, but is really easy to go up.
The place is small but a great space for 2 people and according to Japanese standards, quite great. We were able to accomodate our 2 big suitcases + a small one + several shopping bags in the closet.
The bathroom was big enough, easy to use, nice water pressure and nice warm water.
The place has a comfortable 2-people-sized bed, a small fridge, a small kitchen space, washing machine, TV and microwave, all working great. Also had enough dishes for both.
Also, all instructions were easy. Amazing experience and would totally go back! The only things I would improve are adding a broom and some things so we could clean up the space easier.
- Joshua (8/5): Very good -
