Les chambres sont confortables et propres et la pension se trouve 5 min à pied de la ville. Ils proposent également des voitures de location pour des prix attractifs. Idéal donc que ce sois pour profiter de la ville, faire des excursions ou se détendre sur le balcon.

Lennart (10/5): An absolute pleasure! - It was an absolute pleasure staying in Castellum! The apartments are brand new (just in their third month of operation), so everything was in top condition. The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped, with a fully equipped kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom, a very big and comfortable bed, a couch which could serve as a third bed and a nice balcony with views of the old castle. And let’s not forget to mention the excellent shower! The apartment is ideally situated: it’s in a quiet part of town, there’s a car park and supermarkets nearby, it’s a 5 minute walk to the port, where there’s the bus station and a taxi stand, a 5 - 10 minute walk to the town centre, with loads of restaurants and shops, and a 20 minute walk to the nearest beach. But what made this stay here especially rememberable are the owners! Rena and her daughter Sofia took really great care of us! Rena contacted us before arrival and made us feel welcome already. When our travel plans had to change, Rena was very cooperative and accommodating to our needs, which was very much appreciated! Rena’s husband picked us up from the airport (and dropped us off again as well), which is an excellent service. Sofia explained everything about Naxos and gave solid advice on our plans and helped us arranging our holiday. Sofia also rents out cars, which is very convenient. Every day a complementary breakfast can be collected at the reception, with homemade pastries and homegrown fruits, and coffee, tea, crackers and toppings provided in the apartment. All very much appreciated as well! The family really made us feel as if we were part of them, even the lady cleaning was lovely and did her job very well, and Rena even made our departure personal, which was very kind of her and much appreciated! Nothing! Just keep in mind that this accommodation might not be suitable for persons with reduced mobility.
joanne (10/5): Charming guest house with a warm welcome - Beautiful accommodation and super friendly welcome. The breakfast was delicious. Only 5 minutes walk to the old town of Naxos. The owner collected us from the port, a 3 minutes drive away, which was very welcome. Highly recommend Pension Sofia. Would certainly return when next in Naxos. All perfect.

Angela (10/5): Fabulous accommodation in Castellum Suites - Sofi, Rena and her husband are all so lovely and cannot do enough for you. Their car hire service is cheap and absolutely hassle free. There is a kettle and Nespresso machine in the spacious room and we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. It is in a great location, 7 minute walk to port and bus station and 5 minutes up the steps to the Old Town. I cannot fault them and would thoroughly recommend. We stayed in their new block which is attached - Castellum Suites. Nothing

Pippa (10/5): Excellent location, accommodation and hosts!! - We were collected at the port and taken to our accommodation by Theodore with a wonderful commentary along the way. Once we arrived he helped us in with our bags and we met his wife Rena. She welcomed us with a cool refreshment and checked us in. We stayed for two nights. Both mornings we were given a delightful breakfast to eat on our balcony. It's a family run business so everyone is invested in making your stay the best experience possible. They were very helpful with information regarding restaurants and sights to see. We were less than a ten minute walk to restaurants and shops. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. We loved our stay and would highly recommend! Nothing

Sofi pension a perfect place to spend our trip here. Great location , lovely and clean , tidied daily , a complimentary breakfast we weren’t expecting, picked up from port , provided help / suggestions with excursions/ Beaches, the family couldn’t have done more and we loved our stay here , thoroughly recommend! The Lamberts , Bristol Nothing . Maybe a room on one of the higher floors but we had a shady terrace Which was perfect after a days sunning.

Manraj (10/5): - We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Naxos! This family-run (thank you Rena, Carlos & Dimitri) accommodation truly made us feel at home. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed at the port, and they even arranged a drop-off when it was time to leave — such a thoughtful touch that made traveling so much easier. The family is well respected around the island. We can't wait to go back!! We were a family of 5 Adults, the extra bed was super comfortable and long enough. The bedding was beautifully done with fresh sheets and cleaned rooms daily! The breakfast was a real highlight — beautifully prepared with generous portions that kept us full well into the day. The rooms were immaculate, spotlessly clean, and far more spacious than we expected. We stayed in both the Deluxe Suites and Junior Suite, and honestly, the photos don’t do them justice — they were super spacious and beautifully maintained. The hosts were also incredibly adaptable, accommodating last-minute changes with such ease and kindness, which really added to the stress-free experience. The only minor downside is that it’s not directly opposite the water, but it's only a 10minute walk to the main city centre and the beach! The hospitality, warmth, and attention to detail made this one of the most memorable stays of our trip. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Naxos!

Colin (10/5): I would definitely recommend this property, great location, extremely clean and comfortable with fabulous breakfasts. - Fantastic location near the beautiful labrynth of lanes behind the harbour, beautifully clean functional room with very comfortable beds. We were met at the port and we felt very well taken care of by Rena and her husband as well as their daughter Sofi who you can hire a car from. There is nothing not to like, it is fabulous, we had a small balcony which was big enough to have breakfast on but there are no spectacular views but the location more than makes up for it.

Adele (10/5): Fantastic 🤩 I recommend everyone to spend a few nights at this lovely guesthouse - We stayed 4 nights at Sofi Pension. We were curious to see if the recommendations matched our experience. When we were on the ferry, the host called and said that we would be picked up at the ferry dock. Homemade cake was served at the reception and we were given information about the island. The breakfast was simple, but incredibly good. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The beds were made every day.

They arranged for a rental car, laundry service and spent their time ensuring I knew the best restaurants and places on the island to visit. Richard (10/5): Gets great Trip Advisor reviews for good reasons! - We loved our room, our balcony and view of the old town. The bougainvillea was in full bloom on our balcony, and the clothesline and clothespins were helpful to dry wet swim suits. The staff were kind and generous—a lovely family. The location was convenient to walk to town and the port, and just a 15 minute walk to St. George beach to swim.

It was a great location on Naxos we could easily get away for day trips and then walk to dinners at night. The breakfast on our balcony every morning was the best way to start the day. The family was so helpful with travel recommendations and accommodating our needs. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing and comfortable experience!

Sarah (10/5): Lovely pension - Absolutely lovely pension run by a local family with the lovely Rena at the helm! Room was a good size, cleaned daily. Located 5-10 walk from Naxos Chora old town, the Kastro, the Port and Paralia. Rena provided a lovely breakfast tray each morning for us to enjoy on our patio. They picked us up from the airport, and later transferred our luggage to the port for us when we left. They provided good information and recommendations, and were responsive to guests' needs.

Our hosts were so nice and helpfull, they provide a lot of useful informations about the island. Service was great, you can book a car with them and the breakfast was delicious. The room is comfortable with a nice balcony and a good shower. What else do you need? It was perfect!

Dante (9/5): Superb - The hosts were so pleasant and helpful for all matters. The building and rooms were very clean and comfortable. We have nothing negative to say. Location was great too. A short walk into the main town/port, which was nice to be a little distance from the crowd. We liked everything!
Ana (10/5): The stay in Naxos was wonderful. - The stay in Naxos was wonderful. I would especially emphasize the kindness and care of the host during the entire stay. From useful information, to asking if everything was okay on the excursions, and they even welcomed me and escorted me out of the port. The owner prepared breakfast and cakes for the guests, which was not expected at all. The accommodation itself is a story in itself. I have traveled a lot, but I have seen such a beautifully decorated and tastefully designed ambience in few places. The location was perfect. The guesthouse is a few steps away from important points, and on the other hand, close to a rocky beach with a wonderful view. Everything was perfect
Susie (10/5): After having a very busy few days in Santorini, coming to Pension Sofi was so relaxing and comfortable. Rena and her fam - Wonderfully welcoming hosts. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the location is perfect. Quiet but very close to everything in Naxos town. Nothing
Colby (9/5): Overnight stay on this historic tourist destination that was perfect. - Clean, modern, comfortable. Sofi and her family were beyond accommodating, welcoming, and pleasant. Their recommendations for my short stay were spot on, and everything from the breakfast to being picked up at the ferry showed great care and courtesy. Definitely will look to stay again when I come back to Naxos! The room was very clean and comfortable, and with its modern features really a little oasis. But it was the whole family—grandfather (and the melons from his garden!), parents, daughter—that made the whole experience memorable.
Ana (10/5): Lovely and relaxed stay - Amazing modern, clean and very cosy rooms. The kitchenette is a plus as allows you to prepare small meals. The property looks renovated and well taken care of. The owners and especially Rena are lovely in welcoming you to the island. We even received a complimentary breakfast that we could enjoy in our balcony every day. They are very attentive, give you good suggestions but also give you your space. We had an amazing time in Naxos also due to staying at Pension Sofi. When back we will stay there again and also rent a car with them. Can’t think of anything really.
Cerise (10/5): Beautiful place to stay and amazing family owns and runs the accomodation. - The staff go above and beyond at this accomodation, really make you feel welcome and makes the stay amazing! It is a beautiful place to stay and the family that own and run the accomodation are amazing. I will 100% be staying here again next time I visit Naxos.
Benjamin (10/5): Our favorite hotel stay on our 2 week honeymoon in Greece - Breakfast was fantastic! Homemade greek dishes that were better than anything we had in a restaurant. The location was great too, walking distance to downtown and close to parking for our rental car. It was also the best experience we had interacting with local people in Greece. Rena and her husband were very friendly, accommodating, and invested in making sure we had an amazing time. Nothing!
Λαμπρινή (10/5): Perfect place for holidays in Naxos - We stayed for 2 nights at Pension Sofi and loved every minute. We were picked up from the ferry which was amazing. The hotel is in a perfect location, only a 10-minute walk from the old town, the same to the Town,shops and restaurants.. Clean,comfortable and beautiful rooms. They provided us with the most delicious breakfast every morning and with the homemade touches, we felt truly taken care of. We even rented a car from Sofi, which was an easy process, since we didn't have to go into town and find. We had one right at our hotel. The family was available for questions we had. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! 100% would stay here again😊 Everything was perfect!!
