- Carlos (10/5): - I had a great stay at this hostel in Osaka. The cleanliness was absolutely outstanding everywhere in the building. The showers were excellent, always clean and comfortable to use. The room size was good, with enough space to feel comfortable, and the beds were very cozy, which made it easy to rest after long days walking around the city. The price-quality ratio is really excellent and I would definitely stay here again. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, especially Cleo, who was incredibly kind and made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Osaka.

- Minori (7/5): 期待以上で素晴らしかったです。 - 今まで利用した格安のゲストハウスの中では一番清潔でした。また、ドミトリーのベッドも比較的ゆったりめで良い意味で驚きました。 ドミトリーの二段ベッドは薄い木の板で、直で音が響きやすいです。また、シャワー室やキッチンのある階は、洗剤か何かの嗅いだことのないような異臭がありました。でも建物全体的には非常に清潔で快適です。

The most frustrating aspect was the other people staying. The walls were very thin for the single rooms so you could hear everything. There were no signs or rules to suggest keeping quiet, being respectful after a certain time in the evening. I was kept up both nights until about 4am because of other people, arriving back and chatting loudly in the corridor, near the toilet or on phones/facetime. Would recommend staff putting up clear sine-age with clear rules.

- Caroline (9/5): Be aware of hidden charges - The staff was friendly and helpful especially the two managers. Not everyone spoke English but they really tried. I first stayed in the bunk beds which were uncomfortable due to the small space. The size of the dorm room is not well used. I extended my stay and upgraded to a single bed tatami room which was much better. Prior to making any reservation, I make sure to review policies and what's included in the rate. I was taken by surprise when I checked out, I was given a bill for some other tax. Upon arrival I had to pay a hotel tax and the charge was per night. This was expected and explained at the front desk. However, this other tax was not explained. I had a train to catch so I didn't get to speak with the manager. Now with so much time passed and not being able to speak Japanese fluently I'm at a loss. I'm unsure if Booking.com can help. Although I enjoyed the facility, this extra unknown charge leaves an distrustful impression. Please use caution when booking this property. Take a screenshot of the booking details in the beginning since you can't before confirming.

The place is really clean, beautifully decorated, the common room is lovely. Internet worked perfectly. There’s a lift, washing machines, good kitchen. Maybe some pots in the kitchen would be great as there were only pans and I saw someone making their eggs in the kettle 👀 The showers were on a different floor so that was a little bit weird but it wasn’t the biggest problem ever I suppose.
