• Ines (10/5): Wunderschöner Ort. Hier kann die Erholung beginnen. - Das herausragend gestaltete Objekt liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung mit Blick über die gesamte Bucht, trotzdem sind die langen Sandstrände schnell erreichbar. Die Innengestaltung ist ebenso gut gelungen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Dazu gehört auch der grosse Pool. Sogar ein kleiner Fresskorb wurde von den sehr aufmerksamen Gastgebern zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Bad und das Waschbecken könnten etwas grösser sein. Manchmal etwas störend war der doch sehr regelmäßige zivile und militärische Flugverkehr vom nahen Flughafen in Kalamata.

• Carpet King (9/5): - The property is situated in a lovely area just outside of Kalamata and within 10 easy mins of the airport. With outstanding views towards The Mani, and a large swimming pool, it was the perfect place to stay for a few days. We met Olga who owns the house's on arrival, and she couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. We very much appreciated the welcome pack too. We stayed in the 1 bedroomed house, which was most comfortable and very clean however, it was on the small side. This did not impair our enjoyment of our stay, and we would definitely come here again. The rattan partitions were a little see through.

• Kyla (10/5): A truly relaxing break in a fantastic property. - Everything - stunning views, hosts left a basket of goodies and some (nice) wine, some coffee pods - all the basics. Pool area is serene and modern, all clean and sunbeds available. The glass doors were a fantastic touch - full height yet full privacy... The shading screens on runners surrounding each villa was a brilliant idea. Nothing to do with the villas, but we would have been elated if there had been a little taverna to have drinks in within a short walk. You can walk to the beach but husband has bad knees so 20 mins was too long for us. Just stock up on goodies in the supermarket! Nearest decent one is as you head towards airport/Kalamata on the corner before you get on the main road. It was nicer than the Lidl and AB by the airport.

Value for money was amazing Would have liked a laundry option but appreciate it is a self catering accommodation - and I am so sure the hosts would’ve washed something if we had asked (and we didn’t).

• Claire (10/5): Lovely stay at Bouca Houses! - We had the 1 bed house which is a double bedroom and lovely bathroom but what makes this property is the outside space. The views are delightful and the pool excellent. Olga was an amazing host and the welcome gifts were a lovely extra - just what we needed after a long day of travelling. Nothing.

Η πισίνα είναι ιδανική για χαλάρωση με θέα που σε ταξιδεύει. Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι φιλικοί, πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν, αλλά την ίδια στιγμή διακριτικοί, αφήνοντάς σε να απολαύσεις την ιδιωτικότητα και την ηρεμία σου. Ένα μέρος που σε κάνει να νιώθεις σαν στο σπίτι σου, αλλά και λίγο καλύτερα.

• AJ (8/5): Amazing space - Beautiful decor (just like the pictures) Friendly staff Spacious & Great facilities Location close to amenities There are a total of 3 studios so it can be a bit noisy especially if there are children staying. Also means swimming pool is shared between all residents. Minor point but the refrigerator wasn't working in our studio. It wasn't vital for us, however important it is checked before each guest as it would be vital for some, especially in the summer heat.

• Christos (10/5): - Απίστευτο κατάλυμα. Καταρχήν θέλω να πω ένα τεράστιο μπράβο στους οικοδεσπότες. Καθαρότατο, ευρύχωρο, μοντέρνο και πανέμορφο. Δεν ξέρω από που να αρχίσω... Ήμασταν μια τετραμελής οικογένειά με 2 παιδιά 12 και 9 ετών. Ήταν πολύ άνετα, είχαμε όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζεται κάποιος. Νιώσαμε σα στο σπίτι μας. Είχαμε μια πάρα πολύ ωραία θέα, η πισίνα ηταν απλά μαγευτική. 80 τετραγωνικά!!!! Όλο το Design ηταν ακριβώς του γούστου μας, Μας άρεσε τόσο πολύ που θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε του χρόνου πάλι. Για μας είναι σίγουρα η πιο όμορφη διαμονή που μπορεί κανείς να βρει κοντά στη περιοχή της Καλαμάτας. 1000 ευχαριστώ για την φιλοξενία σας. -
• Haris (6/5): Bellow expectations - The pool, the facilities, the view, the architecture The access to the rooms and the parking included a very difficult path especially for a low car, there was no picture of the room we got (the pictures show the other more spacious rooms so be careful when booking to ask for the large rooms with the better view), there was no cleaning (we had to change the sheets by ourselves for 5 days). All in all, excluding the beautiful accomodation it didn't offer anything else. Overpriced for what it has to offer

• Stefanos (10/5): Ήσυχη τοποθεσία, υπέροχοι οικοδεσπότες – ιδανικό για οικογένειες! - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία, μακριά από τη φασαρία, ιδανικό για ξεκούραση. Οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Ο χώρος είναι μοντέρνος, πεντακάθαρος και πολύ άνετος. Η πισίνα ήταν καθαρή και ιδανική για οικογένειες με παιδιά. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

• Samantha (9/5): - Beautifully designed inside and out, if you are looking for peace, relaxation and something a little different, look no further. In the middle of agricultural land, with views of the sea and the mountains, yet a short drive to Kalamata. We initially made a mistake and booked the smallest room that has no kitchen facilities, however this was quickly and professionally sorted out by the owner and her daughter and we were soon making ourselves at home in the spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable apartment! The kitchen has everything you need to self cater, and a welcome basket of treats and a bottle of wine awaited us. We did nothing but chill by the pool and take a short walk to the beach, bliss

• Farid (9/5): - Excellente expérience avec cet établissement. Les photos correspondent à la réalité. Séjour effectué en famille avec 2 enfants en mai 2025, donc peu de touristes. Période idéale. Ni trop chaud ni trop froid et on a même pu se baigner dans la piscine (non chauffée). Emplacement proche de la plage (bouca plage), meilleur plage des environs car longue plage de sable et facile d'accès (2km) . Pas d'infrastructure commerciale sur la plage donc peu de monde. La vue depuis l'établissement est agréable sur les montagnes de l'est et de l'ouest. Moment le plus agréable: observer les hirondelles voler, se poursuivre, se chamailler et s'abreuver à la piscine tôt le matin quand tout le monde dort encore. Il est nécessaire d'avoir un véhicule (location EXER rent a car à Messini). Je recommande fortement cet établissement. Un détail mais améliorer le revêtement du parking. Rajouter une table de ping pong ainsi qu'une piste ou deux pour la pratique de la pétanque.
• SV (6/5): - Very nice, design place with a nice, shared pool. Furniture and everything is well done, with high quality. Extremely friendly owner. A couple of minor things that could easily be changed but which unfortunately have a big impact. Firstly, only the one side of the bedroom has darkening slides, so you have to wake up when the sun rises. We had asked about this and were assured that it was taken care of. But it was taken care of, only on the one side. So we woke up too early. The bathroom is quite small. Also there is little privacy in the living area, everyone can look inside from the one side and there are no blinds to protect the privacy.

• Vicky (9/5): Great value, great location, great property. - Beautifully clean and modern with fantastic views and easy access to the beach along with friendly hosts. Lovely amount of snacks and drinks supplied - which was unexpected. The bed was slightly uncomfortable - bit hard for us but other than that pretty faultless.

Огромная терраса, стол и стулья. Жили в угловом номере 45м.кв.. По приезду нас ожидал комплимент от хозяев, домашняя выпечка и бутылка вина. Быстрая реакция хозяев на просьбы гостей Небольшой холодильник, недостаточно места для хранения вещей. Нет москитных сеток Постирать вещи можно за отдельную плату.

• Frank (9/5): - Goed bed, goeie douche, mooi en schoon zwembad, goede wifi en super vriendelijke host. Ik moest bijvoorbeeld even iets op een computer doen en mocht toen de host haar computer gebruiken.

• Dany (10/5): Meer dan een aanrader! - Prachtige accomodatie! Heel rustig gelegen op drietal km van centrum Messini. We werden door Olga in de watten gelegd van aankomst tot vertrek. Niets was haar te veel .... Werden zelfs verrast met etentje in Messini en als extra bereidde Olga voor ons een typisch Grieks gerecht.... Dus verwachtingen werden ruimschoots overtroffen. Zwembad is ook extra troef. Conclusie: wij keren terug!
• Aviv (10/5): Perfect. We will return! - Everything. But let’s try to write some more words about it. It is the most decorated place we’ve been to with Booking (and we’ve been to many places). The pool - infinity one, open to the view of fields, with cutest sitting area next to it. Amazing. Welcoming: waited for us next to the parking, brought us crib for our infant though we didn’t ask for. In the apartment there were cakes waiting for us. The apartment is with living room connected to a kitchen, with a sofa converted to a bed, and another room with double bed. Huge public and private areas outside the apartment. Kalamata Marina is about 20 minutes driving, and a big supermarket in 4 minutes. During rain with thunderstorms (had 2 rainy evenings out of our 3 nights) there were electricity breakdowns. It was short, and didn’t really affected us, but it should be mentioned.
• moumtzidou (9/5): Εξαιρετικής αισθητικής χώρος, αλλά με βασικές ελλείψεις παροχών. - Σε υποδέχονται με χαμογελο! Όλος ο χώρος έχει μια υπέροχη αισθητική καλοκαιριού και στο δωμάτιο βρηκαμε τοπικό κρασί, νερά και διάφορα νόστιμα σνακ καθώς και καφέ (εσπρέσσο και ελληνικό). Είναι ένα πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο, στο οποίο βρίσκεις έξτρα καθαριστικά (διάφορα προιοντα απολυμανση, πανιά, σφουγγάρια, παρκετεζα swifer, μωρομαντηλα κλπ). Επίσης , έχει και μεγάλο σίδερο παρόλο που στις πληροφορίες του καταλύματος αναφέρεται ότι η υπηρεσία σιδερώματος είναι με χρέωση (?). Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική καταπράσινη τοποθεσία, ήσυχη και δίπλα σε πανέμορφες παραλίες της περιοχής. Δεν έχει σίτες και περιβάλλεται από χωράφια και γενικότερα έντονη βλάστηση, με αποτέλεσμα να κυνηγάμε ζωύφια στο δωματιο (σκουληκακια, τριζωνια, αράχνες κλπ). Δεν έχει καθόλου στεγανο εξωτερικό χώρο με αποτέλεσμα όταν έβρεχε (τυχαία έβρεχε όλες τις μέρες μας εκεί!!!!) δεν μπορούσαμε α) να απλώνουμε μαγιό, πετσέτες, ρούχα κλπ, β) να καθίσουμε να απολαύσουμε έστω τη βροχή και αναγκαστικά ήμασταν μέσα στο δωμάτιο με κλειστή μπαλκονόπορτα διαφορετικά η βροχή εμπαινε μεσα, γ) να καπνίσουμε, δ) να φάμε , διότι τραπέζι είχε μόνο στον εξωτερικό χώρο. Γενικότερα όλα μούσκεμα! Δεν εχει τρόπο συσκότισης το δωμάτιο (πχ παντζούρια, κουρτίνες συσκότισης κλπ) με αποτέλεσμα το πρώτο φως του ήλιου να σε ξυπνά. Τελευταίο αλλά πιο σημαντικό είναι ότι, το νερό της ντουζιέρας δεν έχει απολύτως ΚΑΘΟΛΟΥ πίεση.

• E (10/5): Overall an amazing place to stay, I recommend this 10/10. - Amazing view, amazing pool that is also lit at night, really amazing host that accommodated us wherever possible and always reachable. Also gave us delicious goods to welcome us :). The place is the place to go if you want to turn off and relax. Its a bit offroad as you can tell, which is a plus point for relaxation, view and quietness but also means its a bit of a drive out from the city. Another point is the shower, unfortunately the water stream was really weak but the host tries to do something about it and I hope this won’t be an issue for future guests.

• FRANCK (9/5): Cadre splendide et zen - Cadre somptueux et réalisé avec goût, l’accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes est sans pareil. Nous avions l’impression d’être seul au monde dans un cocon baigné de lumière.

• Iris (10/5): Prachtige plek om tot rust te komen. - Hele mooie plek, lust voor het oog zoals alles gemaakt was. Heel fijn zwembad. Aardige eigenaren die af en toe iets lekkers brachten. Op loopafstand (10 minuutjes wel langs de weg) van fijn strand met paar barretjes maar ook voldoende spullen om zelf te koken. Grote supermarkten op paar minuutjes rijden maar ook groente en fruitverkoop langs de weg. Houd er wel rekening mee dat alles op zondag dicht is, dat was in de weken ervoor op andere plekken niet dus we konden bij aankomst geen inkopen doen en moesten verplicht uit eten (ook geen straf ;-)).
