Maren (1/5): Vorsicht möglicher Betrug - Nettes Personal, Raum war sehr sauber, in Ordnung und gross. Das Frühstück war lecker. Es war ruhig. Der See in der Nähe ist ganz hübsch. Wir durften eher in unser Zimmer. Beim Einchecken hat man uns zum Unterschreiben eine Auflistung mit dem hohen Standardpreis vorgelegt, den ich zum Glück in den bereits über booking.com bezahlten Betrag geändert habe. Am Schluss gab es völlig überraschend für uns eine happige Zusatzrechnung über die Differenz von dem Booking.com-Preis zur Standardrate. Nach einigen Diskussionen durften wir trotzdem gehen und sollten dann eventuell eine Rechnung nach Hause bekommen. Die im Preis inkludierte Sauna sollten wir auch extra bezahlen. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass man uns betrügen wollte.
Sabrina (10/5): Highland escape - The staff was lovely! We had dinner and it was absolutely outstanding aswell as breakfast. The beds were really comfortable and it was a cute and quite area. We loved the drive to the hotel the most scenic road we took in scotland. -

Food was delicious, fantastic breakfast menu , dinner menu not as varied but still delicious everything presented really well. All staff were very professional and attentive. Hotel just recently reopened so very quiet, so lacked a wee but if atmosphere

Andrew (9/5): Welcoming and enjoyable stay - There have been some negative reviews due to changeover period from old ownership, that went into administration and new owners. What we found was a welcoming staff, great food at breakfast and dinner and a very comfortable stay. New owners are planning renovations over 25/26 winter which will improve a few areas of tired decor and upgrades to the restaurant / bar. I think these are needed so we look forward to returning next year
Aisha (10/5): Excellent - Everything was perfect! The location was beautiful but also had good access to lots of historical places further afield. Food was good and had other options nearby, we visited the Loch Rannoch hotel and The Cornerstone and we were lucky to get in so do book in advance. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely like to go back sometime. There really wasn't anything to dislike.
