• Stefan (9/5): - Alles hat uns gefallen: Lage, Ausstattung, Nähe U-Bahn; stilvolle Einrichtung mit schönem Mobiliar und wunderbaren Lampen. Die Wohnung ist dunkler als auf den Bildern angezeigt: Es gibt wenig Tageslicht. Für Verhältnisse in Rom ist das aber o.k.

• Małgorzata (1/5): Miejsce noclegowe zepsuło mi cały wyjazd, ból kręgosłupa i strach czy nie złapię jakiejś choroby biorąc prysznic, traged - Nic, nie było zgodne z opisem Brudny stół, z ekspresu do kawy lala się woda, brudne naczynia a do tego poobtłukiwane szklanki i talerze, poduszki skawalone, materac w salonie to jakiś dramat, prysznic wymagał wyszorowania. Nigdy więcej, nie polecam, odradzam.
• W (8/5): Would stay here again! - Location is amazing..steps to Colosseum. 1 min walk to incredible pizza place. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The bedroom was great, comfy bed and pillows. Having the Kitchen and laundry were great and of course, the air conditioning! Would stay here again next time we're in Rome!! Pullout sofa bed was not comfortable. Apartment looks a bit dated. Shower is very small. Need more chairs in the sitting area. Or better chairs around the dining table.

• Anees (10/5): Highly recommend this apartment! - Location of this apartment is amazing! 2 minutes walk to Colosseum and a quiet street at the same time. A few cafes, Carrefour Express are just on the next streets. Hop-on Hop-Off busses stop is in walking distance and Metro as well. Apartment has everything you need: kitchen, washing machine, AC. It is quite, windows are facing inside the building. We did not find an iron and ironing board and they deliver to us brand new ones next day! Thank you very much for it! The host was very helpful and welcoming. The floor was not clean on our arrival. My kid was wearing white socks and it became very dirty in 10 minutes after walking in the apartment.
• Tatjana (10/5): Spacious appartment on a great location - We loved the location. Stuff was very kind. The appartment was spacious. We liked a restaurant, not crowded by tourists, a small shop with organic food and a gelateria, all next to each other, down the street. We do not have serious complaints. All the windows open to the yard, that was a bit inconvenient, since many air conditions were on and opening windows brought warm air and noise.
• Catherine (9/5): Honest review. - Very close to the Colosseum. A number of nice restaurants nearby in walking distance. Shower was a bit small and base wasn't clean. Door was difficult to open with key.
• Simone (9/5): Very comfortable with all amenities in appt and many cafes, resteraunts within 2 minute walk. Colloi - Gentleman was waiting in property. No hassle. Very comfortable and wellequiped appt. Very close to shops, restedaunts and sites. All good only

• Anna (10/5): Цудоўная лякацыя, вялікая кватэра. - Кватэра каля Калізэя, вакол шмат рэстарацый, кругласутачны супермаркет. Кватэра ў вельмі добрым стане. Гаспадары дазволілі засяліцца раней і ў дзень ад’езду пакінуць рэчы на некалькі гадзінаў. Усё было добра
• Jai (10/5): Excellent accommodation, family friendly, great location! Wish we had stayed longer. - Our host, Leandro, was wonderful. He met us on-site and was very welcoming, he made sure we were all settled and even ducked out and picked up a new bottle of laundry detergent for us so we could get some laundry done. The apartment was spacious and exactly as advertised. The location was fantastic, close to the local metro and bus routes, there is a small supermarket close by for basic supplies, and the apartment is a stone's throw from the Colosseum. We definitely recommend!!

• Anna (7/5): liked the location, spaciousness and size, - good location so close to the colosseum, and lots of restaurants. The apartment was a good size, and there was a balcony off the bedroom, Not a hotel, a b and b private host, so you have to wait in the hot sun, for the host to arrive with keys. Their will always be delays with traffic, and getting taxis etc so hard to predict your arrival time, to within 30mins, so a responsive host is needed, and this host was overall pretty good the air con in lounge, kept turning off, and the power had to be turned off and restarted. The lift is small, and wasn't in working order which seems to be the norm in Italy, however the person that met us with the key, took our bags up the 2 flights of stairs. On the day the lift was working but only noticed after we humped our big bags downstairs. Kitchen isn't much but we didn't use anyway, and the couch was not that comfortable.
