• Dmitrij (1/5): Nie wieder!!! - Stadt Karlsbad Leider wurden wir von dieser Unterkunft bitter enttäuscht. Erst mussten wir 45 Minuten im Regen auf die Frau warten, die uns einchecken sollte, weil man uns scheinbar nicht erwartet hat. Dann wurden wir zum Zimmer geführt, welches wir gebucht haben. Das Zimmer war wortwörtlich im Keller und direkt in der Nähe vom Schwimmbad und neben einem Waschraum gelegen. Es war feucht, kalt und roch nach Chlor. Es gab zudem kein eigenes Badezimmer, sondern eine Gemeinschaftstoilette und Dusche. Alles nicht, was wir uns vorgestellt haben und auch nicht wie es im Inserat rüberkam. Die Dame, die uns eingecheckt hat war ebenfalls nicht freundlich und als wir ihr gesagt haben, dass wir unzufrieden sind und meine Frau unter solchen Bedingungen aus gesundheitlichen Problemen nicht schlafen kann, hat sie uns angeschnauzt, was wir für den Preis von ihr erwarten. Dass wir das bezahlte Geld auch nicht zurückerhalten und uns damit abfinden sollen. Einfach unverschämt. Die Frau konnte mit uns nicht zivilisiert reden und ist auch anderweitig kein Kompromiss eingegangen. Wir sind nicht über Nacht geblieben und haben unseren Ausflug damit abgebrochen, das Geld ist ebenfalls fort. Nie wieder diese Unterkunft!

• Ingolf (10/5): - Super Zimmer, mit Balkon und toller Aussicht. Gastgeberin sehr freundlich, spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Das Frühstück wurde sehr liebevoll zubereitet, Kaffee konnte man sich den Tag über selbst zubereiten. Tolle Gaststätten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Pool ist sehr groß und hat man kann auf der Terrasse angenehm entspannen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

• Saskia (6/5): - Das Personal war freundlich. Der Pool ist groß und warm. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und liebevoll zubereitet. Die Sauberkeit war nicht vorhanden. Es war leider wirklich überall dreckig. Nachts hat die Heizung so laut gerattert, dass wir wach worden.

(15 мин пешком через пролесок) Можно с животными, есть где выгулять без поводка (в том же пролеске) Кофе/чай перекус в любое время на кухне, теплые комнаты. Хозяйка была всегда дружелюбна, утром накрывала завтрак. По возможности вернёмся в это место Ничего негативного сказать не могу, все отлично

• Margit-Rosa (9/5): Eine super Location für die Verknüpfung von Stadt und Land - Das Frühstück war einfach traumhaft, die Lage schön ruhig, nahe an der Eger mit tollen Wandermöglichkeiten. Zum Radfahren auch sicherlich top geeignet, wobei wir ausnahmsweise mit dem Auto unterwegs waren. Nach Karlsbad geht es ganz schnell, nur wenige Minuten in die Stadt, - ob auf der Schnellstraße oder durch die Vororte, das passt alles perfekt. Die sehr gute Landluft hat uns ausgesprochen gut getan und angenehm müde gemacht. Uns hat alles gefallen, sorry.

• René (7/5): Insgesamt in Ordnung mit Möglichkeit zur Steigerung - Pool und Wirlpool sowie das Sportzimmer waren die Highlights. Unser Zimmer im Keller ohne Ausblick war anfänglich deprimierend. Da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren, war's verkraftbar. Das Personal war leider nicht zur Verständigung fähig. Kein Deutsch oder Englisch. Wir bekamen einen Schlüssel und mussten das Zimmer mühsam suchen. Frühstück entfiel, da uns niemand nach einer Bestellung gefragt hatte.

• Sang-Seon (8/5): - 자동차로 도착하기에 좋은 위치에 있고 주차도 안쪽 마당에 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 마지막날 아침식사를 했는데 가격대비 아주 만족할만한 식사였습니다. 수영장과 사우나는 시간상 이용 못했지만 둘러본 결과 괜찮았습니다. 사장님께서 너무나 친절하셨습니다. 배정 받은 방이 반지하였는데 넓고 따뜻했지만 시설들이 약간 낡은 점이 아쉬웠지만 가성비를 생각하면 합리적입니다.

• Yvonne (5/5): - Wenige Gäste, wir hatten den Pool für uns allein. Angenehme Bettwäsche. Umfangreiches aber einfaches Frühstück zum fairen Preis. Ungenügende Sauberkeit, insbesondere im Bad und Poolbereich. Kein Geländer am Pool, Jacuzzi schmutzig. Wasser in der Dusche fließt schlecht ab. Unangenehmes/ungemütliches Licht in den Zimmern, kaum Tageslicht. Hellhörig. Kaffeemaschine defekt. Keine Fernbedienung in einem Zimmer. Fleckiger Teppich. Besitzer/Vermieter nicht persönlich angetroffen.

• Tobias (9/5): Prima Unterkunft für Kurzreisen oder Zwischenstopps. - Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet. Pension verfügt über einen großen Innenpool, Sauna, Billard und Tischtennis. Lässt also keine Wünsche offen. Uns wurden für unsere Motorräder abgeschlossene Parkplätze im Hof zur Verfügung gestellt. Würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis! Alles soweit in Ordnung.

• Andrea (7/5): Károlyfürdő mindenképp bakancslistás hely, de szerintem lehet sokkal jobb szállásokat is találni. - Tiszta, könnyen megközelíthető, és rendelkezik privát parkolóval. Közel van a GLOBUS központi hipermarket, csodálatos kávézóval. Na és a látvány… hát az valami csodálatos. Mindenképp csak ajánlani tudom, de javaslom a pontos és transzparens egyeztetést előtte. Úgy gondoltam, hogy írok egy hatalmas reklamációt, de a látvány és az élmény amit a hely adott annyira elbűvölő volt, hogy a szállás már nem is lényeg, de azért vegyétek figyelembe. Foglalás előtt írtam egy e-mailt a szállásnak, mert nem szerettem volna zsebbarát (alaksor) szobát foglalni, de nem jelentkeztek. Írtam Viberen is, de onnét sem kaptam választ. Mivel előre kellett utalni, sajnos kénytelen voltam a standard szobát lefoglalni. Ahogy az érkezésünkkor kiderült, az alaksorba kaptunk szobát, pedig a leírásban az áll, hogy a standard szoba a földszinten helyezkedik el. Mivel az ott lévő hölgy, aki mellesleg nagyon kedves, sajnos nem beszélt sem angolul, sem magyarul, nem tudott segíteni. Nyilván írtam ismét egy e-mailt, csatolva a szállás leírását, mert nem terveztem az alaksorban lenni, de erre sem kaptam választ. Őszintén, az lett volna a minimum, hogy elnézést kérnek, vagy megmagyarázzák, mi is történt. Ezenkívül a medence tisztasága hagy némi kivetnivalót, és a víz a gyerek számára szerintem hideg. Ezen kívül minden rendben volt.

• Stefanie (1/5): Alptraum Villa - Nix Es war alles sehr dreckig , die Zimmer alle voller fetten Spinnen und Weben Ameisen und fette Fliegen. Die Küche und jeder einzelne Schrank standen vor dreck . Die Kühlschränke waren richtig schmutzig diese hatte keiner gereinigt. Die Pool Anlage schmutzig , wir haben niemanden gesehen der diese mal gereinigt hat in 5 Tagen . Der Whirlpool Defekt und die Sauna konnte auch nicht genutzt werden . Die Sportgeräte waren in keinen guten zustand oder defekt . Diese Unterkunft ist ihr Geld nicht wert und wir würden diese nicht noch mal betreten.
• Karolina (8/5): Pleasant and comfortable for a short stay. - The room was very big, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We appreciated a mini fridge in a room. The bed had a soft, foam mattress, which we do not like at all. It was too soft for us and so we did not sleep as good as we wanted. However, I suppose this is a personal preference, and some people would appreciate a soft, foam mattress. Unfortunately we did not. There is no kettle in a room. I appreciate that there is a shared kitchenette in a communal area downstairs, where you could boil water for your morning coffee, BUT....coffee in a room in your pyjamas to get you moving and started in a morning would be so much better. It does not cost too much to put a mini coffee set in a room, and yet it would make such a huge difference in the overall experience for us.

• Paula (1/5): Not a pleasant experience. - The room was not as advertised in the photographs on the listing, and it wasn’t as described. The rooms were not clean, the towels were fraying. We were left with less than a roll of toilet paper in the toilet. The room was in the pool area so all the chemical fumes were being breathed in throughout the stay, giving me a bad chest on waking. I would not stay here again.

• Liz (9/5): Beautiful and relaxing place to stay just outside the spa town - It was the perfect place to relax and pop in to see karlovy vary, the villa is as beautiful as shown, the lady who runs the villa was very helpful and cooked a wonderful breakfast, the room was great and the pool and terrace were really relaxing with lovely views. Nothing it was exactly as advertised

Be avare that accomodation is 6.5 km outside city center of Kalovy Vary. In 3 days there there was no cleaning of the room. Hosts have problems with english-be prepared to use Google. Our room had a very small windov.

Lots of sofas in the lobby and nice library too. Swimming pool is great and open til midnight, which is very nice after a long day walking around. Water is warm. Great place for exploring Karlovy vary. Phone numbers on the plate by the door are not valid anymore. Use the number on booking.com site.

• Valentina (8/5): Very good - Nice and comfortable in a quiet and green suburb. Large double room with armchairs and still a lot of space left. Classy furnished common areas. The person in charge of customers was helpful and solicitous. Clarify the checkin part on the booking.com platform. Info on booking gives 24 hours checkin, which is misleading, as one might assume there are reception services. I arrived late after a long drive and finding all doors closed was a bit frustrating, but I called the 2 phone numbers on the entrance plate and was called back shortly after, someone arrived afterwards for the checkin, so all was sorted out in the end. Best is to make this clearer on booking.com and ask all potential customers to inform on their expected arrival time + provide to customers the phone number where to call, if needed.

• Pavlina (6/5): The property is located in a beautiful area but too far from the spa facilities. - The property is located in a beautiful area for walking but far from the city and spa facilities are not easily reachable. The water in the swimming pool was cold for us. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. It was far too small and no place for towels even though there were shaking towel racks mounted above the toilet paper holder. For our three day stay the room has not been cleaned even once. Overall the place needs better maintenance.
