• Meram (7/5): - Tesisin konumu çok iyi, tren istasyonuna ve otogara yürüme mesafesinde.Mağazaların olduğu güzel bir cadde üzerinde. Zaten konumu sebebiyle seçmiştik. Daireye girmek kolay oldu, gerekli talimatlar zamanında geldi.Erken girişe izin verildi. Memnun kaldık. Adres tarifinde 4c yazıyor, oysa caddede 1 numaralı binanın 4.katı c dairesi. Biraz aradık. Tesisin Whatsapp üzerinden iletişimi yok, mesaj atıp cevap bekliyorsunuz. İyi temizlik yapılmamıştı, 1 gece için sorun etmedik. Oturma odasında koltuk kirliydi.
• riva (7/5): יש מקום לשיפור - הנוף מהדירה, הקרבה לאתרים מעניינים, גודל הדירה, המיטה הנוחה המטבח מאובזר בדלות - סכינים שלא חותכים, מעט סכו"ם, ללא מגבות כלשהם במטבח, ביום הראשון הודענו שהמיקרוגל לא עובד והוא לא תוקן כל שלושת ימי השהות שלנו. האינטרנט לא עבד בערב האחרון ולא תוקן. הקשר עם הבעלים הוא דרך צוות מסור אבל לוקח הרבה זמן עד שניתן מענה, אם בכלל.

• carmen (4/5): Demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen - Lo mejor : Ubicación , luz , espacio Apartamento nada recomendable, por el trato tan frío y por siguientes motivos: - Suciedad . Las manchas en paredes , algo de polvo . Poco esmero. Cristales sucios . -La cama se movía, y el colchón viejo. -Había pocos cubiertos en la cocina y casi todos los utensilios necesitarían renovarse. -El agua caliente es muy escasa: me dijeron que 80 litros y que luego en unos minutos se renueva , pero la verdad es que tarda bastante más . El grifo de la ducha tiene muy poca presión de agua. -Sufrí atascos en lavabo y ducha. El del lavabo me lo arreglaron , pero el de la ducha me dijeron que lo solucionara yo misma . -Detalles como que el wifi que aparece en la puerta es otra red, o que el mando a distancia de la tele no funciona. -Estuve tres semanas alojada y no me dejaron ni juego de toallas ni unas sábanas de repuesto. Tuve que pedir insistentemente lo de las toallas. El cambio de sábanas vino al cabo de 9 días de estancia. Un desastre. -Tampoco me dejaron tendedero y su respuesta fue que subiera a tender a la azotea, pero en realidad no tenía ninguna llave para abrirla . Menos mal que la señora que vino a limpiar me dejó recambios de toallas, sábanas y un tendedero. Si no, ellos ni se preocupan. -Había obras en el edificio, y me dijeron que no les constaba. Me hubiese ido de allí el segundo día pero ya tenía todo pagado y sabía que no me lo iban a devolver .

Ondanks dat ik telefonisch vriendelijk t - Het was een heel ruim appartement Er waren dingen kapot zoals de afstandsbediening van de tv en een lamp. Het was vies, de bank stonk naar zweet. Er lag nog een kussensloop van de vorige gebruiker op mijn bed. Er zat nog was in de wasmachine. Na een telefoontje hierover is er al die tijd niets aan gedaan.

• Pablojimenez (8/5): Ubicación perfecta - La ubicación es perfecta. La cama se movía mucho, tiene las patas de somier dobladas. También fallaba una de las lámparas del dormitorio.

• Mabel (9/5): Superb - This is the 2nd time I stayed there and would repeat my stay. The location is very convenient and it has all facilities. The hot water is limited at night not sure why, but it didn’t ruin my stay.
• Francesco (7/5): Nice apartment, clean and centric. Many small details could be improved - Great location, super centric with nice view on the main boulevard and a lot of light. The apartment was clean well decorated and spacious, perfect for 1 or 2 people. The main bed was very confortable. The heating and cooling system very efficient. I spent 4 days (out of 10) without wifi because of some technical problems. There are many small things that could be improved: there were not cleaning products in the apartment or products to wash clothes (but there was a washing machine). There was no kitchen paper in the kitchen and just one spare toilet paper in the toilet (not much for medium/long stays). There was a coffee machine, that works with capsules, but no capsules. No basic products to cook (oil, pepper, spices, sugar, etc...). There was limestone in the bathtub. All these, except for the wifi issue, are minor things, but can make a difference.
