- William (1/5): Appaling - walked in walked out didn’t stay - This is advertised as a room in a hotel, but is a room in a shared flat. Thai is a master in marketing and we frankly felt duped. I would avoid. The pictures were/ are a masterful depiction of the facilities, the address isn’t provided and the implication is that this is a hotel. Add should be removed or amended to be a true reflection of accommodation provided and I should be refunded my ££
