• belcaro (7/5): Améliorations à prévoir - L'appartement est cosy, l'hôtesse sympa et serviable même si elle ne vit pas sur place, le dialogue par WhatsApp fonctionnait bien. Proche de tout; bus, taxis, restaurants, markets... Une belle terrasse. Une piscine privée. La plage n'est qu'à environ 20 minutes de marche. - 3 ascenseurs à prendre pour se rendre à l'appartement - le lit d'appoint pas trop confortable - les transats, matelas et parasol sont à payer sur place à la piscine, à raison de 2€ le transat, 1€ le matelas et 1€ le parasol à 3 personnes pendant un mois, ça fait cher... ET IL FAUT RESERVER ENTRE 10H ET 11H30 et il n'y a que 3 parasols pour l'ensemble des personnes. - les tasses à café sont vraiment à remplacer car il y a des éclats à l'intérieur, la hotte n'aspirait pas et n'avait pas d'éclairage, le tabouret de la cuisine était caduque, l'aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas car le filtre complétement bouché et pas de filtre pour remplacer, le ventilateur dans la chambre n'allait pas ?? et le pire a été le pommeau de la douche qui ne tenait pas, nous avons dû le maintenir avec un large élastique et on ne savait pas diriger le jet... - pas de transat ni parasol sur la terrasse qui est ensoleillée dans l'après-midi. Quel dommage !!!!

• Julie (9/5): C’était super !! - La propreté du logement, la résidence était très calme. Les horaires de la piscine sont bien aménagés. Petit plus pour le vigile qui a été très très gentil avec nous !! Si vous partez en groupe de copains, le silence totale à 23h risque de déranger un peu…
• Marko (4/5): Sufficient - We recently stayed at this apartment booked through Booking.com, and unfortunately, our experience was largely negative. While the location is excellent and the appartment is nicely decorated that's about the only positive thing we can say. Parking was a constant headache. Outdoor parking spots were virtually non-existent. The underground garage, typical for the Canaries, is incredibly narrow, but what made it worse was a car consistently parked almost on the line in the adjacent spot throughout our entire stay, making maneuvering even more difficult than it needed to be. The apartment complex itself is a real labyrinth. We did eventually get our bearings after a few days, but it's initially very confusing to navigate. Cleanliness was a major issue. We have a different definition of clean. Every single one of the dishes and utensils in the kitchen was unwashed. However, the absolute worst was the oven. Upon opening it, we discovered an old, moldy pizza box filled with a decomposing pizza. Thousands of small flies swarmed out, and the entire oven was covered in tiny larvae eggs. We did our best to clean it ourselves, as the sheer thought of such creatures in the kitchen was repulsive. Furthermore, the sleeping arrangements were far from ideal. The main bed was uncomfortable and too hard, as was the couch in the living room. The additional sleeping couch in the bedroom, however, was in a league of its own – it felt like sleeping directly on the ground. We've never had an issue with toilet paper supply in any apartment before. For a 9-day stay booked for two adults and two children, we were provided with just one full roll and half a roll of toilet paper. When we inquired with the host, we were dismissed and told we needed to take care of it ourselves. In conclusion, we cannot recommend this apartment. These issues are generally very important to us. We would give it a "sufficient" rating, a 4 out of 10.

Eva was a fantastic host & at the end of the phone if she was need - The apartment was beautiful, pleasantly surprised with the size as sometimes pictures make the space look bigger than what is it. Plenty of storage. Just lovely! So minor, but sunbeds round the pool, however we spent everyday at the beach so didn’t matter at all.

A new bed had been installed and the instructions provided to negotiate the lifts to reach the property were excellent and easy to follow. Tip: We reviewed the access instructions the day before we arrived. Residents living in the block were all friendly. The host was exceptional in staying in contact to ensure all was well with our stay. N/A
• Karol (6/5): Great apartment is so so location. - Spacious apartment and heated pool. Very well equipped kitchen with almost everything you need. Clean bed sheets and towels. Big terrace. Unfortunately the mattress in bed was very used and it’s about time to change it. Unfortunately the sofa bed in living room is not comfortable either. The apartment it’s located on the highest hill in los Cristianos that is a kind of a hike to get to it from the beach of solid 30 minutes. It’s a nice apartment but far away from amenities and to get tkt he pool you need to take 3 lifts so it’s around 10 minutes from the apartment to the pool and can be quite loud due to the pool bar that is quite full of people most of the time. Otherwise it’s a great apartment but to live around the island car is a must and parking garage it’s very tight to park in.

Smooth interaction with host. Convenient parking garage. Incomplete info reg apartment location. Elevation is more than noticeable and fair would be mention it. Non existing view from terrace. Everyday struggle to find a way in between different elevators and stairways.
