• Diane (9/5): Spectacular setting, with great staff. Would stay there again and recommend to others. - The location and setting was gorgeous, with our balcony having an extraordinary view. Large, delicious breakfasts were delivered to our room and the complimentary coffee, tea and bottled water restocked daily. The staff were wonderful, especially Despina who provided restuarant and destination advice as well as checked in with us daily.
• Carol (10/5): Aptly named, it is a preview of Heaven! - This property is perfectly situated between Fira and Oia in the peaceful setting of Imerovigli. Our cave-like suite was spacious and comfortable with a surreal view of the caldera and Skaros Rock. It was incredibly quiet contemplating the stunning scenery from our balcony where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning and a glorious sunset in the evening. This property is aptly named Heaven's Edge. Despina, the manager, was so very helpful with recommendations and making arrangements for us. We could not have had a better stay in Santiago! Nothing!

Despina is a warm and friendly host who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and had plenty of activity and dining suggestions. Facilities were first class, loved the pancakes for breakfast. Wish we knew about the secret stairs from day 1 haha

She was so kind, funny and extremely helpful! She had great recommendations for us throughout our stay and was so accommodating. The hotel itself was wonderful, very lovely room with an incredible views and very nicely located (away especially from the busy/ crowded tourist areas). Would highly recommend Heavens Edge to anyone and would go back again next time we’re in Santorini again!

Our room was comfortable and as pictured. We felt very at home during our two night stay. Everything was wonderful - some paint chipping in the bathroom area and in-room pool but not anything too terrible that it took away from the experience. Wish they had 24 hr check-in/reception but they were flexible with us and our arrival/departure times.

The location was great in Imervogli with some restaurants only a short walk away. The room (1 BR villa with indoor pool) was humongous with high ceilings and a separate bedroom and living area as well as a very spacious outdoor balcony that had a table and 2 chairs along with an outdoor couch and incredible views of the caldera. The hotel manager Despina was amazing. She messaged over Whatsapp to help coordinate travel from the airport then was incredibly welcoming at the property, giving us a full overview of where to go and what to do in Santorini. She was amazing and extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying here for your trip to Santorini.

• Pascal (10/5): Superbe endroit, très bien situé et le personnel très gentil et très réactifs à vos demandes - La position du Heavens Edge est parfaite avec une vue extraordinaire sur le volcan et à 25 min à pied de Fira (par des petits chemins au bord de la Caldeira). La personne avait qui j'étais en contact avant notre arrivée (Despina) est super gentille, réactive et pleine de bons conseils pour vous faire passer de superbes moments. De plus on nous a proposé des activités, des restaurants et des visites très agréables et superbes. Tout le personnel est vraiment gentil et discret. La chambre ressemblait tout à fait à ce que j'avais vu sur les photos et à ce que j'avais imaginé. La chambre était très propre et superbe. Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve. Tout était très bien, je n'ai rien à reprocher.

Including the stunning views, large heated indoor pool, spacious layout complete with oceanfront porch for breakfasts and sunsets , well designed kitchenette, great shower and bathroom, pampering bathrobes and towels and very comfortable bed. The unit has 2 ACs , a safe, a strong hair dryer and was immaculately cleaned every day. More importantly, the property manager, Despina, could not have been nicer and more accommodating to us, from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay. She was great with day trip recommendations and was able to arrange a rental car for us at a moment’s notice. In addition, as we are vegetarians, she went out of her way to ensure that we had ample and tasty options. Can’t think of anything

We had a superior suite with a plunge pool which was heated, private and you could gaze out at the breathtaking views while sipping on a beverage. The bed was comfortable and although the suite wasn’t huge in size, it had everything we needed for our short stay. I would have liked a few more coffee pods in the room.

You can watch the sunset from your balcony and every morning breakfast is delivered to your door. Despina is a wonderful host and made sure our stay was pleasant. We HIGLY recommend this hotel. Our host, Despina, was very outgoing and friendly, and made our trip so much easier by giving us all the information we needed about the accomodation and island. We really appreciated her helpfulness and warm hospitality. There was a misunderstanding with our airport transfer, as it was double booked through both our host and another transfer company, for which unfortunately no refund was possible.

• Jonas (9/5): Perfect - Everything was perfect. It is a wonderful hotel for relaxing holidays. Breakfast could be served not in disposable tableware and the apartment should have normal wine glasses instead of plastic ones.
• dyna soumhane (9/5): - Le lieu absolument magnifique, le merveilleux coucher de soleil directement visible depuis la piscine, la piscine/jaccuzzi juste parfaite, le calme et l'intimité offerte par la piscine (pas de vis-à-vis ni de possibilité que les personnes qui passent dans les rues au dessus de la chambre vous voient). La dame à la réception était aussi très gentille et serviable (elle nous as donné des plans de visite de Santorini, et des idées d'endroits où manger ou acheter des souvenirs). La robinetterie et l'évacuation d'eau de la douche est dans un mauvais état, ce qui ne colle pas du tout avec le reste de la chambre. Les escaliers de la piscine sont aussi un peu glissants et on se cogne facilement la tête contre le plafond de la piscine quand on monte la dernière marche, une petite plaque d'avertissement serait utile.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, exactly as described. The food was delicious and fresh, with a good variety to choose from. • Dominique (10/5): Belle découverte de Santorin ! - Le bassin profond et sa vue imprenable sur la caldeira pour se rafraîchir le corps et se délasser après une journée de vadrouille sous un soleil écrasant ! La literie est très bonne et le calme de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas représentatif du standing de l’hôtel : jus d’orange non pressé, croissant et tranche de pain mous et le choix d’un accompagnement peu goûteux, voire médiocre. La robinetterie de la douche est vétuste et il manque cruellement de vaisselle (seulement 1 cuillère à café, 2 couteaux, 2 fourchettes, 2 cuillères à soupe, 2 assiettes … bref jamais plus que 2! ) et pas de toaster !

Ampla vista da caldeira, e como está em posição alta na montanha, tem ampla vista de toda a costa. A piscina aquecida é um diferencial, realmente muito boa, água quentinha. Café da manhã é servido no quarto, mas com poucas opções para escolha.

She was responsive and kind, and upon check in, suggested that we change the date of our sunset sail due to wind (our sail was perfect, thanks to her suggestion!). The accommodations were spacious and clean and our room had the most unbelievable caldera and sunset view! Breakfast was fantastic and we got to customize our order for each day the night before. We stayed in the two bedroom suite with the plunge pool, which my teens loved. We highly recommend Heaven’s Edge!

Le nom n’est pas usurpé, c’est un vrai paradis, une chambre XXL avec une vue somptueuse à travers les fenêtres sur une terrasse qui surplombe la caldera. Vous êtes vraiment au paradis. L’accueil est fantastique. les conseils aiguisés de Despina nous ont amenés dans les meilleurs restaurants, notamment Advocado et Five Senses. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome offering great local tips and helping us arrange everything we needed. Breakfast was on time and perfectly fresh every morning. Overall I can’t recommend heavens edge enough truly the best place I have ever been. Unforgettable experience truly like heaven

• Gillian (7/5): Lovely! - The incredible location and views Our pool was hot even though it was supposed to be cold which wasn’t ideal with the very hot climate.The water supply cut out several times mid shower but I understand the hotel has no control over this. The breakfast was very disappointing - the hotel needs to appoint a different outside contractor to supply breakfast.

• Danielle (10/5): Vista espetacular e muuuito conforto! Amamos cada detalhe! - A acomodação é PERFEITA! Já esperávamos muito e fomos surpreendidos ainda mais! A localização é ótima, tem mercadinho e vários restaurantes perto. Também tem como ir a pé até Fira por um caminho lindo, beirando a encosta. A vista com certeza o mais impressionante de tudo, é surreal de dia e de noite. O pôr do sol é espetacular. A host que nos atendeu é muuuito atenciosa e dá várias dicas sobre a região. A limpeza é impecável e toalhas e roupas de cama são de ótima qualidade. Se voltarmos a Santorini, essa acomodação com certeza está no topo da lista. Não tenho o que dizer. Foi tudo maravilhoso.

• Porat (10/5): Fantastic place to stay for a great vacation - The view is perfect. The breathtaking famous sunset seen from your balcony. Comfy rooms, small hot (warm) tubs. The staff was so helpful from the second we checked in with every question we had immediate responses with honest and helpful advice. The location of this hotel is perfect to enjoy the major cities on the island easily by foot but allows for quiet romance and seclusion from the hustle bustle of the busier cities like Oia and Fira.

• Vaqar (10/5): Fantastisk sted og hotell, anbefales! - Helt fantastisk hotell. Absolutt nydelig. Beliggenheten og utsikten fra rommet var topp klasse. Dette er noe av det beste vi har vært med på. Området rundt hotellet var veldig fint og ryddig, man kunne gå lang hotellene og nyte utsikten. Mye trapper å gå opp/ned, så lønner seg å være sterk til bens og husk gode fottøy. Vi hadde bestilt pynting av rommet mot betaling, der gjorde hotellet utmerket jobb. Vi ble veldig godt tatt i mot av Despina, hun ga oss 100% oppfølging og service. Rommet var av veldig god størrelse med aksess til stort basseng innenfra. Vannet var ikke veldig varmt, men det var nok fordi vi reiset litt før sesongstart. Frokosten og utvalget kunne absolutt vært bedre. Burde vært mer vegetaropsjoner.

• Ioannis (10/5): Es war phänomenal! - Einfach nur top! Die Zimmer waren super sauber und der Ausblick echt der Hammer! Despina war total herzlich und auch das restliche Team war mega nett. Man hat sich sofort gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir haben tolle Tipps bekommen, Wünsche wurden direkt erfüllt – besser geht’s eigentlich nicht. Ich kann’s echt nur jedem empfehlen und würde sofort wieder buchen!

• Jean-Sebastien (10/5): Hébergement d’exception - Établissement exceptionnel à tous points de vue, de sa beauté extérieure, intérieure, et bien sûr la vie exceptionnelle depuis la terrasse privative. L’accueil par la directrice, Despina, est du même niveau ! Rien d’important. Il faut de bons mollets pour accéder à ce petit paradis.
• Max Zi Nin (10/5): - It is located in a quiet area, where you get privacy and are able to enjoy a romantic getaway. Location is convenient with Marts nearby for your own needs. There is also a car rental company nearby so the pick up and drop off for the car was really convenient for us. The main highlight of this hotel would be for the views, a wonder sight waking up directly to the Aegean Sea, a breathtaking view to have. Additionally, the private hot pool was a nice addition to have to enjoy a dip without being exposed to the outdoors (we went in April, where it was still quite cold, so I think it was nice to have the private indoor pool where we would not get too cold) One thing to note is that the hotel does not have a kitchen, so breakfast provided is delivered to your doorstep. We were still given ample choices and the breakfast tasted great, but it is not a hotel breakfast buffet kind of set up.

• Tracemore (10/5): - The hotel is near the airport which is nice . The views were spectacular!! Watchiing the sunset from the balcony., facing the volcanic island. Breakfast was excellent 👌 every thing was perfect. Very good hoist!! Always checking if we are ok.. Nothing to complain about
• Vanessa (10/5): Paradise in Santorini! - This was our pick to start our honeymoon! Our room had the most amazing view to the sea, was private and easy to reach. The pool was also warm in the evenings for a night plunge. The hotel crew was super helpful and assisted at all times - in person and also per whatsapp - as well as when there was a ferry-strike and we could not go to our next destination. We were lucky to then have the room for another night! We had the best time! The breakfast is very very good, but could be a bit better - just because everything else is so amazing. It is served in the rooms, which is great, but could be a bit more varied, maybe with a menu to choose from the day before.

• Simphiwe (10/5): I would give it 11 out of 10 if I could! One of my best holidays - Absolutely beautiful property with amazing 180 degree sunset views of the island. The staff were extremely helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely visit again! Nothing at all that we didn’t like. Breakfast options are a bit limited as this is not prepared on the property however there are plenty of restaurants within a walking distance so we were not short of alternatives.

• William (10/5): Incredible night and sunset in Imerovigli - Incredible sunset, better than from our property in Oia! Great location, fun walks on either direction. Magical cave room with a pool in the room. Wish we had stayed longer. STAFF WAS AMAZING. So helpful, so sweet, so kind. Great restaurant nearby, less crowded than Oia, not touristy. They’re working on making the breakfast a little substantial, will have to come back!
• Juan antonio (10/5): - Habitación con vistas impresionantes desde la cual puedes ver el atardecer desde la propia piscina de la habitación. La habitación es enorme y en perfectas condiciones sin duda si vuelvo a Santorini repetiré.
• Karen (10/5): The staff at Heavens Edge is phenomenal! - The view was incredible! The location was perfect. Imerovigli is quiet and beautiful but close by to restaurants. This place could be tricky if stairs are difficult for you.
