• Mike (9/5): Safe, clean well located bolt hole - The property was as described, clean, comfortable and well located. Paul was very communicative pre booking and during our stay and recomended an excellent place for breakfast in town, the Corner House. Having parking outside the property in a safe feeling area was a bonus. It would have been better if guest towels were included, not a massive problem if you are driving and remember (I didn't) however it would be an issue for anyone arriving by train with limited space.

• Richard (10/5): A very enjoyable long family weekend in Beverley staying at the Beverley Heart Townhouse. - The property was very clean & tidy in a quiet location and only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Beverley. It was also very handy for the train station. Paul from BHT was very quick & efficient in responding to any queries. Everything was fine.

• Marie (10/5): Exceptional - Property was beautiful, clean and tidy, lay out was superb and the host was lovely, very informative and would happily book again. Highly recommend for anyone coming to the area and wanting a more homely feel.
• James (8/5): Comfortable house within walking distance of the sights - The house was clean and in good order with comfortable beds and good oven and (induction) cooker for preparing meals. The house is within easy reach of the town centre and sights of Beverley and is on a quiet road with supermarkets 15 minutes away on foot. The host was helpful and very communicative. The ease with which we could use our own Netflix and other streaming accounts on the TV was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. It wasn't a major issue but paying extra for towels is unusual and we brought our own. We had to upload photo ID, which not everyone will be comfortable with as you do not need ID to stay in accommodation in the UK. It was the first time that we had ever stayed at a place with a listening device to detect parties (!) but maybe the host has had a bad experience with this.

• Dawson (8/5): Fantastic family home in a great location - Fantastic location with parking space provided. Very smart, clean and cosy house and the host could not have been more helpful or friendly. Private enclosed garden. Highly recommended for a family stay and perfect for a pre Christmas break. Some of the kitchen items (pans, baking trays) needed replacing and it felt like only the absolute minimum had been provided in the kitchen (just one sharp knife). Not a big deal but frustrating if you want to cook a meal while you are away.
