Everything was clean and well prepared, and the service exceeded our expectations. The hosts were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Fresh towels and bed linen were provided during our stay, the surroundings were kept immaculate, and on our departure day we were even treated to a sweet breakfast as a lovely gesture. Truly amazing people and a place I can wholeheartedly recommend. When I return to Ksamil, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

- Ana (10/5): Exceptional - Spoiler alert: This might be the longest review you’ll read on Booking.com 😂 One thing that made our vacation in Ksamil at least twice as enjoyable was staying in this apartment and being welcomed by the owners. If we had to choose an apartment in this town again, we would pick Ahmeti Rooms without a doubt— a hundred times over. We’d even drive from Saranda just to stay here! And I'm not just saying that to exaggerate; I genuinely mean it. Here’s why: For us, and I think for most people, hygiene and comfort are crucial when staying somewhere for an extended period. When we arrived, the apartment was spotless and tidy, making it easy to relax. We had all the essentials provided: clean towels, bed linen, cooking utensils, toilet paper, and more. The location is perfect— tucked away in a quiet part of town but still just a 10-minute walk to the center. On the fifth day of our stay, fresh linens and towels were delivered, which was a lovely touch. The owners are incredibly kind and humble, always smiling and ready to help with anything. We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever and give a HUGE recommendation to Ahmeti Rooms for anyone visiting Ksamil! By the way, our top beach picks were Hidden Bay and Natyra. Arameras Beach is also fantastic, especially if you arrive early to secure the best sunbeds and enjoy it before it gets crowded. We drove there, which took about 10 minutes.

- Anisa (9/5): I would suggest it if you are looking for a place to stay in Ksamil. - The place was great. It was clean and spacious. The balcony was a nice feature which I really enjoyed. The view was great. You can see the islands and the ferries passing by. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a late check in and they were very polite. The bed was a little hard for me but overall not bad.

- Morgan (10/5): Exceptional - We were treated so kindly, and the rooms are excellent value for money. Comfy bed, nice view from the (shared) terrace, and just a great environment. Paradise beach is 10 minutes walk, Ksamil centre is 15 minutes. Close to the bus stop on the main road that goes between Sarande and Butrint. Communication was very easy. They even moved bookings around so we could extend our stay. Air conditioner had a slight issue but they had someone out within 12 hours to fix it, so it wasn't really a problem.

- Dašeková (8/5): Very good - Our room had really nice view from the balcony to the sea. The balcony was big enough and we could dry our swimsuits and towels there. The beds were spacious but a little harder mattresses. Everything was clean and tidy. The room was not big but really cozy. We would welcome electric kettle and microwave. The shower could also be separated because everything was wet when we were showering😂
