• Gil (9/5): - the apartment located in the middle of Afytos village, It got every thing a traveler would need from first aid & sewing kits to dishwasher, capsules coffee machine & vacuum cleaner. And most importent it got a parking which is a very hard task to find in the village. Since we came at the end of the sesson i.e. the end of September half of the places around the area where close, so one have to know that coming to this area at the end of Septmeber/begging of October can be tricky.

Some info about the locality would have been nice. We found everything, but took a day to get bearings. Afitos is a lively town.

This five-star guest house offers a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. It's incredibly clean, and the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, combining luxury with a cozy atmosphere. You'll have everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely terrace for relaxation, and very comfortable beds and pillows. A hairdryer and an iron are also provided. Last but not least, the host is incredibly kind and supportive, ensuring that your stay is as pleasant as possible.
• Екатерина (10/5): Beautiful and high quality apartments - As an architect, I immediately liked what I saw in the photo, but in real life it also turned out to be well functional. Different levels of lighting, everything is very new and clean, design solutions are pleasing to the eye. Absolutely everything down to the smallest detail that you need for relaxation. You have your own parking in the yard and you will immediately be taken to a beautiful point for viewing the sea panorama. During the season, I’m sure life is bustling here and you can enjoy the beautiful city and local flavor. The owner met us very quickly and checked us in, everything went perfectly and I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you are looking for beauty and high level of comfort. A little strange very high pillows

• Georgi (10/5): Exceptional - It was very clean when we checked-in. There is a parking spot at the house which is very comfortable. It says it is a villa but actually it is an appartment. It is spacious with all needed facilities but it is not a villa, it is appartment in a house. We were staying for 4 nights. It would be good towels to be changed at least once.

• Gabriela (10/5): Beautiful vacation in Afytos - Beautifully decorated home, spacious rooms, everything is brand new, we had all we needed for a 2 weeks stay with our older son and our one-year old baby. The house is very close to the center and 12min on foot to the Varkes beach. A special thank you to the parents of the owner who live next door, they are very kind and helpful, all our requests were attended immediately.

(bearing in mind that the majority of villas in this part of Greece are in relatively poor condition, this Villa stands out) Although it is an old, authentic building, it has been completely renovated. It is made with a lot of love and attention. Attention is paid to every detail. As long as you stay in it, you feel like you are at home. The owners are wonderful people. Congratulations With much Respect! Afitos is a small village, quite authentic. Worth a visit.

• Carolyn (9/5): Quiet and relaxing holiday in a beautiful comfortable house in a quaint seaside village. - No breakfast provided- we went to the supermarket to buy food for our stay. The location was great but because of timing most things were shut for winter. It was a very quiet holiday! Thank goodness for Netflix provided in the house. We caught a bus abd taxi to some nearby villages on a couple of occasions. Overall the house was very comfortable and clean. The time we chose to travel to Greece - don’t go to small villages after October or before April.

The location is on a charming street with a spectacular view of the sea. Many nice souvenir shops, bakeries, bars, lovely tavernas and restaurants are a few steps away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will go back for a longer stay Highly recommended!

• Vsn (10/5): Great place to spend vacation! - Great location. Very clean. Had everything one could need to feel comfortable. The bed sheets smelled fresh, more than enough towels. Each room has a tv and air conditioning. Detergent was provided for the washing machine, also for the dishwasher. Kitchen stocked with all you need to prepare basic dishes. The rooms look great, just like the pictures. The owners are very nice, they even brought us some cake during our stay. The parking space is covered so the car is cool when you need to drive off. Everything was great! The village is very lively and townspeople are very hospitable and nice. We enjoyed our vacation enormously. Would definitely recommend! We liked everything!

• Tsveta (10/5): Very beautiful house in the centre of Afytos - The house is really beautiful! It is just renovated but the ancient architecture is kept and you feel the spirit of the Afytos houses, and not just the usual apartment lacking individuality. It has all the commodities which tourists need is order to feel comfortable - there was a fridge, washing machine, dish washer, dishes, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, even a baby chair. The rooms are quiet, the beds are comfortable, the WiFi is good and the setting is lovely - a lot of flowers everywhere! It is is a very quiet area of the Afytos town, although it is just 3-4 min walk from the city centre! And there is a private parking which was important for us as we were traveling by car. The hosts are lovely people and we would love to visit again! I love that they preserved the old elements of the house - the stones and wood. Very nice, stylish and romantic combination of modern and ancient style! There are coffee shops and shops nearby. I cannot think of one single thing which we did not like. Everything was fabulous - the apartment, the hosts, the location of the place. It was just renovated and amazingly decorated!

• Edith (9/5): Superb - I want to specify that I stayed in the apartment on the ground floor (the one on the first floor offers a partial view of the sea). The entire location is newly furnished with great style - everything is new and chosen/arranged with good taste. There are TVs in all the rooms (not just in the living room) and AC as well. The entrance terrace is nice but not so comfortable to be used when the air conditioning is running in any of the rooms (upstairs or downstairs). It has all the facilities described (washing machine for clothes and dishes, iron, hairdryer, wi-fi internet) and very importantly, it has private parking The apartment on the ground floor does not have good insulation of the ceiling, so some persons the noise of the guests that stay upstairs can be annoying. I would stay at this property again but on the upstairs apartment:) The bed that is attached to the wall should have a wall protection (otherwise you can scratch). I missed the mosquito nets at windows.

The villa is equipped with everything you could possible need to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. Location is excellent close to beach , restaurants, a bakery is near by also a small mini-market, everything is walking distance and very convenient. The host mr. Katsanis is very attentive, friendly and ready to help. Thank you for everything! Everything is great there were no issues.
