• Candice (1/5): Séjour très décevant malgré un emplacement pratique, avec un logement ne correspondant pas aux attentes ni au prix payé. - L’emplacement en centre-ville est pratique et l’arrivée autonome avec les codes d’accès ( à condition de les avoir en temps et en heures ) facilite l’entrée dans le logement. Logement sale et non conforme aux photos, manque d’entretien, très mauvaise insonorisation et expérience globale ne correspondant pas au prix payé.
• Fadeur (7/5): Constats des manquements et propreté à revoir - Emplacement au centre ville Étage double non précisé, 6 étages au lieu de 3. Attention aux personnes qui ont des soucis de genoux. Pas de volets aux fenêtres, les stores ne protègent pas du lever du jour. Manque 1 store, obligé de mettre une serviette bain.1chaise pour deux, c'est top. Lampes chevet sans pile. Pas d'indication pour la télé en espagnol, pas d'accès aux programmes TV France. La personne n'est pas intervenue pour dépanner. Pas de piles dans boitier télé pris celles télécommande climatisation. Pas de freezer dans le frigo. Le ménage et propreté pas bien fait, saleté sous les fauteuils (toile au plafonnier, sol tâché côté salon sous le fauteuil et côté. Mur tâché dans salle de bain. Manque un porte manteau salle douche et tablette dessus évier. Tablette de salon bancale, les pieds ne tiennent pas. L Odeur très désagréable sans doute des remontées évacuation. Faudrait laisser une bombe désodorisante. La taxe payée de ménage n'est pas justifiée.

• Julia (5/5): Challenging - As in the photos, the location is close to everything. Unfortunately, nowadays, the street of the apartment has become a meeting point for drug users, homeless people and traffickers in the region... They do everything outdoors, use drugs all day sitting at the door of the apartment or at the doors next to the building. That location is getting worse and worse. The apartment is good, but the location is no longer worth it.

• Leticia (4/5): Attention : n’allez surtout pas à cette adresse, à cause de l’hôte. Il a mis des heures à répondre. Quand il a enfin dai - Je n'ai rien aimé du tout. Les appartements étaient infestés de rats et de moustiques, et malgré leur présence, ils ne sentaient pas très mauvais. Je m'en suis plaint au propriétaire, qui m'a répondu que la présence de rats était normale.

• Vanessa (6/5): - De locatie was ideaal in die zin dat het op slecht een paar 100 meters van de kerstmarkt lag. De gang stonk enorm hard naar urine. Gelukkig kwam die geur niet in de kamers. In studio was de douchekop stuk en spoot het water langs alle kanten. De kamers waren ook niet heel netjes, veel spinnenwebben in de hoeken aan de plafonds. Het linnengoed was echter wel in orde. De buurt op zich was wel wat louche, verschillende malen junkies tegengekomen die in het straatje perfect uit het zicht hun volgende shot konden zetten. Door de verbouwingswerken aan het hotel aan de overkant waren er ook veel ratten die vrij spel hadden op straat. Als de werken gedaan zullen zijn, zal ons inziens de problematiek van de 2 laatste punten zichzelf wel oplossen.

• Stephan (5/5): Der Unterkunft müsste mehr Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt werden. - Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen, so dass die Innenstadt von Lüttich zu Fuß gut erkundet werden kann. Das Appartement ist gut geschnitten. Im Haus gibt es die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen. Über die Großbaustelle gegenüber der Unterkunft liefen gleich zur Begrüßung die Ratten. Die Gasse wird wegen des fehlenden Durchgangsverkehrs (Baustelle) von Junkies für den Drogenkonsum genutzt. Obwohl das Appartement an sich gut ausgestattet ist, gab es viel Unerfreuliches zu bemängeln: das Bett war anscheinend nicht frisch bezogen, die Bettwäsche zerrissen, der Abfluss in der Küche war undicht. Unsere Fahrräder mussten im engen Hausflur abgestellt werden.

• Amanda (3/5): Ruim! - Só gostei que tinha tv smart o ap que fiquei não é o mesmo da foto, fiquei no studio 1, na primeira noite roubaram meu patinete no prédio e nem câmera tinha, não tinha secador de cabelo, a água durava apenas 5min ligada no chuveiro, a localização é feia, cheia de ratos é perigosa, fora que tive problemas com o roubo e o anfitrião nem me respondeu

• Olivera (10/5): - My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed our stay in Liège. The studio was very clean, cozy, and nicely arranged, making it feel like a comfortable home away from home. Its location in the center of town was perfect, close to everything we needed. One highlight of our stay was how helpful and responsive the host was when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the building, he immediately provided a solution, which we greatly appreciated. Although there are temporary works on the building across the street, they did not at all affect the quality of our stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we warmly thank the hosts for their hospitality. Nothing we did not like. 😊

• Tamas (7/5): Bra läge men lite slum på grund av ombyggnad av gata och byggnader. - Tre lägenheter till tre par. Alla hade eget kök och egen toalett. Gatan renoveras så ganska nedgånget och ovårdat i nuläget. Blir säkerligen bra när allt är klart.

• Lee (9/5): Great studio for a weeks stay - Clean, tidy and modern decor. Light and airy. The hosts were very helpful 😀 No lift but lots of older buildings don’t have lifts.
