Lo que más destacaríamos es la atención de la dueña; se nota que se desvive por el bienestar y la comodidad de sus huéspedes, cuidando cada detalle al máximo. En el apartamento no falta absolutamente de nada; han pensado hasta en el más mínimo detalle para que te sientas como en casa. Además la ubicación es excelente, con comercios y restaurantes a un paso y con unas vistas preciosas desde el balcón.. ¡Repetiremos sin duda! Nada

• Fomkf (10/5): Another relaxing stay at Pepita! - This was our 4th visit to Pepita and, as always, we had a lovely relaxing time. Excellent location for us, close to amenities and great location for discovering the area. Comfortable, cosy apartment with a fabulous balcony for the afternoon/evening sun overlooking the busy harbour. Everything needed for self catering break! Another pan would have been useful.

• Eneko (10/5): - La ubicación del apartamento inmejorable, con buenas vistas, un balcón acogedor, garaje en el edificio de al lado, lo cual en temporada alta tiene que ser un lujazo, y sobre todo la atención por parte de la dueña. Muy pendiente en todo momento, amable, y con el apartamento lleno de detalles, como la botella de agua de bienvenida que se agradece en una zona donde el agua del grifo no sabe muy allá (a mi parecer, y es generalizado en toda la región, no depende del apartamento). Sin duda, si vuelvo por la zona, será mi primera opción!

María José super simpática, nos facilito todo y pendiente en todo momento para que pasasemos una buena estáncia.

Detalles que marcan la diferencia; desde gafas de aumento, pasando por una tablet a nuestra disposición, plataformas de streaming, lámpara de luz "cálida" portátil... y todo nuevo y muy, muy limpio. Y que tenga parking propio es un plus que añadir. Y ya la ubicación... un lujazo. Abajo hay un "chino", así que sin comentarios. La plaza hacia donde da el balcón, tiene varios restaurantes y bares de copas (cero ruidosos). Recomiendo el restaurante italiano. A la playa se puede ir andando. Todo a mano. Lo pasamos de lujo.
• Merce (10/5): Espectacular - La ubicación, todos los detalles que tenía, el conchon súper cómodo, el parking, playa tranquila y las vistas al puerto desde el balcón y María Jose un encanto. Nada que objetar.
• Laura (10/5): - El apartamento es muy cómodo, está decorado con buen gusto y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. Además, cuenta con una terraza ideal para relajarse, con un sofá perfecto para descansar al aire libre. Está limpio, bien cuidado y muy bien ubicado. Hay todo tipo de tiendas alrededor, un Mercadona a 5 minutos, y la playa está a un paso andando. También hay varios bares y restaurantes en la zona. Que tenga garaje es un extra muy práctico, así no hay que preocuparse por el aparcamiento. Pepa fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento, nos ayudó con lo que necesitamos. ¡Repetiríamos sin duda! Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos aquí, y eso ya lo dice todo. Todo nos gustó, no hubo nada negativo.

Die Wohnung ist groß, sehr sauber und mit Geschmack mobiliert.Genauso bis zum kleinsten Detail ausgestattet. Auch Klimaanlage sowohl im Wohnzimmer als auch im Schlafzimmer Maria,die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett,entgegenkommen und kümmert sich um das wohl Gefühl der Gäste. Wir haben uns gemütlich dort gefühlt. • Tracey (10/5): A rare find - beautifully presented apartment and great value for money in an ideal location. - Villa Pepita is a bright, airy and modern apartment which far exceeded expectations. It was the small touches that made it an exceptional stay. From a very comfy mattress topper to headphones, a tablet and even a vertical steamer. Everything has been well thought out with modern furnishings, rather than cast off furniture you get in some apartments. The location couldn't be better with restaurants on your doorstep - fabulous. Free private and secure parking facilities were a bonus. We had a great stay and will be returning soon. Nothing
• John (10/5): A wonderful stay in a great apartment. - What a fantastic apartment, in a fantastic location, with everything you could possibly wish for. The host has gone to great lengths to create a homely feel, Amazon prime fire stick television facility, super balcony over looking the plaza, bars and marina. The bars, restaurants and promenades right on your doorstep. We would 100% stay again when visiting Almerimar and recommend to anyone staying in EL Ejido. There was nothing we didn’t like that was in the owners control. There was some noise from building work going on in a nearby apartment but nothing to spoil our wonderful stay.

Fabulous location, attentive host and comfortable, clean, perfectly finished flat with a sunny balcony where you can watch the world go by. Nice extras, everything you need if you want to cook for yourself but also many restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Another perfect holiday, thank you👌

It was very comfortable, a lot of extras were included, such as hair dryer, tablet, very nice furniture; both in the livingroom and on the veranda. Maria, who welcomed us was so nice and serviceminded, she helped us in every possible way. She showed a personal interest in our wellbeing, which we appreciated very much. The doorcode instead of keys was excellent. The appartment had a large kitchen with every utensil, even detergents. The appartment is situated in the town center (the Plaza), with lots of restaurants near by. It was quiet, and we will return.

• Geoffrey (10/5): Beautiful place for a break and plenty to do. Cycles for hire nearby if you want to go cycling. - This is a self catering apartment but all the equipment and utensils are in the kitchen for cooking, or if you do not fancy that then there are ten eateries within fifty meters. Locality is great, adjacent to the marina and a lovely view from the balcony. There is even a sofa on the balcony, very nice for siestas when the sun is shining. Plenty of shops in the marina area and a Mercadona within a five minute walk. I have been here several times now and there is nothing that I do not like about this apartment or Almerimar.
• Fomkf (10/5): Winter break - This was our second visit and again, we weren't disappointed. Fabulous apartment in a lovely location, close to bars restaurants and shops, beautiful balcony and it was warm enough in November for us to eat outside, perfect. Maria is a wonderful host and we will be booking again. Unfortunately, the pavements were being replaced outside, so a bit dusty and noisy, but didn't spoil our stay just bad timing.

I could not believe how beautifully located Pepita was very impressed, having breakfast on the balcony looking over the marina. It does not get much better than that. Beautiful walks along the promenade and a coffee stop at local Cafe's... It was perfect and suited all our needs.

Quiet in the evenings when considering the location being close to several bar/restaurants.
• Fomkf (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is clean, well maintained, fully equipped, comfortable and in an excellent location to explore the area. Also, secure underground parking is available for extra peace of mind as the port area is very busy. Maria is an excellent host very helpful and friendly. We had been travelling for over 2 weeks and this was our final stop, we saved the vest until last, loved it! Would have liked to stay longer!

• Anonymous (10/5): The name describes the apartment perfectly! - Raúl was an excellent host. He was super friendly when he greeted us and gave us an in-depth tour of the apartment. Everything is catered for, down to the smallest detail. It’s in an ideal location in Almerimar, right above the square which makes it super accessible when going out. It has brilliant facilities and the bed was very comfortable too!
