• fiona (9/5): Best stays away in a long time - Breakfast was peaceful and relaxed - the range of food was awesome! Pool bar and food was brilliant, I couldn't fault the service! We had a suite facing the sea, the views stunning - we will be back. Not a lot was wrong, check in took half hour which is longer than I'm used to, it's my only complaint !
• Laura (8/5): Netter Aufenthalt 🌴🌴 - Sehr modernes Hotel mit einer kleinen Boutique und einem Barista in der Lobby. Wie auch schon von anderen erwähnt, Frühstück hervorragend, genau nach unserem Geschmack. Direkt am Strand und generell sehr zentral gelegen. Es läuft den ganzen Tag Musik, Ibiza-Vibes. Ausreichend Parkplätze in der Umgebung. Alles in allem netter Aufenthalt, wir würden uns aber nächste Mal für ein anderes Hotel in einer anderen Gegend entscheiden, mit mehr spanischen Flair. Keine Rezeption, Mitarbeiter laufen den ganzen Tag am Eingang herum, fraglich was das soll?! Viele Pubs und Restaurants die den Eindruck von Imbissen machen, hat uns nicht sehr gut gefallen, genauso die vielen kleinen Länden in denen das gleiche verkauft wird. Für so ein hochpreisiges Hotel auch noch Parkgebühren zu verlangen ist nicht okay! Generell sehr hohe Preise an der Bar/Hoteleigenem Restaurant.

• Harald (8/5): Great hotel. The location is, what it is. Despite the check-in experience, all good. - Great breakfast buffet!!!! What is VERY strange is the concept that it is mandatory that one has to do the check-in by themselves on the phone. While the employees relax, smile at you and tell you that it is more comfortable this way, after a a long journey, I have to search and type in all passport data, address data etc. of all guests - and the "reception" staff sits there and waits. I asked several times if they could do it, but it was declined - "it is more comfortable for you" was the answer - but I could not enjoy the offered welcome drink, because I had to search for and insert data. I am travelling a lot and I see a lot of hotels, but this "approach/behavior" was totally new and off-putting to me. - - - Everything else was great ;-)
• Yixin (7/5): Lovely stay for young couple - The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety, and the interior design was beautiful — very modern, stylish, and thoughtfully done. The gym is also clean with good lighting, perfect for morning workout and then head to breakfast! The hotel has a fresh and relaxing vibe. The bathroom didn’t seem to have proper scent extraction or ventilation, which made it less comfortable. Also, the windows were quite thin, so noise from outside could still be heard clearly until around midnight.

• GEGE (1/5): would not recommend anyone to stay. - breakfast I booked this hotel one month in advance. Close to my check-in date, I found that standard rooms at the same price were all offered with sea view. I tried to contact the hotel online multiple times in advance to discuss a proper arrangement, but they never responded or provided any solution. After arrival, the front desk also refused to assist with any coordination. The hotel clearly had upgraded rooms available, yet they declined any complimentary upgrade at all. We ended up paying sea-view room rates but were placed in the cheapest, lowest-category room located on a mezzanine floor. We had to carry our luggage down stairs from the second floor, which was extremely inconvenient, and no staff offered any help at all. There were many other vacant rooms in the hotel, but they deliberately assigned us to the poorest located and worst room. The whole communication was ignored online and unsupported on-site. Such obvious differential treatment makes us strongly feel that this is racial discrimination. Extremely terrible experience, would not recommend anyone to stay.

• Jennifer (8/5): Sehr schönes Hotel, aber Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht - Das Hotel ist sehr modern und hübsch eingerichtet – das hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Das Frühstück ist herausragend, alles frisch und eine große Auswahl. Die Lage direkt an der Promenade ist vermutlich die beste in ganz Palmanova. Für den Preis, hätte ich mir persönlich einen besseren Service gewünscht. Der Check-in war unpersönlich und wir musste bis Punkt 15 Uhr warten, bis das Zimmer bereit war (obwohl das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war?). Slipper und ein Bademantel auf dem Zimmer haben m.E. In dieser Preiskategorie gefehlt. Unser Zimmer wurde auch nicht gereinigt – als Entschädigung wurde uns ein freier Cocktail angeboten. Das war jedenfalls zuvorkommend und nett. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist in diesem Hotel allerdings fehl am Platz. Es spielt ganztags laute Musik und das Hotel ist in einer Partyumgebung gelegen. Das war uns bewusst und hat uns daher nicht gestört.

• lottewilli (8/5): gesamt ein aussergewöhnliches hotel für jüngere gäste. - das frühstück war für diese preisklasse nur mittelmässig. es wurde zwar alles angeboten, aber z.b. die eierspeisen wurden nicht frisch angeboten, das benedict ei war geschmacksbedürftig, das angebot des brotes mittelmässig. alles wie in einem guten 4 sterne hotel, aber hier muss ich auch den geforderten zimmerpreis berücksichtigen. dieser liegt im 5 sterne bereich, deshalb war das angebotene frühstück nur mittelmässig. ansonsten alle ok. frühstück nur mittelmass, für den zimmerpreis eines 5 sternehotels nicht entsprechend. eierspreisen z.b. schon produziert und dadurch entweder kalt oder rührei aus der fabrik

• Emma (4/5): Awful did not enjoy our night at all - The location and decor were amazing It was cold, you are greeted at the door by 2 guys that have no idea what there doing and direct you to online checkin. This then took ages as the WiFi was so slow. All the time talking Spanish to each other making us feel we had done something wrong, it felt really pressured and when we left they stopped us at the door demanding we wait until they checked with housekeeping that nothing had been used, we only stayed 1 night so assured him we hadn’t touched anything, we felt like criminals. There were no extras in the room not even biscuits for the money absolutely not worth it, so much better when it was Sol beach

This is going to sound a bit silly, but a bit too booshy. Fancy. Simple things like music in pool / bar with no lyrice. You can tap tour feet but cant get involved more. Type of place you start the night and move on to another place with s little more atmosphere in evenings. Daytime was great though. Relaxing and great location.

There is nothing I can say bad about our stay and the hotel we will return 100% If I have to say anything some of the hot food at breakfast was cold for example the beans weren’t sitting on a hot plate but nothing tha I didn’t like about our stay

Spacious room with beautiful decor in a peaceful location, perfect for a relaxing stay. Would definitely visit again. The mattress in the room was too stiff to get a good nights sleep and the pool could be heated at the start of the season for April/ May months.

While the hotel overall was excellent and the rest of the staff were truly wonderful, my experience with the staff member preparing coffee at breakfast was unfortunately disappointing. Her attitude came across as unfriendly, abrupt, and somewhat arrogant, which felt out of place in such a warm and welcoming environment. Of course, everyone can have a bad day, but this impression remained the same on both mornings of my stay. It didn’t quite match the otherwise positive atmosphere and high standard of service that the hotel clearly aims to provide.

• Maxime (3/5): Verschrikkelijk en teleurstellend - Het restaurant om te ontbijten was mooi en het had een fijne zwembad area. Voor twee nachten geboekt, maar ben na 1 nacht weggegaan. Hele gehorige kamers en er kon niet gewisseld worden van kamer. Je hoort letterlijk de mensen boven je lopen en praten. Geen housekeeping gezien en er is ook niemand bij mij langsgekomen. Verschrikkelijke buurt. Parkeren bij privé parking van het hotel kost €35 per nacht!! Buffet was groot, maar veel was koud of had geen smaak. Kamers waren op het oog "schoon", maar als je goed keek was veel nog vies. Voor mij absoluut geen 4 sterren waard. Er was ook niets mogelijk, pas toen ik een dag eerder weg wilde konden ze het gesprek aangaan. Er kon geen oplossing of compensatie komen. Op de foto's ziet alles er geweldig uit, maar totaal geen plek om te ontspannen!

• Kathy (10/5): Perfect location, great breakfast, great staff and a fabulous place to chill. We will return 👌 - The staff, decor, location and ambiance were perfect. Sauna and steam room weren’t turned on….these should be on so that you can pop in and out when you feel like it. Neither were turned on during my stay. Jacuzzi was barely like warm so we didn’t go in. Early in the season it should be hot.

• Michelina (9/5): Beautiful hotel on the beach get a room facin the sea. Be aware there is no front desk - Location, on the beach, great happening vibe, the restos downstairs, the rooms are beautiful, the design in excellent The lack of utensils when going for breakfast-at the price of a room I should not be asking for this, they should be promptly replaced constantly when someone leaves. I did not like the lack of front desk-some people cannot check in online like myself or just didn’t have time to. It was very confusing upon entry and the man I dealt with made it clear I should have done this but he would “take care of it” for me. Dont make me sound like work.

• Vanessa (9/5): Stunning, clean hotel on beautiful beachfront property - The hotel itself was gorgeous! Rooms were beautiful and perfectly clean. Breakfast was delicious! Loved that it was also right on the beach. The hotel is very aesthetic and perfect for nice pictures. Also liked that there was free parking nearby - there is no need to get paid parking at the hotel as there is a free lot within 4 min walking distance. While the hotel itself is perfect, the location of the hotel is not the greatest. It didn't have that "European feel" at all, and was just strips of souvenir shops and bars. The restaurants weren't bad, we even found a great little Italian spot with great authentic pasta, but the area itself just didn't feel like I was in Europe and more like I was in the US. The beach front property made up for this fact - and if anything you can just rent a car and go to nicer areas for dinner if you like.

• Ahmet Can (7/5): Geht in Ordnung - Schönes modernes Hotel. Eigener Beachclub. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Vielen lieben dank an Marta für das Geburtstagsdeko. Bei der Ankunft war die Mitarbeiterin leicht genervt, wir erhielten ein sehr schlechtes Hotelzimmer. Was ich sicher nicht einverstanden war. Dann erhielten wir ein anderes Zimmer ziemlich direkt im ersten Stock. Für den bezahlten Preis auch sehr mager war.

• Deanny (10/5): - This hotel is a 10/10 the facilities, staff, the classes they have throughout the week for Pilates and cooking is just great. Not to mention the hotel is right on the strip close to alot of restaurants.
