Очень дружелюбные хозяева, всегда готовые помочь, великолепный завтрак и шикарный бассейн сделали наш отдых незабываемым. Парковка – ещё один приятный бонус. Хотим вернуться снова! Любые проблемы, которые у нас возникли в этом месте, владельцы легко устраняли, как, например, проблема с вай-фаем или мокрыми полотенцами. Слегка опасная дорога к дому, но эта проблема решается вызовом такси и это совсем недорогое удовольствие

• Irina (6/5): Красивый вид и много недостатков - Красивый вид Удобная кровать 1. Отель реально далеко от города, только такси, в пешей доступности нет не кафе, не магазина. 2. На соседнем участке идёт стройка, шумно, и кругом ходят рабочие, приезжают грузовики 3. Хозяева живут в этом же доме, поэтому ты постоянно чувствуешь себя под наблюдением 4. Нет пляжных полотенец, в номере нет уборки, смены полотенец, выноса мусора 5. Очень дорогой завтрак. В подтверждение бронирования букинга было указано 25 лари на человека, на месте оказалось 35. Мы жили 3 дня, нас четверо с детьми, это слишком большая разница, но другой альтернативы рядом нет. Завтрак скромный, яйцо, помидоры, огурцы, творог, кекс. Один вид колбасы и сыра. Кофе только растворимый из банки. 6. Высокая слышимость в номере, хлопание дверей, разговоры соседей, лай собак - пришлось спать в берушах. 7. У нас задержали вылет, попросили остаться до вечера. Понимаю, что по правилам больших отелей нужно оплачивать продление, но если вы позиционируете себя как гостеприимные хозяева, то брать всю стоимость за полные сутки с учётом того, что есть много свободных номеров, как будто не правильно. При бронировании читала отзывы и ожидала большего, но отель оставил неприятное впечатление.

• George (8/5): Incredible view of the city! Does not accept credit card payments. - The hosts were very nice and a pleasure to deal with. The room was very comfortable and pretty clean. The view of the Batumi from the hilltop was incredible and the best part of the stay! The view from the pool was truly breathtaking. It was difficult to get an invoice at the end of my stay, but the host has implemented a new process to make this much easier going forward. This is a big boost for business travelers looking to stay! Also, the property does not accept credit card payments. I'm not even sure you can pay by credit card in advance via Booking.com. That said, if travelers are not able to pay by cash (the preferred option due the hotel), the host does offer electronic payments by Zelle, Venmo and PayPal.

Хозяева заботливые и гостеприимные, всё новое, продумана каждая деталь для красоты и комфорта, всё сделано с душой, идеальная чистота, вкусные свежие завтраки, есть лифт, удобные кровати. С балконов всех номеров открывается потрясающий вид на город и море. Очень теплый и красивый бассейн с панорамным видом и чистой горной водой. Хозяин угощает вином и проводит экскурсию по винному погребу. Мы были с ребенком 6 лет и ему тоже очень понравилось 😊 Всё было идеально

• Claudia (10/5): - Was für eine phantastische familiäre Unterkunft, in der wir 4 Tage als Abschluss unserer Georgien / Armenien Rundreise verbrachten . Die Lage ist hervorragend , der Blick auf die Stadt sensationell und nachts hört man maximal das Quaken der Frösche . In kurzer Zeit kommt man mit dem Taxi für wenige Lari in die Stadt, wenn man z.B. abends Essen gehen möchte . Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Infinity Pool (der groß genug ist , um richtig drin zu schwimmen ), den wir sehr oft genutzt haben . Die Vermieter sind extrem freundlich - da unser Zimmer am Tag unserer Abreise nicht vermietet war , durften wir bis zur Abfahrt unseres Zuges am Nachmittag den Raum nutzen . Ich kann dieses neue Hotel zu 100 Prozent empfehlen - für uns war keine schönere Unterkunft in Batumi vorstellbar und wir haben uns super erholt .

Идеальный вариант для тех, кто хочет провести спокойный отдых. Недалеко, на вершине находится канатная трасса. Номер чистый и современный, кровать удобная, в номере есть всё для личного удобства. На месте можете заказать вкусный завтрак, который можно провести с видом на город и с бокалом вина. Хозяева очень радушные люди, всегда готовы чем то помочь и подсказать

• Abdulrahman (10/5): راحة نفسية في احضان الطبيعة - كانت زيارتي بغرض تجربة الطبيعة الجبلية في باتومي. لكن لم اتوقع هذا الجمال. المكان كان امن جدا و بولت يعمل هنا بكل اريحية. اصحاب المكان في قمة اللطافة والاحترام. توجد لديهم خدمات الافطار مقابل رسوم اضافية وكانت الام الرائعة تصنع لنا الافطار بكل حب 🙏🏻😍. وكان الاب ايضا يشعرنا بالامان وكاننا في منزلنا. تجربة سوف اكررها وانصح من يريد تجرية الهواء النظيف والاطلالة الرائعة ان يقضي وقتا هادئا بين احضان الطبيعة. لديهم مسبح نظيف جدا واطلالته ساحرة. وايضا الفتيات كانو متواصلين معنا في جميع الاوقات لتلبية احتياجاتنا. شكرا لكم لانكم هائلة طيبة ورائعة واتمنى لكم سعادة دائمة 🙏🏻❤️🌹 كل شي كان مثاليا.

• Adrian (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft spektakuläre Aussicht auf Batumi - Total nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Hotel ist super gestaltet und wirklich hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Zimmer und der Pool haben eine spektakuläre Sicht auf Batumi. In 4 min mit dem Auto kommt man zur Seilbahn und mit ihr runter in die Stadt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es stand viel zur Auswahl. Das Auto kann man am Hotel parken. Ein wirklich fairer Preis für diese tolle Unterkunft. Es war alles super !

• Neda Golshan (10/5): - Our stay at this hotel in Batumi was nothing short of serene and rejuvenating—a truly peaceful retreat that's difficult to put into words. The rooms are modern and impeccably clean, with a tranquil view that instantly soothes the soul. The pool is a perfect haven for relaxation, effortlessly melting away any stress. The hosts are simply outstanding. The father has quickly become my favorite Georgian acquaintance, and Anna is always on hand, offering warm and generous hospitality. The experience we had here is one I will cherish forever. Throughout our stay, we shared the space with only one other family, which made it incredibly quiet and intimate. The breakfast is a must-try, especially given the hotel's more remote location—it’s about a 30-minute drive to the city. Each morning, the hosts surprised us with something new on the breakfast table, making every day a delightful start. If you’re traveling as a couple or with family, the road to the hotel is easily navigated by taxi or Yandex. However, I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re traveling alone, unless you plan to stay primarily at the hotel and make only occasional trips into town. For meals, the hosts assist with ordering online, though it typically takes about 50-60 minutes for food to arrive up the hill. Nonetheless, I am certain I will return to this peaceful oasis on my next visit to Batumi. The view and the environment here are simply beyond words.
• Paul (10/5): Tranquility in the foothills of Batumi with an infinity pool to boot! - I can’t rate Hillside Inn higher - the hotel is incredible. Up in the hills away from the hustle and bustle, whilst only 15-20 minutes from Batumi sea front - tranquil doesn’t get close to describing it, My wife daughter and I have just spent a wonderful few days here and it’s been perfect. Set above Batumi the view is out of this world. The pool, whilst not huge is a perfect place for the family to cool down and enjoy spectacular views. Breakfast delicious and good value for money. We’ve been looked after impeccably by the family here and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone! Nothing - it’s perfect.

• Olga (10/5): - Unglaublich nette Familie, die das Hotel leitet. Ich wurde buchstäblich verwöhnt. Es gab hauseigenen Wein, selbstgebackenen Kuchen, frischen georgischen Mokka, Früchte aus dem eigenen Garten. Der Besitzer hat mich sogar morgens zum Bahnhof gefahren. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man Abstand vom Stadtleben haben möchte, aber trotzdem schnell in der Stadt sein kann. Die Aussicht ist perfekt. Nachts und generell ist es sehr ruhig. Super, um Ruhe zu tanken. Es gibt eine Seilbahn in der Nähe, die in die Stadt und zurück führt. Ich hatte ein sehr grosses, helles Zimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Pool. Der Pool und der gesamte Poolbereich ist absolut sauber. Abends gab es noch einen kleinen Rundgang in den hauseigenen Weinkeller. Alles in einem ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt.

• Netanel (10/5): מדהים!! - חייבים להגיד שהייתה לנו את החוויה הכי טובה שחווינו ממקום אירוח כלשהו! איך שסגרנו את ההזמנה, קיבלנו הודעה ממקום האירוח שהתעניין מתי נגיע, ואם נצטרך עזרה או דבר כלשהו מהם, משהו שלעולם לא קרה לנו בעשרות מקומות האירוח האחרים שהיינו בהם. המקום הוא מקום אירוח משפחתי, בבעלות משפחה מקסימה שנתנה לנו הרגשה של בית, ועזרה לנו בכל מה שצריך. הגענו זוג עם תינוק בן 5 חודשים, והם אפילו דאגו ללכת ולקנות מיטת תינוק חדשה עבורנו! הארוחת בוקר מלאה בשפע וכל טוב, וגם במטעמים מעולים תוצרת הבית! החדר היה גדול ונוח עם כל מה שצריך, וכמובן עם נוף מהמם אל העיר. אנחנו ממליצים בחום להגיע לכל מי שמחפש שקט, שלווה, ורמת אירוח מהגבוהות שיש! אנחנו בוודאות נחזור! תודה על הכל!

Ils nous ont gentiment déposé au centre ville et nous ont tout expliqué pour revenir. La chambre était sublime, propre, au calme, avec une vue magnifique sur Batoumi. Un petit déjeuner très varié et très bon. Tout était parfait !

Отель расположен на горе с волшебной панорамой на Батуми, в 15 минутах езды до моря и в 20 минутах ходьбы до фуникулера. Тихий, умиротворенный уголок Батуми, особенно на фоне суеты первой береговой линии. В новых, чистых и светлых номерах есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания. С балконов и террасы (есть в каждом номере) открывается шикарный вид на Батуми. На территории есть бассейн, винный погреб, беседка, сад. Отдельно хочется выделить гостеприимность хозяев. Очень приятные, заботливые и добрые люди, которые с большой любовью относятся к своим гостям и своему делу Нет такого. Все понравилось.

Очень вкусно! Не навязчиво, угостил, ушел оставил нас в романтической обстановке с мужем))) Завтрак тоже на высшем уровне, свежие продукты, вкусно! Хозяин очень классный!!! Я в восторге
• Milena (10/5): Séjour exceptionnel - Emplacement exceptionnel, hôtel familial, des gens adorables. Bon petit déjeuner avec du choix, dans des quantités raisonnables. Les chambres sont propres et équipées. La piscine à débordement est propre tout comme l’environnement autour. J’ai pas mal d’expérience dans beaucoup d’hôtels dans différentes pays, Hillside Inn est devenu mon préférer. Qualité prix est incomparable avec les autres hôtels autour. Dommage nous ne pouvions pas rester plus longtemps, si je reviens à Batumi, je resterai dans cette hôtel sans hésitation.

• Bernhard (10/5): Traumhaft über der Stadt, und doch ganz nah am Zentrum - Die Aussicht, der herzliche Empfang, die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Räume, der kleine Infinity-Pool, das aufmerksame Frühstück, die Ruhe - es war einfach alles so, wie es besser nicht sein könnte. Man wohnt über den Dächern der Stadt und hat einen großartigen Blick auf die Skyline und das Meer. Zu Fuß ist man in 45 Minuten im Zentrum. Und abends fährt man mit der Kabinenseilbahn wieder hoch. Die Ortssuche über Google Maps hat mit der Adresse für die letzten Paarhundert Meter nicht funktioniert. Wenn man den Namen des Hotels eingibt, wird man richtig geführt.
• Marcel (10/5): - Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Ganz neues hotel. Alles perfekt vom ersten bis zum letzten tag. Es war ein traum abends auf dem balkon zu sitzen und über die ganze stadt zu schauen. Sehr gute luft zum erholen als in der stadt. Der pool ist super. Das es nichts gibt zu beanstanden.
• Marius (10/5): - A newly built and equipped villa in a quiet place on a hill with a wonderful view of the city of Batumi. Ideal for people who want to rest or relax from the noise of the city. The room had a shower, good WiFi, a large and comfortable bed, a refrigerator and a TV. The hosts were very kind and helpful, showed us their wine cellar, offered to take us to the city. The food available at the hotel was really delicious. We will be happy to come back to you again... ;)

Would definitely go back and highly recommend. - Hospitality is always an important part about where I choose to stay and bring people I am traveling with, so it was very lovely for my needs to be met and exceeded. Nothing. Absolutely no complains, from the minute we arrived and welcomed, up until we checked out.
• Golubev (10/5): We were the very first guests in this wonderful hotel. We highly recommend trying to stay there, you 100% won’t regret i - We liked everything: a chic new hotel with wonderful staff and very hospitable hosts, a great breakfast, clean and very thoughtful rooms in terms of convenience and design with large and comfortable beds and all amenities, refrigerators, TV, air conditioning, huge balconies with the most delicious coffee and very beautiful view of the whole of Batumi and the sea. Loved it soooo much.
