• Guest (10/5): Herzliche Gastgeberin, stilvolle Wohnung und traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge - einfach perfekt - Die Lage der Unterkunft des traumhaft ruhig in den Bergen über Neos Marmaras gelegen, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer. Besonders die Abende waren unvergesslich: von der großzügigen Terrasse aus konnten wir jeden Tag wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Dank unserer wundervollen Gastgeberin, Christina, haben wir uns auch sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es gab nichts auszusetzen

Kristina was lovely. She made us pancakes one day for breakfast. The accommodation is next door to a taverna in the village centre and close to other places to eat and drink. Nothing
• Niki_ (10/5): Ένα μέρος για ξεκούραση! - Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ ωραίο και άνετο. Η θέα υπέροχη, να κάθεσαι με τις ώρες στο μπαλκόνι να τη χαζεύεις. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν εξαιρετικοί! Η κ. Χριστίνα μας κέρασε σπιτική πίτα και κέικ και μας κατατόπισε σχετικά με τις ομορφιές της περιοχής!

• Petra (10/5): - Milá majitelka paní Christina nás hned po příjezdu ubytovala v krásném, čistém studiu. V kuchyňském koutu je základní vybavení, které nám stačilo. Postel je pohodlná. Prostorná koupelna s velkým sprchovým koutem. Posezení na terase s výhledem na bazén, olivové háje a moře. Parkování hned před domem. Moc se nám tam líbilo. Děkujeme za domácí mléčnou rýži jako dezert na večer. Bylo to milé.

• Ioana (10/5): - We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay: from the cozy room and comfortable beds to the stunning view and refreshing pool. The host was exceptionally kind and attentive, even treating us to delicious homemade cake and fresh fruit. The location is just a 9-minute drive from the beach (of you feel the nees to change the location) and there is a great traditional taverna nearby that’s definitely worth a visit. Everything was exceptional
• Vanio (10/5): Exceptional - The room was much bigger than the photos suggested and super cozy. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The hosts kept it fresh by regularly swapping out bathroom linens and towels. The balcony was huge, with awesome views of the sea, olive trees, and the neat garden and pool below. Our hosts were so friendly—they welcomed us with a tasty cake and surprised us with delicious homemade food a few times, even sending us off with a sweet goodbye treat. Thanks to them, our stay was amazing. Book Thea Studios—you won’t regret it!

• Nikolay (10/5): Exceptional - The view is stunning. Far from the beach crowds, yet feel connected to the sea. The winding road, the small village. It's like you're in a fairy tale. A bonus is the hiking route that starts from the village to nearby hilltops (there are a couple of them) where one can enjoy even better views. Everything was more than perfect.
• Dimitrios (10/5): Perfect accommodation, in every way - This was one of the best holiday accommodation experiences we've had. It was perfect for what we were after including comfort, space, cleanliness, views and so many more things. The design, materials and decoration of the property is of a high standard and quickly feels like home. The hosts are amongst the loveliest people you'll meet and are a true embodiment of the famous reputation associated with Greek hospitality. The location is close to restaurants, bars and cafes within the beautiful town of Parthenonas and only a short drive to the main town and beaches. The property’s private pool is perfect if you want to avoid the crowds at the beach, and the views that you have of the olive groves and the sea below are breath-taking, especially the sunsets! Sithonia has an endless supply of accommodation options, but Thea Studios is the best, from our experience.
• Fotis (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts were very kind and welcome. The location is amazing. From the balcony you have an incredible view of Halkidiki and beautiful hills full of olive trees. The pool also has the same view. The room was very clean and comfort. We visited the place with our 5 months baby and we did not found any difficulty. Christina, the host, everyday was there in case we needed something.

• Diana (10/5): Exceptional - The studios are situated in a lovely, picturesque village 10 minutes away from Neos Marmaras, surrounded by olive trees and with splendid views of the sea and Kelifos island. The place is impeccably clean, quiet, cozy and modern. Comfortable beds, nice terrace to serve dinner and admire the sunsets. Beautiful, small and clean swimming pool, a real plus especially when travelling with kids 😊 The hosts are warm and friendly, a very nice example of Greek hospitality, treating us with home made muffins, pancakes, donuts; kids loved this! A laundry machine would have been useful otherwise all was excellent.

• Andreea (9/5): All in all, for our family it was perfect: a charming place in the heart of Sithonia. - The property is in a charming traditional village from where you can see the amazing sea and landscape of Sithonia, at its best. It’s quiet, clean, spacious and all looks new and shiny. The owners are warm and friendly and made us several times delicious sweets. The studio was completely cleaned every 3 days. The pool with a view was perfect for lazy afternoons. Right next to Thea’s, it’s Oreiades Cafe where you can have a delicious breakfast with very good value for money made by two wonderful ladies: Maria and Katerina. I would say that Thea’s is a rare finding, close to the sea, but far from the crowds, perfect if you want to feel and fully enjoy Greece.

The road to the village is joyful, in the middle of olive trees with beautiful view to the mountain. Very beautiful, modern white studio equiped with everything you need. Clean pool. Lovely hosts. Carrying and throwing the garbage in Nea Marmaras.
• Filip (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the little village of Parthenonas, very friendly hosts and incredible views! - Very cosy, quiet, modern and clean apartment with a terrace and exceptional view of the sea and Kelifos island. The sunsets were gorgeous. The hosts are wonderful, Maria gave us many tips for visits and restaurants, Cristina made us a free omelette and muffins and was very sweet all round. The pool is also a very welcome feature of the villa and a great place to relax by. Our room also had a Nespresso machine!
• Helen (10/5): Beautiful studio in forested area with sea views - Thea Studios are a lovely set of apartments located in the forested hill city of Parthenonas with a splendid view of the sea. The studio was very clean and the linens and beds very comfortable. Elena and her mother, Cristina, are very kind and brought us treats during our stay. The swimming pool is a real plus and is also very clean. The terrace overlooking the sea, olive groves, and pool is huge. We were two friends and the studio was great for us. The description said that the room sleeps 4 adults. That might be a bit tight. But we were very comfortable.
