Dałem 10, choć muszę to napisać (mam nadzieję, że ta konstruktywna krytyka zostanie potraktowana jako rzetelny feedback a nie czepianie się), że personel hotelowy pomaga w załatwianiu biletów do parków, ale komunikacja pozostawia niedosyt. Chodzi o to, że na szczyt góry Tianmen od roku nie kursuje kolejka do górnej stacji, a zamawiając bilety Wam tego nie powiedzą. Niby szczegół, ale robi różnicę. Bardzo dużą różnicę! Planowaliśmy wjechać sobie na sam szczyt, obrać azymut na zachód, przejść wokół góry ścieżkami, aby zjechać schodami ruchomymi "pod okno", aby potem busami zjechać serpentynami do stacji pośredniej i stamtąd do miasta. Tymczasem, dowieźli nas na stację pośrednią, wsadzili w busa, serpentynami do góry, potem długa jazda pod górę ruchomymi schodami, aby znaleźć się w punkcie, który pierwotnie planowaliśmy. Dwie godziny "w plecy". Niby nic, ale robi różnicę. Chodzi o informację, a nie trudności. Weźcie to sobie do serca drogie Panie, bo to naprawdę zmienia perspektywę i utrudnia planowanie. Przydałoby się trochę więcej "kontynentalizmu", ale biorąc pod uwagę bolesną historię, w pełni rozumiem gospodarzy. My nie narzekaliśmy. Widok pustostanów naprzeciwko. Hotel jest położony w kompleksie apartamentowców (12-15 budynków), z których poza 2 budynkami hotelu reszta "leży ugorem". Znak czasu. Całe Chiny są pełne pustostanów, to efekt minionego przegrzania koniunktury. Ma to swoje plusy. Macie wanny z wielkimi oknami. Możecie się relaksować bez obawy, że ktoś "zapuści żurawia". A dla amatorów wrażeń będzie dodatkowa pokusa :-)

Laundry room was well equipped. Location is just okay. For the national park it doesn’t matter due to the shuttle service, however for food options you have walk at least 10 minutes. Children’s park is currently under renovation

Location is a mixed feeling, was close to the park which is great, but little bit excluded from everything else. The Staff when we arrived and during the first day and first morning was really kind and friendly! They were helpful in WeChat and got us the tickets for the park. Thank you! On other circumstances feels like less friendly or patient, so we really appreciate the ones who helped us a lot! Unfortunately, when we were having dinner at the restaurant, suddenly someone (maybe the chef or someone from the kitchen) started yelling out loud and a lot… for several minutes, to the point that a lot of people had to come to the kitchen, at some point someone went out and this guy came behind him with intentions like to punch him, two ladies had to stop him, well this lasted for several minutes so was quite unpleasant. Also they had no pizza and we got a pizza by mistake (they had a mess with the orders) and the tomahawk I ordered was most likely not a tomahawk, but was ok for the price. Hope this was a very exceptional circumstance, and that’s why I am rating with an 8 and no less.

- Jacqueline (9/5): Nice relaxing hotel and convenient shuttle - Friendly efficient staff who could speak English and helped with organising and booking our tickets and drivers/taxis. It was really handy to communicate with front of house staff through WeChat. Check in service was lovely with offering tea and snacks. Enjoyed our very much needed in house massage. Costed a little more than outside but saved us the extra walk. This was easily communicated and arranged via WeChat. Very comfortable accommodation and spacious. Although not right at the entrance of the park, we chose it for being more quiet at night to get a good night's sleep. Free shuttle whenever you're ready to go to forest park. Good breakfast with fresh wontons and noodles but can see not much variety for those who'd prefer western food? There was a miscommunication with Lily, the person who reaches out to sort out tickets prior to checking in who was supposed to have organised the cars for our group on check out to Tianmenshan. She texted back and said she had "forgotten" to do so which was disappointing. So there was a bit of stress and time wasted trying to organise it on the spot and then having to pay more than what was quoted. However, at least the front of house dealt with it efficiently. Upon check in, we weren't given the rooms we had reserved apparently because we had originally cancelled our booking and rebooked (due to change in number of people and dates). This didn't make sense to me as we should just be given the rooms we had booked and agreed to pay for. My parents' room should have been a king room with mountain views but instead given a 2br with little views that was supposed to be an "upgrade". Ours was supposed to be a family room with mountain views but given a different family room with a different orientation and partial views from what was pictured in booking.com (it was very dark and gloomy). We asked for a change and in the end had to reorganise our sleeping arrangements because of what was available - from this experience I think it's worthwhile double checking at time of check in that you are actually getting the room you have booked/paid for.

Помогает с бронированием билетов на достопримечательности, рекомендует и рассказывает о маршрутах. Мы остались очень довольны. Номера чистые современные, просторные. На первом этаже есть ресторан, там потрясающе готовят пасту и стейки. Есть бар можно попить коктейли. В лобби отеля очень красиво, есть несколько залов для чайных церемоний и медитации. Владельцы отеля имеют свои плантации чая, можно съездить на экскурсию. Так же делают потрясающие чайные церемонии. Если хотите провести отлично отдых в Чжанцзяцзе настоятельно рекомендую остановиться в этом отеле.

Ну во-первых это никакие ни 5 звезд, как заявлено, тянет на тройку) Номера чистые и уютные, но отличаются от загруженных на букинг ии-фотографий. «Ресторан», где подавали завтраки похож на прокуренную чифаньку, хотя завтраки были неплохие. Завяленные чайные церемонии и экскурсии на плантацию никто не предлагал. Локация неудобная. До магазинов и кафе пешком нужно идти несколько километров через пустырь и стройку. Но самое большое разочарование - это персонал. Это ужас. На Английском говорит только одна девочка. Да и в целом действительно работает там только она одна, на ней весь отель и держится. Остальные выполняют роль мебели. Ничего не знают, сидят на ресепшене хлопают глазами с удивлением открывая рот, в принципе и все) Тупят ужасно, либо забывают купить ОПЛАЧЕННЫЕ билеты, либо бронируют абсолютно другой маршрут, не тот который был обговорен изначально и оплачен. Всю информацию приходилось просто вытягивать из них.

Op de balie staat een bordje met: als je een goede beoordeling plaatst, krijg je een presentje. Waardoor ik het idee heb dat de andere beoordelingen niet representatief zijn. Naar mijn idee is het geen 5 sterren waardig!!!

Очень вкусная китайская еда на ужин (для нас европейцев), и не дорого, не надо искать, где поужинать после утомительных походов по горам. Есть и европейская кухня, но мы ее не пробовали, слишком понравилась их китайская. Очень вкусный чай/чаи, в т.ч. при сервировке ужина. В лобби продаются шикарные резиновые бахилы на кроссовки, таких качественных и удобных не видели больше нигде. Удобный бесплатный трансфер до парка и из парка. Близко к гранд-каньёну/стеклянному мосту. Лучше жить здесь и съездить отсюда один раз к Тяньмэнь, чем переезжать ближе в сам Zhangjiajie расширить ассортимент европейских блюд на завтрак

Breakfast and dinner was very good and the complimentary tea time is a nice touch. Location is great and close to Grand Canyon and Zhangjiajie National Forest. My only complaint is lack of amenities. No pool, hot tub, the gym and yoga room are lacking tons of equipment.

Das Spielzimmer für Kinder war geschlossen. Das Personal war teilweise unfreundlich, insbesondere beim Frühstück. Das Ambiente im Frühstücksraum ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und dieser Raum ist auch nicht auf den Fotos. Insgesamt suggerieren die Fotos deutlich mehr Luxus/Design, als es in Wahrheit ist.

- sonia (10/5): Amazing!!!! - The room was great, very big, modern and super comfy bed. Staff was great, we communicated in English that it’s a great plus, very accommodating. We organised with them the excursions to the national park and tianmen mountain and they booked for us everything, very good and smoothly. Tea corner at the reception very very good. Very peaceful Except for the gym and pool (only for summer because it’s open) there isn’t anything for recreational purposes as pool table or tennis table and the hotel is in a quite isolated area

Ze spreken redelijk Engels en contact loopt verder heel goed via we chat en Google translate. Wij hadden een groot 2 kamer familie appartement met 2 badkamers. Super fijne douche, allerlei voorzieningen zoals scheerapparaat, tandenborstel en kam set. Ook een ijskastje met water en koude thee is er op de kamer. En een koffie/ thee set. Het ontbijt was zowel chinees als westers. Er was van alles, ook dus voor westerlingen veel keuze zoals fruit, yogurt, toast, eieren etc. Ze gaven aan dat het zwembad dicht was maar toen wij gingen kijken (het ligt in een parkje bij het hotel) kon je er gewoon in. Er is ook een gym. Het personeel was extreem vriendelijk, vooral ook kang yuan yuan, toen er geen chauffeurs meer waren voor het park bracht een vrouw van de receptie ons in haar mooie auto naar het park. Ze brengen je ook gratis naar het plaatsje om te eten en halen je ook weer op. Ze helpen met het regelen van de tickets naar het park. Onze dochter kreeg een magneet als souveniertje. Er zijn ook robots die dingen die je van buiten besteld hebt maar de kamer brengen. Het is erg leuk om te zien hoe ze in het hotel thee maken en je mag ook thee proeven en ze geven dan ook veel informatie over de verschillende thee soorten. Er heerst een hele relaxte en serene sfeer in dit hotel en ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

- Filip (10/5): Came for the park but the hotel became the main attraction - The ladies Deng cilong, Deng meirong, and Qianqian went out of their way to make my stay as good as possible. Super good facilities with great service all around and good english speaking staff. Must try the tea ceremony. Both Chinese and Western food options on site. The ladies took me tea picking and taught me how to make tea in the traditional way. They even prepared and finished the tea for me as I didn’t have time to do it due to short stay and long day in the park. Nothing to complain about

Unfortunately, due to a mistake, we missed an activity we had planned for our first day, which was both frustrating and disappointing. What followed completely turned the experience around. The hotel owner personally stepped in. Together with her colleague, they rearranged our tickets, advised us on how to efficiently fit the activity into the remaining days, provided complimentary transfers, and even took me and my kids tea picking so we could still make the most of the day. It was a clear example of going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay and we absolutely did. The hotel itself is lovely and very well located for exploring Zhangjiajie. More importantly, it’s family-run, and the level of care and service truly stands out. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Breakfast was a mix of fresh dumplings at the noodle station, steamed dumplings. Fresh fruit, 2 types of congee and the usual hot rice/ noodles/ veggies/ corn found at most asian breakfasts. Breads were fresh although a bit sweet for my personal taste. Breakfast can get very crowded at certain peak times.

The hospitality was outstanding from start to finish and every evening we were welcomed with tea and snacks, which was a really thoughtful touch. The staff were excellent throughout, especially 张婷 (Zhang Ting), who went above and beyond to help us plan our trips and routes. Her advice made getting around so much easier and really enhanced our experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The facilities were great, and the breakfast each morning was also excellent with a good variety of options. The location is very convenient, close to Wulingyuan town, and the hotel offers added perks like a free transfer for one trip and complimentary transport to the park, which was incredibly helpful. Overall, a brilliant stay - we would definitely come back again!

They helped us book the tickets and the communication was great! 张婷 was so helpful and made the stay extra warm and fun. Lily was also really lovely to chat with before we even made it to the property. Highly highly recommend. Not having a phone in the room to contact directly.
- Chilly Nunda (7/5): Clean and modern hotel - The room was exactly like the picture. It was clean, modern and the mountain view was nice. The staff at the reception was friendly. The breakfast was disappointing. 4 days in a row the same dishes. Not a lot of variety. The ambiance of the restaurant did not match with the hotel. 3 days we had a lot of noise pollution until 23.00 o`clock. I reported this at the reception.... with no luck. The fridge didn't work
