Les voisins n apprecient pas la presence de touristes et ne repondent pas aux bonjours, meme si nous avons ete disvrets et respe tueux.

• Cosmin (6/5): Idealer Ort, um die Sehenswürdigkeit Sevillas zu erkunden. - Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt zu erkunden. Parken in der Gegend ist allerdings ein großes Problem. Da es an einer mit Steinpflaster versehenen kleinen Straße liegt, fahren quasi jede Minute Autos vorbei und das Tag und Nacht. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, sehr sauber, ist mit Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet, was für unseren Urlaub sehr hilfreich war. Die Lautstärke der Straße.

• Pablo (2/5): Ruido al intentar dormir - La ubicacion El agua caliente escasa debido a que hay un termo pequeño,la limpieza deja mucho que desear,el apartamento con mucho ruido por parte de vehiculos,zocalos puertas y ventanas en mal estado, poca presion de agua en la ducha, pues el precio no va con la calidad.

Nevyhoda je velmi rusna cesta, pri ktorej sa apartman nachadza, cize pre niekoho kto nema rad hluk nevhodne. Za mna dost drahe ubytovanie, ale v porovnani s ubytovaniami v meste asi normalna cena.

• Raquel (4/5): Está bien el loft - El loft para 3 personas está bien, es amplio y cómodo , y céntrico la verdad. Tuve un inconveniente con respecto al pago de una 3° persona, dado que no se había hecho efectivo y teniendo en cuenta que el propietario tenía mi número hubiera agradecido que me escribiera por el fallo del pago y no cancelara mi reserva para la segunda noche sin posibilidad de pagarle la diferencia ( con la cual no tenía ningún problema en pagarlo) , pero al cancelarlo ellos ya habían dejado la habitación libre para alquilar sin darnos la posibilidad de quedarnos.Tambien digo que por la noche no disfrutada de la reserva , se hizo una devolución parcial del dinero que pagué ( con la reservación para 2 personas ). Entonces, no me gustó el trato recibido, aún que el loft está muy bien.

• Marta (7/5): Bien pero... - Muebles bien, había todo lo necesario Es un bajo al lado de la carretera. Mucho ruido por la noche. La ducha no traga bien y el baño se inunda con muchísima facilidad. Es evidente que tienen conocimiento de ello, pues dejan la fregona y el cubo al lado de la ducha.

• Dilian Yareli (10/5): Me encanta - Me encantó mi estancia en este alojamiento. El lugar es tal como se muestra en las fotos: limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado. La cama era muy cómoda, y la cocina estaba perfectamente equipada. El anfitrión fue muy amable y siempre respondió rápidamente a cualquier duda. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente.

Malos olores a bajante que inundan toda la habitación La puerta de entrada al edificio hace mucho ruido y la Habitación no tiene ningún aislamiento. El precio es desorbitado para lo incómodo y poco acogedor que resulta.

No hi ha intimitat sinó tanques les cortines. Soroll i gent. Local molt fred, no hi ha manera d escalfar-ho, tot el dia i nit amb el soroll de la bomba de calor a tope. Sense televisió, doncs la conexió es via internet amb mala conexió i suscripció obligatoria previa de canals. Pocs utensilis de cuina, per ex.no hi ha tisores.

La cama era muy cómoda y se dormía de lujo. Esto es más bien broma , falta un sacacorchos para los vinos y el cuarto de baño un poco pequeño la verdad pero aceptable.

Limpieza pésima, basura en todas las esquinas, el suelo con costras de suciedad, pelos en armarios de cocina, ducha sucia, gel de baño reutilizado (ya que desde fuera se ve la mezcla de distintos colores de gel), fregadero lleno de tierra, utensilios de cocina y maneja sucios, baño lleno de hormigas, trato pésimo por parte del dueño del alojamiento, la televisión no funcionaba. Ante todas estas quejas realizadas tanto a booking como al responsable del alojamiento, nadie da la cara y la unica respuesta es que harán otro “tratamiento” de limpieza JAJA.

• Pasley (6/5): Pleasant - This place had a good amount of space, and the furniture was comfortable and the overall area is relatively quiet at night. We found for our trip the location was decent for the stuff we wanted to see. The amenities overall proved useful for our stay There were just a few essential amenities I think that would have made our stay excellent. For instance it was great having a washing machine but there is no line or air dryer to hang up clothes. Additionally the kitchen was pretty well set up but there was no chopping board or dish rack to store wet dishes. Other than that EXCELLENT facilities.

• Alan (5/5): Passable - Comfy bed, good location and good Internet Shower was good but flooded the bathroom when used,a mop and bucket was left to mop up after yourself,also a terrible smell from the drainage after use.The apartment also has no sound proofing so was noisy,cars on the cobbled street and a entrance gate by the the side of the apartment were very noisy.The car parking was also an issue as free street parking, as advertised wasn't possible,there was never any spaces available anywhere, so had to resort to using expensive car parking at 30 euros per day,so please consider this when booking this accommodation,if arriving by car.
• John (5/5): I liked the room and location, but for reasonable value the downsides need addressing. - Convenient location, clean Minimally furnished. Very noisy - cars on the cobbled street outside 24/7 and no sound-proofing of door or windows. Just about tolerable with earplugs, but I think something needs to be done to make it quieter. Didn't seem to be any heating option, making it quite cool inside in December.
