• Sheridan (10/5): Perfect stay! Highly recommended - Highly recommended property! The place was immaculate, everything in working order, no issues at all. Our host, Zampeta was so lovely, accommodating and very responsive. She provides a small welcome pack for the kitchen and bathroom which were much appreciated! The spa is almost like a swim spa as it’s not too hot, was perfect temperature. The location is only a 5 minute walk to the main part of Naousa. The property is uphill from the main part of Naousa. Totally worth it for what you’re getting, but just mindful of those with mobility issues. Nothing else!

She was wonderful from start to finish, ensuring that we had everything we needed and going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Not only did she let us check out later than usual, but she also provided a safe place for our luggage after we checked out, so we could continue exploring Naousa without any hassle. The Utopia Luxury Apartment itself was absolutely perfect. Beautifully designed, with modern amenities, the space was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It’s the ideal spot to relax, offering both style and comfort. Highly recommend this place!!

• Michael (10/5): Beautiful property with a sea view. Great location and a helpful host. - The room was beautiful, with a sea view where we were able to watch the sunset. The location was fantastic, only a 5 minute walk to Naousa's hotspots. The host, Zampeta, was very helpful throughout our stay. She gave us plenty of suggestions and even gave us some milk on Sunday when the shops were closed. Me and my fiancé loved our stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Paros/Naousa. Whilst it wasn't a big issue, the only thing I would mention is that the hot tub was too cold to use during our stay. We were told that this was because the chemicals in the water would be too strong if it was heated up any more. It didn't dampen our experience and we had a great time staying at Utopia Luxury Apartments.

The location couldn’t have been better—it’s just a short walk to the main town, so getting to restaurants, shops, and everything else was super easy. Zampeta, our host, was incredibly helpful. She took care of organizing our transfers and gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to do around the island. It made our trip so much smoother. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We’re already thinking about coming back next year! We really couldn’t recommend this place enough. Everything was perfect

• Anissa (10/5): A wonderful place - We absolutely loved staying here for 5 nights. Our host Zampeta warmly greeted us and we were blown away by the attention to detail in this room. It has everything you need and is delivered with such precision and care. It is super spacious with a huge terrace. We had a sea view room. The location is a stones throw from the main town of Naousa however it is super quiet. We have been to Paros six times, when returning again next year we will for certain stay here again. It was a wonderful stay and in a beautiful location. - It was beautifully decorated, well supplied with everything I could need and in the perfect location in Naoussa. The tub is perfect for the end of a hot day and it has a beautiful view and patio.

Every 2 days there was cleaning service which enabled home to stay very clean when we’re outside. Host welcomed us with smiling face and we had a smooth checkin process. Jakuzi at the outside was very relaxing we really enjoyed it. Decoration inside the house was very chic and we found eveything we needed. There a nice patio with a large table and chairs to have meals outside. The owner was super nice, kind and flexible to accommodate any request. I would strongly recommend this place! Absolutely nothing!

Plus, it's only 4/5 mins by walk to reach the center of Naoussa. I highly recommend this place if you're thinking about staying in Naoussa!

Picked us up at the ferry and dropped us off at no charge, brought us fresh homemade lemonade on arrival, and maps with helpful tips of the area. Water and fresh fruit left in room and a great shower! Wonderful experience
