Melissa (6/5): Beautiful apartment with some issues. - Beautiful large apartment. Modern. Kitchen had adequate utensils for cooking and eating. Lift. Quiet outside because off the main road. Large TV. Good wifi. Website check in process didn't work properly, links failed. An auto email response to my query for help said person was not available. Yet I got repeated emails telling me to check in and no help given, until the day of arrival. Poor support and dreadful instructions to find the place. Water service problems on 2nd day lead to no water in bathrooms and toilets on 3rd day. Couldnt be fixed until the 4th day when we were leaving. Hence no showers and used a bowl to collect water and flush. Bad, but not the usual problem expected.
