• Vyacheslav (7/5): - Pros: Staff was very nice in greeting us. Little kitchen area stocked with goodies and fridge had snacks and drinks. Very clean room and comfortable. Clean beds, sheets, plenty of pillows, and towels. Stairs are spacious to walk up to 4th floor. Cons: Located on the 4th floor. Elevator is very slow, small, and 2 ppl max. When we arrived we were greeted with a sight of a guy drinking and smoking in front of the main entrance and there was a guy there, just hanging out the whole day. When you get up to the 4th floor you have a code and enter that "apartment" that has 3 or 4 rooms and the kitchen area to share. Here is where the problem was; an Arabic family was staying in the other room, and they were rude, loud, inconsiderate and disrespectful. Banging their doors, the child running around, and they threw their trash right there in the hallway in front of our door. They were loud all hours of the night and every time they yelled or banged their door our door was not tight so it would make additional noise as if someone was trying to open the door to our rooms. The host were trying hard but if you get stuck with a family like we did, good luck getting any rest. Oh btw; we were gone most of the day and just wanted to relax after a full day of activities. I would advise to reach out to the host if you happen to get obnoxious neighbors like ours. Pros: Staff was very nice in greeting us. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with air conditioning and a TV. The kitchen and common area were exceptional, fully equipped with appliances and stocked with a wide variety of food items—particularly convenient for families traveling with children. The staff provided a warm and seamless welcome, with clear communication prior to arrival, including detailed instructions and helpful guidance to locate the property easily. They were consistently responsive, kind, and attentive throughout the stay. The property was bright, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained. Overall, the experience was outstanding, and the property is highly recommended. Even when using the lift, some stairs must still be navigated, which can be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage or a baby stroller.
• Malick (10/5): Voyage familial de 4 jours à Rome - L’appartement était idéalement situé à deux pas de la gare. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Alessia et son équipe. La chambre était parfaite et très propre. Tous les équipements nécessaires étaient présents (frigo, bouilloire, cafetière…). La cuisine commune est parfaite et la mise à disposition de nourriture est un réel plus. Merci pour tout. Je recommande sans hésiter.
• Daniel (9/5): Amazing value, very pleasant stay - At first, I was worried that the room was too small for family of 3 but I was mistaken. Especially the foldable table below the window is super practical and offers nice views at breakfast. The well stocked kitchen is the highlight, with the free dairy, bread, spreads and coffee. Bathroom was surprisingly big for such a small apartment and looks quite modern, with lot of natural light. Very pleasant staff as well, we had some nice chats. It wasn't a problem to find the place nor to enter the building and the suites during self check in. The location was perfect for us. Close to Roma Termini, it's so simple to reach it from the airport by the train with no changes, go to the city center with metro and leave for another city by train or plane. There are also very good restaurants in the vicinity, one just across the street (make sure to make a reservation). More power sockets around the bed would be practical. Either night table light or charging was possible, not both. The suites aren't completely accessible due to a couple flights of stairs so operating a stroller was a little hurdle. Having to put in the access codes at the door makes this a little harder, but one can memorize them fast. It's easy to hear other guests which can bother some people's sleep. Also, maybe due to our past experience, we didn't always feel comfortable with the various groups standing outside just next doors, apparently due to the betting scheme going on there, but to be fair, nothing ever happened.

• CATHERINE (10/5): Lexie Suites is fabulous and exceeded my expectations! - Lexie Suites is phenomenal. The room was ready when we arrived. The staff reached out to me in a very timely manner to answer any questions we had and to give me instructions to get into the place and sent me pictures of the building so it was easy to locate. A common area is exceptional with some food and all appliances included. Very convenient. KUDOS to the owners and staff who manage this property. I am impressed with the cleanliness, staff, and I will definitely recommend Lexie Suites to friends. I am hoping to stay here again. Thank you to all staff!! The location is perfect.

• Fernando (10/5): - A Alessia foi muito prestativa, ajudou no transporte entre o aeroporto e o apartamento. Localização excelente, próximo ao cruzamento das duas principais linhas de metrô de Roma, e perto da estação de trem. Os apartamentos são muito confortáveis, e tem a cozinha à disposição que realmente nos faz sentir em casa. Deve-se ter atenção na rua. Mas nada que desabone. A nota continua sendo 10!

Ortak alandaki mutfak, sunulan kahvaltılık ve atıştırmalıklar çok güzeldi 2 bebekle birlikte seyahat ettiğimiz için eşyalar ve bebek arabasıyla birlikte asansörü kullanmak zordu. Asansör dardı ve ara kata kısa da olsa merdiven çıkmak zorunluydu.

The suite is spacious and includes a private bathroom. Super clean. Funcionárias simpáticas e disponíveis para ajudar, presencialmente ou por WhatsApp. Quartos confortáveis e recentemente renovados e local bastante sossegado para dormir à noite. Wifi disponível, ar condicionado e pequeno frigorífico na sala. Existe ainda um supermercado e alguns restaurantes na proximidade. Nada que mereça ser referido.

• Sheila (9/5): Estancia muy recomendable para una visita a Roma - La estancia con mi familia en Lexie Suites ha sido muy cómoda y agradable. El espacio ha sido suficiente para 4 personas y el alojamiento estaba muy limpio. Añadir la atención de Alexia y el resto de su equipo, con quien era posible contactar directamente, incluso tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos pan sin gluten para mi hija y para mi cuando les comenté que las dos éramos celíacas. No hay nada a destacar que no me gustara.

• Hermanus (10/5): Exceptional value for money! - Lexie Suites was a pleasant surprise. The good quality white bedding, the general feel as well as the well stocked kitchen was exceptional. Alessia and Grace were friendly and attended to every need. The room was cleaned every day without any additional costs. The entrance door on the street did not look good and created the wrong impression.

Food in kitchen was very nice. - A formal breakfast was not included but a well stocked kitchen was available 24/7. Fresh bread, cold meats and cheese, yoghurts, milk, fresh bananas oranges apples, coffee percolators, crockery, cutlery. We ate lunch out of the kitchen one day. Property had very good security. Lifts worked well. Our suite had a double bed in one room but inly bunk beds in the larger room. Comfortable beds, but was just a bit hesitant about the bunk bed initially.

Appartement proche de la gare, propre, cuisine bien garnie pour le petit déjeuner et très pratique avec un enfant en bas âge (prêt de lit bébé et chaise haute). Accueil sympathique et hôte toujours disponible. Merci pour ce séjour ! Petite remarque: on ne capte pas très bien le wifi lorsqu'on est au fond de l'appartement côté table à manger.

This place is exactly what you would want to stay with a family near Termini Station. It is not the cleanest neighborhood but that is the downside of the proximity to the central station. The room is super clean and well organized, spacious enough for 4 people. The complementary stack bar is well stocked with lots of healthy choices such as whole wheat bread, 100% fruits puree, low fat yogurt, etc. Overall, we are super happy that we chose Lexie Suite. The only downside is a somewhat smaller bathroom.

• Mei (9/5): We had a nice stay at Rome at the residence. The host was very helpful and clear providing information of getting to the - Abundant and lots of choices of breakfast and drinks. Convenient location. Creaky sound of bathroom door.
