- Joseph (7/5): Goog location with great views of the bay. - The views and the location. The toiletries was excellent but housekeeping was not good The stove was dirty, there was a dirty hand towel on the main bathroom floor, top floor. There was also twe halve used ice cream tubs in the freezer.

- Mardi (9/5): - Having the whole house to ourselves was wonderful, I spent a lot of time going from window to window looking at the amazing view. We have been to Coles Bay a couple of times before and this was the best stay yet. We will be booking the Zephyr House next time we visit for sure!

- Marianne (6/5): Disappointing - Spectacular views from living room. Comfortable beds with very good quality linen and towels. Great communication prior to arrival. The house needs an update. Furniture is tired and also needs updating. The carpet was stained. We had a problem with the electric blinds which were down when we arrived. We couldn't figure out how to get them up and ended up having to call the number provided for help. A week later and we're back home and still waiting for that return call after calling them 3 times and leaving messages. After going shopping for supplies we realised that there is a QR code on the fridge, which is tucked away in a corner, to access instructions and worked it out but very disappointing that there was no support when requested.
