- Mark Spar (9/5): - Excellent central location, 10min walk to Plaza Independencia and walkable to pretty much anywhere; otherwise, there are plenty of buses and Ubers, both of which were very inexpensive. Unit was very functional and kitchen was very well stocked. Thanks for the wine and supply of coffee. The terrace is a wonderful bonus. Communication was prompt. Advice was very forthcoming and much appreciated. Absolutely clean and tidy. Neighbours were generally quiet and respectful; however the unit above was under constant renovation from morning to night - while it may have been during prescribed hours, one certainly couldn't sleep in peacefully. Also the workers tied up the elevators and brought in construction supplies and generally loitering in the hallway. I recognize it was outside the control of the individual unit owners but it is nevertheless an annoyance for guests. The ancient elevator made me wonder each time we used it but it always worked and there was not much wait. Recycling is unfortunately not available in the complex.

The communication with the hosts was fast, and they were super friendly and kind during out check in and helped us with everything. The apartment is very clean, comfortable mattresses and pillows. Great terrace and good insulation. Special thanks for the attentive attitude of Milagres, who was always in touch and provided so much useful information about the city that we felt at home! I definitely recommend this wonderful apartment!
