• ShaunSimon (10/5): Beautiful apartment with amazing views! - Amazing apartment with beautiful views! Really friendly staff. Amazing pool with a lovely bar that does great food! Shopping centre very close. The apartment is up very steep steps. It wasn't an issue for us but could be for those with mobility issues.
• Peter (10/5): Für mich war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und ich würde das Apartment auch wieder buchen. - Hervorheben muss man die wirklich grandiose Aussicht auf den Atlantik. Das Apartment ist gut aufgeteilt und beinhaltet alle notwendigen Dinge für den Aufenthalt. In der Nacht war es ruhig. Der zugehörige Pool ist großzügig und zum Schwimmen sehr gut geeignet. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Bis dorthin sind es allerdings 10 Gehminuten. Zu bemängeln gibt es im Grunde nichts. Trotzdem einige Anmerkungen. Zum Apartment sind es über 100 Treppenstufen. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Wer keine Treppen mehr steigen kann, ist hier definitiv falsch. Die müssen übrigens auch zum Gemeinschaftspool überwunden werden. Die Liegen am Pool sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise auch defekt. Hier sollte man einmal über eine Neuanschaffung nachdenken.
• Sebastian (10/5): - Das Apartment hat eine traumhafte Lage, was den Ausblick angeht - da kann man dann auch die Treppen hinauf verschmerzen. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet, die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und Rica war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit während unseres Aufenthalts. In den bequemen Betten haben wir außerdem gut geschlafen.
• Jackie (9/5): Superb - We had a wonderful two weeks holiday at Atlantic view Maspalomas. We were met by a lovely lady who showed us around the apartment and was just at the end of the phone if we needed help. We needed help with the electric cooker and we were sent a video on WhatsApp with instructions from the owner. Great TV, front room and bedroom were a good size. The Kitchen was good, it had everything we needed but because it didn't have an oven it would be nice to have an air fryer. The balcony was fantastic with wonderful views of the sea and the sand dunes at Playa del Inglés. We had dinner and drinks at night on the balcony. The pool was just a couple of minutes away, it had a bar and restaurant and it was a lovely spot to relax in the sun. Bars, restaurants and shops were just over the road. The property was at the top of a hill so lots of steps to and from the property but that didn't bother us much. We would like to stay again 😃 A big thank you to everyone from the owners to the cleaners for their support. Thank you 🤩 We had to go home lol
• Terry (4/5): You should make clear that this apartment is only suitable for fit people and get the address right! - The apartment was spacious and in a good location. the kitchen facilities were good as was the balcony with seaviews. We were given the wrong address which caused us additional taxi costs. We were only given one set of keys. The apartment was up a flight of 98 steps (we were not made aware of this). The bathroom latch was improperly fitted and was dangerous, both of us cut our arms on it. A wardrobe door came off its hinges when being opened. There was a heavy framed miirror which was unsafe, as it was left resting against a wall and could have toppled over. The beldinnen had some holes in the side. The cupboard under the bathroom sink was full of tiling and plastering equipent. we were not provided with any instuctions for the use of kitchen appliances. A BIT OF EFFORT AND FEW EUROS SPENT ON MAINTENANCE WOULD HAVE CREATED A MUCH BETTER IMPRESSION.

• Deirdre (7/5): Too many steps to apartment from the pool, supermarket and beach - Apartment itself was terrific, very spacious and the smart tv was a bonus. Beds were comfy and bathroom was spotless. The host provided us with plenty of provisions for a day or two including a very nice welcome card and a bottle of rose. When booking we were not aware that our apartment, 82d, was at the very top of the complex with no lift. On the night we arrived our taxi left us on the lower road and we had no idea where to go. It was dark but luckily enough a gentleman from the mini market was able to direct us but said it was going to be difficult to carry our suitcases up it was so high. As it turned out there were over over 230 steps up to the apartment and to say we were exhausted trying to carry our suitcases up is not an exaggeration. My husband is in his 70’s and really struggled with the climb so I requested a transfer of apartment with bookings.com but they simply referred me back to the host who had just the one apartment. So a totally useless exercise. We booked the apartment for three weeks which curtailed our leaving the apartment more than once a day. Carrying water and supplies from the supermarket was a daily ordeal and definitely not for the elderly or unfit.
