• Mergime (10/5): - We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 8, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention to the owner, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout. They went above and beyond by even covering the cost of our road parking, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. Overall, a great experience with a generous and attentive host. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to larger groups!

• Ryan (8/5): Simple et efficace. - Nous avons beaucoup aimé la position de l'appartement qui nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement en ville et découvrir les environs sans trop s'éloigner et faire beaucoup de kilomètres. L'état de la seconde salle de bain (celle du fond) où l'humidité est présente.

Atsigulus, muzika girdėjosi iš apačioje esančio baro iki 3valdų ryto. Po to pasigirdo taksi automobilių signalų garsai, kurie atvažiavo pasiimti klijantų į barą. Baisu, tai buvo sugadinta visa poilsio naktis. Džiaugiamės, kad apsistojome tik vienai nakčiai. Arvažiavome vėlai ir jau neturėjome kito pasirinkimo.

• Rrahmani (5/5): not good - The only thing I really liked was the location in the city center. I wasn’t satisfied with the double bed, as it made noise with even the slightest movement. The windows were old and didn’t block the outside noise, which affected the comfort. The photos were misleading — they showed two different apartments, which was not the case. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations."

• André (6/5): Good price quality, good location - Location is good, and there is plenty of space in the house. Check in is super easy and convenient. Communication with the host fast and easy. Air condition. Everything was clean. The shower didn’t have much water pressure. Was really difficult to remove the soap from the hair for the girls. Also the water cilindre is pretty small, so we run out of hot water fast. The curtain were a bit dirty.

Self check - in Old furniture, other people's used items, as if someone lives there all the time (slippers, shower gel, etc. ) Bad toilet, bathroom, doorknob, and it's noisy because of the bars in the area until 2 am.

Host super disponibile e sempre contattabile: ci ha dato informazioni molto utili e si è reso disponibile quando abbiamo avuto necessità di fermarci una notte in più. La posizione è nel cuore del quartiere della movida per cui al sabato potrebbe esserci un po' di confusione

• Nesrine (1/5): - Rien Expérience horrible et dégoûtante pour une famille avec deux enfants et pour la première fois sur booking. Attention ce monsieur a menti, l'appartement ne correspond pas aux photos, c'est un autre appartement dans la même rue. 3e étage dans un immeuble lugubre sans ascenseur. Très insonorisé. Quartier de boîtes et bars des 23h impossible de dormir, musique et cris... Aucune sécurité dans l'appartement avec une serrure cassée et à minuit qqun essai d'entrer dans l'appartement, on a appelé le gardien du parking qui est venu nous aider à quitter les lieux, on a dormi la nuit dans la voiture. Le type a tout nié et me harcèle... En plus il refuse d'être payé via booking en disant que ça ne fonctionne pas en Albanie, a demandé qu'on lui laisse du cash et âpres il nous di qu'on doit le repayer ??!!!!! Attention, les commentaires mi doivent être de gens qu'il connaît.

• Pablo (3/5): Fotos antiguas casa para reformar y parking de cobro - Solo el precio La situación está en el centro pero al lado de los bares con música q están hasta las 2.00 abiertos. Es una casa vieja con muebles más viejos y rotos para reformar. Lamparas sin bombillas y rotas, persianas rotas, moho en los baños, humedades en las paredes, un colchón con muelles q se clavan … las fotos q ponen no son realmente o no de esta década. Mejor ver fotos aunq solo me deja poner 4. IMPORTANTE !! Cuando contratas con booking pone q tiene parking gratis pero luego hasta q no te metes en detalles de la casa no indica q es de pago ( 10€ por día )
• Ciftci (2/5): Niet fijn en niet hygienisch - Niets Wasmachine deur was kapot, ging niet open en zaten nog handdoeken in, de badkuip zat vol zand en was vies en ook snot op muren. Ik kwam eerder aan mocht niet naar binnen omdat er werd ‘schoon gemaakt’ , terwijl het niet schoon was. Vanaf check in tijd gastheer proberen te bereiken die niet meer opnam en een kwartier later een berichtje stuurde dat ik maar naar boven de schoonmaker moest zoeken die de sleutel kon geven…

• Virginie (10/5): Très bien situé - Mon mari, mes 4 enfants et moi avons passé un excellent séjour à Tirana grâce à ce logement spacieux, très bien équipé, très bien placé. Nous vous le recommandons vivement !
• Tahir (1/5): Nachtmerrie - Het balkon - het appartement was niet die dat we op de foto’s hadden gekozen - er was geen warm water aanwezig in het appartement - bidet en wastafel in de badkamer waren verstopt - het fornuis had 4 vuren maar enkel 2 werkte op electriciteit ( andere 2 op gas maar was niet aanwezig) - er stond dat er een lift aanwezig was, maar dat was niet zo - we moesten 280€ betalen via een kluisje aan de deur, we hadden 300€ gezet omdat we geen wisselgeld hadden, we hebben de 20€ niet teruggekregen - omwille dat het naast een bar was bleef er harde muziek aanwezig tot 2u in de ochtend ( slecht geisolleerd) - airco’s waren oud en werkten dus niet goed

• Jirkaol2 (7/5): Prostorný byt na rušné ulici - Velmi prostorný byt, komunikace s majitelem bez problémů. Byt na velmi rušné ulici, do půlnoci nebylo možné spát kvůli hlasité hudbě z okolních barů. Některé kusy nábytku ve špatném stavu, v jednom z pokojů plíseň.

• Rafie (6/5): Lägenheten med bra läge i Tirana - Fick mycket bra beskrivning med bilder av värden så det var enkelt att hitta huset. Han svarade snabbt på mina meddelanden och var trevlig. Lägenheten var stor, fyra stora sovrum, kök o vardagsrum. Två badrum men tyvärr så fanns det ingen toaring i stora badrummet och sedan började varm vattenberedaren läcka så vi fick inte använda badrummet. Läget var mycket bra, nära allt! Att ena badrummet var oanvändbart, vilket gjorde det svårt för åtta personer.

• LEILA BELLAOURA (8/5): Appartement vintage au cœur de Tirana - Emplacement au top au cœur du quartier festif, à deux pas du centre et des attractions touristiques, appartement très spacieux avec beaucoup de couchages idéal pour un groupe, la disponibilité du propriétaire, son accueil et ses nombreux conseils. Appartement un peu vieillot, certains équipements ne fonctionnent pas ou mal, absence de micro-ondes, insonorisation faible.

Presenza di supermarket, farmacie, bar e ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze. Ottime indicazioni fornite dall host per pagamento e raggiungere la struttura. Host disponibile e celere nelle comunicazioni. Ampia metratura come da descrizione: 3 camere, 2 bagni e 1 cucina/soggiorno. Pulizia ok. Fornitura cucina limitata (mancavano tazze e bicchieri per 8 persone), cassetta scarico wc non funzionante, tapparelle rotte in più finestre.

Rozumiem, że można przeoczyć papier (choć przy 6 osobach może być problem. Szczęśliwie sklep na dole był otwarty), ale brak choć jednego kompletu naczyń do picia, płynubdo naczyń (kilka kropel) ,brak opcji zagotowania wody ( czajnik zepsuty, a kuchenka wybija bezpieczniki), brak deski toaletowej w jednej łazience mocno utrudniał pobyt. Nie chodzi o 5 gwiazdkowe standardy, ale o małe i tanie detale. Niewykorzystany potencjał i 6 osób go nie poleci

• Gedas (8/5): - Apartment itself is huge and easily can fit large group of friends or family! In general it was really comfortable. There was no toilet paper Was coffee machine but no coffee But i believe it was natural mistake and flat owner just forgot about it :)

• Laura (6/5): Good location but apartment needs some repairs. - Really good location, very central with a nearby car park. Rooms are a good size and the beds are comfy. Lots of broken things that could easily be repaired and light bulbs not working. Had a shabby feel to it. One of the bedroom shutters was broken so the room got no natural day light. Some plates & bowls still had dried food on them.

• Maria Giovanna (4/5): Altro che Vintage… - La posizione molto centrale, sebbene questo vuol dire musica fino a tarda notte (o primo mattino, considerando che il venerdi notte l’hanno spenta alle 5). Inoltre, essendo una zona in espansione, ci sono cantieri ovunque e i lavori sono svolti 7/7 dalle 8 del mattino, in pratica non si dorme mai. Il check in è stato autonomo e veloce, mediante istruzioni su whatsapp. Ci sarebbero moltissime cose da dire, ma provo ad essere sintetica. Vintage non vuol dire trascurato, ammuffito, rotto. L’appartamento dà l’impressione di essere stato abitato da un’anziana e subito dopo dato in affitto su booking. Pulizia quasi inesistente, muffa nella stanza, nei bagni i ganci e i porta carta igienica rotti, scarico che per funzionare andava utilizzato aprendo la cassetta del water e tirando un filo di gomma, nessun tappetino per la doccia, un solo rotolo di carta igienica, docce fatiscenti, tutte le persiane rotte, infissi che non si chiudono bene, tende sporche, fili della tv lasciati a vista (e nei quali si poteva inciampare), oltre a oggetti rotti di vario tipo lasciati in giro per la casa (tra cui anche delle pantofole). Qui non si tratta di rapporto qualità prezzo, ma di standard minimi di pulizia che a mio avviso non sono rispettati. Leggendo le recensioni dell’anno scorso i problemi erano gli stessi, forse qualcuno si adatta meglio di qualcun altro, ma la situazione era davvero poco confortevole e non meritava neanche 20€ a notte. Con la stessa cifra (144€) avremmo potuto dormire in hotel, è stato un vero errore. Non ci tornerei. Inoltre, non lo consiglierei alle famiglie, alle coppie e neanche a gruppi di amici con un senso dell’igiene minimo, insomma. Credo vada fatta una ristrutturazione, una pulizia profonda ed uno svecchiamento (anche una razionalizzazione dei mobili buttati un po’ a caso nell’appartamento).
